10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well located if you want to climb the Adam's peak.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality was outstanding. We were the only customers because it is off-season to visit Adam 's Peak in June, but also due to the attacks in general we did not see many tourists. Every demand was taken care with a big smile. The family owning the business but also the staff were extremely helpful and you see that it is sincere. On the first night we were invited at Madu's House and his mother cooked for us. It was lovely! I think if you are visiting this place it is to climb Adam's Peak and you will be staying for 1-3 days. The guesthosue has all the facilities you require for such activity. Nights were very quiet and restful. Breakfast was delicious. Madu prepared Sri Lankan breakfast for us as well. If you want to feel like home, this is definitely the right place.
Cons: I accidentally looked underneath the bed (looking for something that fell down) and it was quite dusty. Electricity might go off for short periods of time. For us it was no problem at all.

Pros: The host was very welcoming and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were one of the best we had in one month of Sri Lanka. Also the host was ready to help and inform us about all the things we asked! Great stay here :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Queens Ark hotel. The rooms were very clean and generous. Nimal was a very nice and attentive host. He organized for us a driver to the railway station in Hatton and he even prepared a snack for the nightly hike to the Adam's Peak. We definitely recommend this accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitallity of staff, food and food! Some of the best cooking we have had in Sri Lanka. The guide associated with the hotel was also very good. Very good value for money.
Cons: Entrance way to place not inviting. However staff were incredibilly welcoming and friendly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was super friendly and accommodating. Could not recommend Queensark enough. It has everything you need during your stay whilst climbing Adam’s Peak. The Dahl at dinner was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner was super sweet and friendly, he really wanted us to have a lovely stay. It was a short stay, because we only stayed there to do Adams peak, but we were surprised by how comfortable it was. The room was HUGE, just as the beds, and the bathroom was also really nice and clean.
Cons: WiFi was really bad.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and calm surrounding
Cons: Nothing to mention
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nimal was an amazing host who tried to fulfill all our wishes. To stay at his place felt very personal thanks to lots of great conversations we had with him and amazing food!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed there briefly, but the stay exceeded my expectations. The beds weren't large, they were huge and warm blankets were provided. I felt sorry that I couldn't stay longer in the bed, as we were heading to Adam's Peak at 2 am... The dinner on arrival was very good and granted the strength necessary for climbing all the stairs to the peak.... and the location is perfect - some 5-10 min to the starting point
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It doesn’t look like much from the outside and a bit hidden but it was super clean and great value for money. We had delicious dinner on the first night and a good hearty breakfast after our hike up Adams Peak. We were picked up from Hatton train station, but we didn’t expect it, so that was a pleasant surprise. After the Easter Sunday bombing they gave us good advice and arranged a taxi for us to our next destination, to avoid the trains that day. Really helpful!

Pros: Perfect location for climbing adams peak. Was met off the bus by owner to help with our bags. Dinner was so nice that we extend our stay just to have another one. Breakfast was lovely and ready for us once we returned from our hike along with a hot drink. We were unlucky with the weather but still really enjoyed our stay. Family were lovely, very welcoming
Cons: Found the pillows very hard but this is not uncommon in Sri Lanka
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly family, great dinner and breakfast. Good localization
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The nicest host family we had during our stay in Sri Lanka! The Mom even let us watch/help her prepare the dinner which was delicious!
Cons: There is nothing to complain about.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is perfect for climbing Adams Peak. The people were very friendly and helpful and prepared food whenever needed.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: A lovely homestay with a huge vegetable garden, where you have a great view at Adam's Peak itself! The hosts were very friendly and besides that amazing cooks! We literally had the best dinner here of entire Sri Lanka, made with fresh vegetables from their own garden!
Cons: The wifi was very slow, however for us not a big problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best place during my staying in Sri Lanka, and best food! We had best dinner in our trip!! She is a big cook!!! Everything super clean and the garden is amazing!! Super recommended!!
Cons: Everything was perfect!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge free breakfast. Good coffee. Hot shower in a uniquely tiled bathroom, perfect for after the trek. Knowledgeable hosts usually do the walk too! Good location to start the trek from. Great value for money
Cons: Dinner was expensive and there was too much food for 2 people, could have done with half the amount for half the cost.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The dinner and the breakfast was very nice but more expensive than we expected. Make sure to ask in advance.
Cons: The room was not as appears in the pictures! The bed was missing some bed sheets, we just had the blankets and the pillow covers were not fresh. We asked for towels and they gave us two hand towels, really old and with spots, so we asked for another towel. The bathroom was full of mosquitos and with low hot water pressure. The hosts did not seem so helpful. To us it seems they already got good score and they dont't care so much anymore about guests. Not good value for money!

