When you stay at Nice Inn Hotel Ichikawa Tokyo Bay in Ichikawa, you'll be in the entertainment district, a 1-minute drive from Tokyo Bay and 7 minutes from Disneyland® Tokyo. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, an elevator (lift), and microwave in a common area. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: We had two bunk beds for two people, so all the amenities provided were for four guests - allowing the two of us to be quite comfortable. Youtube was available on the TV which was nice for chilling out. The staff were super friendly and eager to be helpful. They provide unlimited soft drink and shaved ice - not really the food group I'm after in Japan. They also allowed use of the laundry machine for a fee. We over packed the machine and it wash and dried everything - it was impressive. Regular check out is at 9am, however, if one of you "sign up" to their membership, you can check out at 10am and receive bonus coffee cup. It's a nice looking cup, so the fee is worth it. They also gave each guest a pen/stylus combo when checking out - despite feeling like cheap plastic, it's actually really good.
Cons: Location was disappointing - although the room is priced appropriately. It's so close to the metro station that they feel connected. Unfortunately, besides the convenience store on either side of the train station, there's nothing else around. You have to catch the train to the next station to escape the surrounding factories. Which brings you the next annoyance - not every train stops at the station. Sometimes, it just goes straight by. Particularly annoying when it late, you want to go home, and the next train is skipping the station you need but you can't read the signs to know which train you can catch. As for the room, the air-con was really noisy - this might have been our fault in the way it was set. When sleeping in the top bunk, one person discovered what appeared to be bits of the ceiling drifting down - being able to sleep in the bottom bunk helped this. Finally, there was a lot of foot step noise either from the rooms beside us or above us. Bit strange to hear thumping sounds in a building that felt so solid.
Pros: Close to Disneyland. Handy to the train station
Pros: It's a fun place to go to with children - free soft drinks, microwave, cheap laundromat and streaming services available; a concept quite hostelly but with more comfort. However, location is not covered by Tokyo metro card. Next metro station about 2km, or about 150 yen with train from adjacent railway station. Close to Disneyworld Tokyo.
Pros: We liked everything about the property. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The unlimited drinks has worked wonders despite a tiring day. Even if they have food in store, they still allow guests to bring food and eat in the reception. Very accessible because it is beside the train station, even if it is far from the city.
Cons: Nothing so far.
Pros: Friendly staff and good hospitality Nice room and clean
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious and the hotel's location was very good, just a few steps from the Ichikawashiohama station. A convenience store is just nearby. Disneyland is just a short train ride from the hotel. Easy access from/to Narita Airport through Keisei Main Line (get off/get on at Keisei-Funbashi Station), plus 2 more very short train rides. Funabashi Station is an interesting place. it has many shops and restaurants nearby... and the biggest Daiso is just a few minutes walk :) The hotel has several freebies, to our surprise :) There were delicious ice-shaved drinks, pepsi (plus take-home pepsi glass) and ballpens. :)
Cons: I was hoping we could leave our luggage without any fee, before the allowed check-in time.
Pros: Location and value for money. Very near Disney resort. Hotel just a few steps from metro station.
Cons: Small room. Unable to sit at the side of the bed due to the design. No proper chair you have to sit on the floor. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.
Pros: Very close (actually next to) train station. Staff friendly. Family friendly.
Cons: Was hit with a fee on arrival if we wanted to leave our bags. No real help/suggestion for places to eat
Pros: Friendly staff. Awesome and convenient location.
Pros: The were not very fluent in English but they always found a way to help us. The free drinks on the second floor are awesome after a long day of walking. The had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Very close to the Disney theme parks.

Pros: Very clean room, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Cons: Breakfast was a little less and sometimes disorganized.
Pros: * huge room by Tokyo standards * Wifi is good and free * Staff friendly * Nearby to Ichikawa station *Room is clean.
Cons: If you can focus on the plus points first, the fact that this place is a bit dated and the lobby has a vibe of old folks home, and definitely not a hipster destination, shouldn't put you off too much...If you need to stay in this part of town there are not a huge range of options. Breakfast could be improved with some daily variations. Breakfast only rates 4/10 compared to other hotels elsewhere in Japan.
Pros: The location is just so convenient.
Cons: It was a non smoking floor yet the smell of cigarette smoke was very prominent.
Pros: Staff was amazing !! They were very helpful in spite of not speaking English. On my next trip I will stay there again. It is also a good location near transportation.
Cons: Nothing - Everything was much better than i expected. There also was a nice restaurant upstairs.

All rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe, coffee machine and karaoke facilities. Some rooms are furnished with an indoor aquarium. Guests can sample various dishes at the love hotel. Tokyo Narita International Airport is 25 km from the property.
Pros: What can I say, this hotel is for "adults" and room was set up for "adults". Outside Jacuzzi tub, two inside showers, inside jacuzzi tub, with wet lounge area. Hairdryers, selection of shampoos, lotions, etc... Large comfortable bed complete with Karaoke Machine, mood lighting and condom by the bedside. Two small Japanese style vending machines available for when you need a small snack for energy.(yes in the room) I booked this hotel so I would be semi close to the airport and it was just 30 minutes away, lets just say I am probably glad I didn't have a black light with me. All in all I would still stay there again if I was flying out of Narita. The room was bigger than most hotels in Japan. The room was reserved through Booking.com from 6PM, I didn't notice this so we had a bit of difficulty checking in early. They were very nice and let us check in early because we were leaving so early (I think you can rent these rooms by the hour) No english speaking but they had one of those electronic translators which worked very well. Yes, I know it says "adult" hotel in the title, I googled adult hotel in Japan and read that it didn't mean the same thing in Japan. Maybe the difference is you bring your own partner, didn't see any partners hanging around on the streets...lol
Cons: The lady checking us in, told us to call in the morning and she could arrange a taxi to take us to the train station (needed to catch a 6:26am train), we had to go down in the morning and speak directly with them to use the cool translator, however we were told they could not get us a taxi, due to language barrier we are not sure why. Needless to say we had to walk 20 minutes to the train station with a heavy suitcase, so glad it had wheels but now the wheels are shot and the suitcase is no longer usable. We made the train and got a brisk walk before our long day of flights so its not a big deal plus we needed a new suitcase anyways.
With a stay at SLE Japan Ichikawa House in Ichikawa, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Tokyo Bay and Nakayama Racecourse.
Cons: Not easy to call taxi
Pros: It was very quiet. So clean. The Staff is so kind.
Cons: It is a little difficult to find the location. If there was a small desk and chair for my laptop, it would be much better.
Pros: The owners are very meticulous about tidiness and cleanliness. They are very helpful on any issue you may have.
Pros: Very Clean Good location Staff is so kind Wifi is very good
Pros: Beds were fine. Wish pillows were fluffier, but it's all good! Cleanliness was well. Japanese. What else could you say about the excellence of the Japanese service industry? 5/5 Would recommend again, easily.
Cons: None. Maybe the pillows, but that's kind of it.
Pros: Good kind staff at the front desk
Cons: Dirty bathroom floor , bathtub very dirty
Pros: perfect location to walk to station, places to eat and shop. very clean!
Cons: rooms were very small
Located in Ichikawa, CVS BAY HOTEL ANNEX is a 2-minute drive from Wild Birds Paradise and 5 minutes from Former House of Otsuka Family. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities.
Pros: Great location, and a very clean facility.
Pros: Breakfast was at a small restaurant across the street from the hotel. It was a total Japanese immersion experience - no Western-style options at all. However, it was tasty and filling and diverse. Wonderful for those who are really interested in being IN the foreign country, rather than viewing it from a McDonald's or Starbucks. Short walk to the transport station. One of the staff researched and printed directions from the hotel to the Yokohama port, to give us the most economical way to reach it and booked us a taxi for the first part of that trip. Bathroom was spacious with a wealth of amenities, including pajamas, slippers, comb, toothbrushes, hairbrush, etc.
Cons: We chose a twin room with separate beds. The beds were larger than standard and took up most of the room space. Had we known, we could have upgraded to a larger room.
Pros: very close to JR Shin-Urayasu station and Tokyo Disney! the breakfast was good.
Pros: All utilities were provided well and everything was very spacious and new. Free breakfast was a great bonus!
Cons: Bathtub was a little bit unclean with a lot of dead skin on the side... :(
Pros: I like the location of the place which is only 2 stations away from Maihama Station that is for the Tokyo Disneyland. And there is a Lawson store nearby too. We stayed in a room of four people, though the room size is relatively small but we could care less about it since the facilities, the services, the staffs and the breakfasts are super duper excellent!
Cons: It’s not really a big matter but it’s just that there is some communication error where language is a kind of a barrier there. Most of Japanese are not English proficient because they prefer their mother’s tongue more, which I completely understand.
Pros: Close to Disney, which is why we booked, superclose to trainstation. Clean and tidy comfortable nice and easy and affordable
Cons: No one told us we had to hand in our key each day so bit of confusion the first morning. Rooms are a tight fit but seems more a businessman hotel very white needs art or something.
Pros: If you want to stay as close as possible to Disney, this is the best budget choice, only 2 JR stop away. Friendly staffs, cozy public area, clean bedroom, nothing to complain except the room is little bit tiny, people with huge luggage might feel inconvenience.
Cons: One little problem : seasides 2 CVS (convenience shop) , there is only one local restaurant within walking distance and no other shops.
Pros: the room is clean and comfortable
Cons: because I am moslem that the food are limited
Pros: The breakfast tasted like a nice, home cooked meal! There was no judgement if you went for seconds. Very close to the Ichikawa Shiohama train station, which is two stops away from Disneyland. The Wi-fi was very good, my facetime did not disconnect.
Cons: Rooms are very small, it felt like living in a closet.
With a stay at this vacation home in Funabashi, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Tokyo Bay and LaLaport.
Pros: Very clean and silent flat with air conditioner.
Pros: They provide every basic needs from cooker, microwave, fridge, bathroom amenities, the thoughtful wet wipes, AC, TV, to washing machine we didnt get to use. Everythings so clean, the location is very nearby Maruetsu store and 24hr Lawson. Too bad we didnt explore the neighbourhood enough to find the liquor store we read about!
Cons: We expected toilet with bidet but there is a pack of wet wipes so it's good. Also the neighbourhood is very quiet at night we were afraid we annoyed everyone when returning at 11pm
Pros: The close proximity to restaurants and the station. The communication from the host was fantastic, we found it really easily.
Cons: It felt a bit depressing being in there, I guess we were expecting a bit more for our money. We had to brush our teeth, wash our hands, clean the dishes all in the same sink. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable and water went everywhere. It feels like the place is about 30 years old.
Pros: The room Is very clean and vear Public trasfer station.
Cons: The Bett is not for 4 Person and unkomfortabal. The Place is not for suitkase abileble. and preis is not worth for such Place.
Cons: the other guest next door was making lots of noise at 2am
Pros: Very close to Narashino Station and supermarket! This is a standard japanese apartment and looks old from outside, but it's super clean and has everything what you need. Even washing machine and laundry detergent are available. WOW.
Cons: A toaster could be nice
Pros: The unit is clean. It has the information needed in the folder.
Cons: The smell of cigarettes is there even it’s a non smoking room
Pros: Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket nearby and away from crowded Tokyo
Pros: Very clean, spacious and good price!