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff is really friendly and very clean rooms, delicious breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! We were greeted with a very warm welcome from Jayaram and his family! They were celebrating his daughters birthday and invited us to enjoy some cake. It felt like we were instantly accepted into the family. The food at the guesthouse was delicious and very reasonable priced, cooked by Jayaram and his wife. The view on the balcony of Adam's Peak, the tea plantation and reservoir provide a view scenic and peaceful atmosphere. Although 2km (a very easy walk or tuk tuk ride) away from Adam's Peak and the more tourist area of Dalhousie, we preferred this location instead as it it is pushed away from the noise and more busier area of Dalhousie.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Supash went over and above to provide for us during our stay - I requested a surprise birthday cake for one of us and they organised an entire party!! The food was absolutely delicious too.
Cons: My bed was a bit uncomfortable, however the other bed in our room was perfectly comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Delicious food. Very friendly and helpful host. A bit further from Adam's Peak, about 10 minutes by tuktuk, but much better place to stay than Nallathaniya. Quiet, green, and nice view from the terrace. Also a small shop nextdoor. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: - Amazing, kind host family that went above and beyond to help us when we needed it! - Good food in the restaurant - Nice, comfortable room and bathroom - Beautiful rooftop with view of trees, tea plantation, lake - Good value
Cons: - We went to hike Adam’s Peak and it might’ve been easier to just get a hotel right near Adam’s Peak - Food took a while to prepare, try to order in advance
7.5 Good
Pros: Property was an economical option for us. Beds were basic with average mattresses and very old pillows. Linen was old but clean though only a bottom sheet was supplied with a blanket. Food was plentiful and cheap for lunch and dinner. The host family were attentive and helpful in organising tuk tuks as well as making tea for us to prepare for our 2.00am walk up Adams Peak
Cons: Old linen and especially pillows need to be replaced.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owner was helpful and the location is good - close to the start of the climb. The owner organised a tuk tuk for us for 2am to get to the base of the mountain, and also made sure we got on the correct bus to get to the train station.
Cons: Beds were hard, but if you're only sleeping for a few hours before climbing Adam's Peak, it's fine.
6.3 Good
Pros: - The surrounding are is nice. You can walk through the tea fields. - The food is good - The bathroom is clean - They have a terrace on top, with a nice view over the tea fields.
Cons: - The bedsheets don’t get changed or washed when there’s a new guest. - The owner is quite pushy when asking for a review: he asked us in person, his son asked us in person and then the owner sent us multiple messages the following two days after we left asking for a feedback. I finally blocked his phone number because it was getting creepy as half pf the messages were unintelligible and we couldn’t understand what else he wanted from us. - It’s quite far from Adam’s peak. - You can find something closer to Adam’s peak and cheaper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jeyaren and his family were very welcoming. It all started with a free welcome-tea. The room with attached bathroom was big and clean. The food was very delicious and I could asked for a second round. Jeyaren also took me for a walk on the lake with some great views. The night was fine without any noises. I went to Adam‘s Peak the other morning at 2:30 am. Jeyaren was already awake and prepared me a coup of tea and a sandwich. He then drove me to the starting point and when I came back, he picked me up again. In the afternoon I did a tour with him and his son to 2 nice waterfalls. I really enjoyed my stay at Subash hotel and can recommend it for sure!
6.8 Good
Pros: Free transport to Adam’s peak. Even though we decided not to, the owner said we could stay beyond checkout after the climb. We were lent a torchlight for the climb. Mosquito nets and safe provided.
Cons: The rooms were very very damp which gave them a slightly funny smell. No free toiletries when it says they are provided. Food took a long time to come.

Pros: perfect location, warm hosts, very nice room and great breakfast after the hike
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Right at the way climbing Adam's Peak. The facilities are good, staffs are friendly. Breakfast is included, after climbing Adam.
Cons: Not much, but we can't take a shower after climbing because there was no hot water, we havr to wait 1 hour for hot water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such nice people ‘
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good, just at the beginning of the peak, which I can tell you is pretty convenient (you don’t want to walk 5km after that climb...), room is big, bathroom too and hot water is really appreciated in this area. Staff is awesome too, big up to them thank you guys !
Cons: Wifi did not work at all and it misses some chairs/tables to chill outside !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great value! Really nice and spacious bedroom. Very close to the start of the hike. There's a small shop nearby to buy snacks also. The dinner was very good, as well as the breakfast (included). The staff was really nice. They lended us torches and booked a cab back for us. Shower with hot water, which was great after the hike.
Cons: WiFi didn't work!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent clean place if you want to walk to Adams Peak. Only 200 m to starting point. If you are not walking Adams Peak I would not go there.
Cons: No hot water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff is very nice, smiling and helpfull! Our room was big, very clean, as the bathroom (with hotwater and great pressure). The food was excellent and generous. Parking just at the back of the hotel. Only 3 minutes walking till the starting point of Adam's Peak hike! We highly recommend this place.
Cons: Very little way of imrprovment (because otherwise everything was perfect!): we told them that in the future they could hang a little net on the small holes at the top of the windows, or a mosquito net on the bed, to avoid some mosquitos intrusion, but we are sure they will do it very shortly!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful
Cons: The shower was difficult to operate
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very nice and welcoming. They speak very good English and had a lot of tipps for us. Also we could use their flashlights for the hike up Adams Peak. The dinner and breakfast both were very yummy. The location is perfect for going up Adams Peak. Keep it the way it is :)
Cons: Nothing, everything was very good :)

Pros: Great room with amazing views! The staff were so welcoming and really made my visit very enjoyable. Very good value for money and most importantly the room was clean.
Cons: WiFi connection could be better but can’t complain :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After 3 month travelling through Sri Lanka, we can say this is by large THE BEST place we have stayed. Views from the room and from the terrace are astonishing (virgin mountains and a beautiful waterfall) Room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Fresh temperature day and night (like heaven!) Shared living is cool and make you feel as in home. Kitchen is available for preparing your own meals. Caretaker will provide you delicious food if you prefer not cooking at a very good price (also good tea). Room rate is really very reasonable. We went walking from the Villa to Laxapana waterfall which is an amazing natural wonderwall (we even swam there). Oh, we did not go to Adam's Peak, but is really close spot. We have been travelling all around the country, and we can afirm is not easy at all to find something like that. You have here probably best nature area of the country, and you will not find this in travel guides, so this area is not touristic, and that is another plus to go there.
Cons: If you like nature, calm and relax, this is heaven for you!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to stay.Nature looking was amazing.highly recommend.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are amazing. Seems to be a family run business and the sister of the brother (owner) simply is a gem. She advises on the walk and where to go from etc. Really really helpful. The food cooked fresh is also a must.. really tasty! Only downside for me personally was that they dont sell cold water. All the bottles are lukewarm. They will provide ice if you ask.
Cons: Dangerous in the bathroom as no bath mat and the showers are like a wet room. Really slippy when you come out and then into the wooden flooring. Also NO air conditioning and no fan... I kept the curtains shut all day to try and keep the room cool. No fridge in your room to keep anything cool... such as water etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and room were amazing!
Cons: Nothing :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Slightly Chilled was all we needed for a comfortable night's stay before climbing Adam's Peak. It is what you'd expect of somewhere out in the sticks with most guests only staying for one night i.e functional and certainly not luxurious! However, the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast and dinner were tasty and exceeded our expectations (we especially liked the surprise American pancake!) and the room was clean and spacious.
Cons: It is a bit shabby around the edges but no more so than what you'd expect for the price and location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the service and the good food. Perfect base for hiking adams peak. Cute hostess
Cons: The hygiene in the badroom could be better.
7.5 Good
Pros: A comfortable stop over for climbing Adam's peak. The staff was very friendly and gave us great advice on how to prepare for our journey to Adam's peak. Breakfast was really good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My friend and i were lucky to find such a comfortable and clean place to stay that is so close to Adams Peak. Mahi, the concierge was really welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic. She also gave us good advice in regards to things to do in the area. We decided to try the buffet dinner and we were not disappointed. There was a large variety of Sri Lankan cuisine that was so tasty. All the staff were so friendly.
Cons: I don't have any complaints
6.8 Good
Pros: The rooms were spacious, cool, and had a great view. The whole resort had great views. The front desk staff were nice. The dinner was reasonable, the breakfast was great (best scrambled eggs I've had in Sri Lanka). The warm shower that I had was perfect (but again, if I came back from that hike to cold water I can't imagine how upset I would be...)
Cons: The bathroom floor could have used a wipe down. The first day (after the hike) the shower was awesome - good pressure, warm, heavenly. But the next night they had less guests (and didn't do the buffet, for example). When we got up to leave early in the morning neither my friend nor I had ANY hot water. I am pretty sure they turned the heat off that night due to lack of guests. It was pretty irritating - I didn't ultimately have a full shower before a day of traveling because it was freezing- but I can say if that was what I came back to after the hike I would have been very upset. The nice shower is one of the main draws here. Finally, I am a woman who was staying in a room alone. The day after the hike a male employee knocked on my door and offered me a fresh roll of toilet paper. I took it and then he offered me a leg massage. I asked if that was something they offered at the resort (thinking maybe my friend and I would go get massages after lunch) but he was indicating to come into my room. I said no. Later my (male) friend was offered another roll of toilet paper... but no leg massage. It didn't really bother me, but wasn't professional.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good timeous food & tea. Friendly, helpful & communicative staff. Clean & tidy.
Cons: Toilet not practical

Pros: Great family. Very helpful, we arrived late and they were waiting out front for us as its located above a little shop and restaurant (which is very handy if you're doing Adams peak) and can be hard to find at night. But very close to start of Adams peak great bed and clean room + warm shower! Would stay again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was great, really comfy with mosquito nets. The place looks a little dingy from the outside but actually is much better on the inside. Staff are so lovely, bathroom a tad smelly but the room was great. Perfect for one night if you’re doing Adam’s Peak!

6.8 Good
Pros: Central location. Good breakfast with great fruit.
Cons: The rooms are all off the dining/main area so noise can be an issue, especially for when people may be rising/leaving early.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: First and most importantly- breakfast. It was honestly the nicest we have had in any of our home stays yet. After a big hike it was even better. Staff were lovely and the location was great. Perfect for your overnight stop before Adam’s peak.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Terrible rooms. A lot of noisy smelly and disgusting toilets
Cons: Room , breakfast was nasty
8.0 Excellent
Pros: - great location for Adam's peak - nice view
Cons: - bathroom - shower near the toillet so everything was wet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Within walking distance to the beginning of Adams peak, restaurants within 50m, super friendly staff and comfortable accommodation
Cons: Can be noisy at night due to the really central location
6.8 Good
Pros: The proximity to Adam's Peak and to the town is great! The room and bathroom are very spacious but there's a lot of noise coming in from the hallway and outside. Breakfast was good. The watermelon juice was delicious!
Cons: They asked for payment during check-in. The payment they demanded did not match the US$ amount in my Booking.com reservation. They wanted an additional 6.5% for "currency exchange" to rupees. After some talking, they agreed on us paying US$ as per our reservation. When wanting to go hike Adam's Peak at 2AM, I discovered that the front doors are locked! Luckily, I found a sleeping staff who directed me to a side door for exit. I wish they would have told me that at check-in! The hallways are big and echo a lot. There is A LOT of noise coming from the kitchen and staff talking in the hallways. There's also a lot of noise coming from the market (music, chants, etc.) It's very disruptive. Despite having booked for 2 people occupancy with breakfast, they wanted to charge me for the second person at breakfast. In the end, we didn't need to pay for the second person.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely and tried their best to help us, even with the language barrier. Very clean and comfortable facilities. Great location
Cons: Slightly older linen and towels however extremely comfortable bed.
6.3 Good
Pros: Perfect location for Adam’s Peak.
Cons: You can tell that it is a fairly new hotel. They need to concentrate on getting the simple things right.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel is perfectly located for Adam's Peak. Basic facilities and breakfast are fine for one night.
Cons: Noisy siren outside. Hotel will organise a taxi for you but agree price in advance - we paid 500 rupee deposit to the hotel and were then overcharged by the driver on arrival.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly... always with a smiley face. It is a very simple place... but ok for a few hours of sleep. The breakfast should be better!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was great, 5mins away from the bottom of Adams peak and the room was clean
Cons: The food was not nice especially the breakfast which was disgusting. Service was a little odd! Think maybe that was partly down to language barrier but still not great. The shower didn't work properly and there wasn't hot water. Was very noisy with the call to prayer right next to the hotel. Whilst our room was clean the rest of the hotel was a bit grotty and there were dead bugs on the floor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and location, staff nice and willing to help.
Cons: Wifi did not work at all, there was only cold water in one of the rooms.

Pros: Nice and clean room, very close to the start of the climb (adam’s peak). I would have put 10 if the breakfast was nicer
Cons: Breakfast a bit light after a big climb : toasts half omelet pretty bad coffee... ( please change it for the next people coming ) but with a banana juice ! Internet is very very slow...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stafe was soo nice and so friendly. Very helpful for us.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We were looking for a place near to Adams peak since we wanted to climb it during the night. The place was perfect for it. Not far from the startong point for the mountain, so a great deal for the price.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Its worth more than its rate on booking! The place is clean and very close to Adams peak, specially for an early start! Nice staff, quite helpful even though we arrived late!
Cons: Unfortunatly there is only one plug in the room, we should have brought an extension! Breakfast wasn't particularly amazing but still satisfying after a long hike..
6.8 Good
Pros: Good position for start of Adams Peak. Good breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super nice location near the start of the wonderful Adam's Peak tour! Very nice hosts. Breakfast was filling and good.
Cons: Double bed was a bit cozy for two people but still alright
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location is the only great thing about this property. Close to the Adam's peak, the market and the bus stand.
Cons: I informed that I will have late check-in time because of the bus from Hatton did not go on time. However, they kept calling and asking what time I will arrive. Staff was rude and was not nice, tried to cheat by saying the cost of the room was 3800 while in fact, as quoted by booking.com its around 3400. In the next day, he knocked on the door and asked me to leave impolitely cos they say it is a check out time. Very disappointed, you can just tell me in a polite way. Once I entered the room I saw a big cockroach on my bed and the guy picked it and threw that away. Too late, I noticed what was it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really great,we were feeling like home, tgey were so nice and kind!!!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service, location and food was great..
Cons: Wish they have added a TV to deluxe rooms. Bathrooms are bit congested but ok.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It is in a great place to start the hike to Adam's Peak. Room had a great view.
Cons: The food was very ordinary. We ordered rice and curry and there was very little flavour and no heat. Paid for an air-conditioned room but told on arrival that it didn't work. Luckily we did not need it. Breakfast was also pretty ordinary.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loverly room with very comfortable bed.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay at Daddy's Guest Home during our short overnight trip to Adam's Peak. The room was very clean and comfortable with AC, warm water etc. The location was excellent -- you can't get much closer to the trail head! The food was delicious: authentic, tasty Sri Lankan food made to order in the small restaurant in the hotel. And of course Adam's Peak was phenomenal - probably my favorite part of the trip!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Best location to do Adam’s peak, it’s basically at the entrance so you don’t need to wake up any earlier than necessary! Breakfast was included and was super yummy, all other food we had there was also great. Staff were very helpful and the room suited us well!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Closest accommodation to Adams peak and compared to others we looked at it was the nicest too. We were asked on arrival if we wanted to upgrade to the larger room and it was 100% worth it - would recommend booking this room as it is a lot more spacious and has plenty of natural light and windows. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help
Cons: Nothing to do with this accommodation however the Adams peak area is like a ghost town in the off season
6.3 Good
Pros: Very well located to the start of the Adams Peak trail and the town itself. The staff were fantastic and the food was great, even provided a breakfast to take on the climb up to Adams Peak which was left outside our door for the early start. Nice view from the hotel dinning room.
Cons: The hotel is a bit old and tired, very small room with a very cramped bathroom that had a pedestal hand basin with no bench space and a hot water heater that was not up to the challenge - luke warm shower with low pressure. Not enough power points. Noisy neighbours from hotel next door kept us awake.
4.3 Okay
Pros: -near to Adams Peak -squirrels playing around
Cons: -mold / musty smell in the room, afterwards I had to wash all clothes! -room was very dark -balcony with a view on another high building just 5 meter away... -breakfast was under average -much overpriced for such a standard... -tried to charge 3% extra for payment with a visa credit card -unfair exchange USD -> LKR. I paid with 180 instead of 175 like everywhere else
9.3 Excellent
Pros: 200m away from the beginning of the path for Adam's Peak. Very friendly personnel, good breakfast.

The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Adam's Peak. Guest rooms at the guest house are equipped with a seating area. The units at PMD Hotel come with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Guests at the accommodation can enjoy a continental breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is superb for Sri Pada pilgrimage because buses to Nallathanniya stop right in front of PMD Hotel and it's also the closest guesthouse from the path up the mountain. Good value if you're planning to just sleep for a couple of hours before the hike and recover from it in a (hot) shower afterwards before moving on.
Cons: There was a wifi provided but it didn't really work in our room which was in the upper corner of the building. There was no mosquito net and the bathroom window is just a metal mesh without a glass keeping only everything bigger than squirrels out, so it pays off to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid getting stung excessively. Also some little nuisances, like no trash bin in the room or no soap bar in the bathroom affected the overall experience, but as a whole this place is still good value for all pilgrims.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If your main goal is to hike Siripada this location is the most ideal: right next to the Siripada trail and right in front of the bus halt and car parks. The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. Overall good value for money
Cons: Nothing major. Initially wasn’t the easiest to figure out where the hotel was but people around knew and were helpful. Once the location is set everything was alright. The phone number might need updating.
7.5 Good
Pros: Place was clean and situated just at the bus stop nallathanniya.ideal location to begin the journey.staff was friendly.

9.3 Excellent

Cons: For this price there is nothing to complain about :)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located exactly at the beginning of the path to the Adam's Peak and near the bus station of Delhousie. Simple but nice room to start the hike to Adam's Peak at 2am and get some sleep before that. Checkout can be done after the hike.
Cons: A bit loud if you try to sleep before 9pm.
6.8 Good
Pros: Right next to the path to Adams Peak. Friendly staff.
Cons: Doors impossible to lock, holes in windows, toilet not flushing, no trash bin in the room
7.0 Good
Pros: Very near

Pros: It was the perfect location when you want to go on climb-trip on Adams Peak. Owner was very kind, gave us all information about Adams Peak and bus schedule.
Cons: There was no key from room, just the lock.
6.3 Good
Pros: Strategic location. There are restaurants open 24/7 while we were there. Also cheap souvenirs along the street. When you forget to bring fleece, can buy here only USD3-5. Bus station is like in front of the hotel. Very close to starting path to Adam's peak. You can see Adam's peak from your rear terrace during sunny days.
Cons: Blanket was not provided. No amenities, only thin towel. Hot water shower with weak water pressure. Not able to flow when other guest having shower, not enough pressure for the heater to work. Wifi available but weak signal, sometime lost. The router is at the landlord room downstairs.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property is really close tithe Adam’s Peak starting point and the owner was so nice telling us that we could check out after taking a shower no matter what time it was!
Cons: The bathroom was really tiny, I think the smallest that we had in Sri Lanka.

8.0 Excellent

Cons: They could advertise they have a in room swimming pool with how much water the bathroom floor holds
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a trip to Adam’s Peak. The pick up service will take you to the mountain and back. We stayed for one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyable stay, staff very helpful. Nice clean room with modern bathroom. Recommend :)
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The bedroom smells like hell and the moskito net smell is even worst. The bedroom is small and dark. In Booking it says they have laundry service but this is not true. The have stickers saying cards are accepted, but it was not working. It's far from Adam's peak. Food is not good neither.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Unfortunately I didn’t like much about this place.
Cons: Don’t stay here. No sheets. The most uncomfortable place to stay before or after doing Adams Peak. Not worth the cheap rate at all. Wasn’t clean. Room felt wet and damp the whole time. Not sure how but the hallways were covered in bugs. Made it really undesirable walking to and from your room. The management here are terrible. Not nice. Argumentative about everything. Make sure you look at your bill and check all your totals. Not that it helped me as I still ended up disputing the cost and eventually gave in. I think this is their tactic. So uncomfortable, especially as I was traveling alone. My room also had a window in the door. Single woman travelling, need I say more?! Please, do not stay here. Plenty of other places to stay! Also; if you pay extra for the breakfast on booking.com, he will argue that it doesn’t exist. Such a shame as with nice management and someone who cares about the property there is such potential.
7.0 Good
Pros: The manager was very accommodating.
Cons: Just a little too far away from town for my liking. No hot water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good
Cons: Weri
5.0 Okay
Pros: We were traveling on a budget and wanted to stay close to Adam's peak to do the hike at night time. That's the reason we chose to stay in this place. Well location was convenient and the owner/manager very friendly - he took us to the start of Adam's peak track in the middle of the night. That's about it.
Cons: The room smelled of mold - it was on all walls! Our room had a tiny window facing staircase. We tried to get some sleep in the evening to be fit for climbing Adam's peak at night. But the placce was so loud, and sound isolation so poor, that we couldn't close our eyes. Not sure if that's what to expect for the cheap price we payed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Perfect dinner Free taxi to adam'@s peak