Cons: The toilet seat lid wouldnt stay open by itself! :0
Pros: Very cheap and clean. The room is large compared with average single rooms in Tokyo/Chiba area. They have the big public baths.
Cons: A bit far from the Funabashi station (6-7mins). But for the price, I cannot complain.
Pros: Near JR station, stores, restaurants, staff are friendly
Cons: The tap in the bathroom is old- fashioned

Pros: Good service and nice people
Pros: Aunty Chong made eggs and tea for us for breakfast.
Pros: They are very helpful and co-operative.
Pros: Cheap price, but you get what you pay for.
Cons: The listing sounded like an established hotel, or at least a facility designed for travelers. It was a personal house. They were all hanging out watching TV in the kitchen. Nobody spoke English, even though the listing said they did. I was shown to a room off the kitchen and they closed the door. I didn't even know where to find a bathroom or any facilities. I was stuck in this random room with a family talking loud into the night and couldn't sleep. It was a terrible experience. I had to sneak around their house in the morning to find a bathroom. And I had to walk two miles to the closest train station in the rain.
Pros: The room was good and comfortable
Cons: The washroom and bathtub was not so much clean
Pros: Host, price, location, hospitality
Pros: Room was nice.6
Cons: Didn't have handwashing water in bathroom.
Pros: I love ms.Chung, she is very nice, take care of us always, we are late to arrive her apartment, but she wait for us. and there is 2 car park space. very convenience.

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Tiny room
Pros: The price, service, location, and spa were excellent.
Cons: Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.
Pros: Every thing.
Cons: No thing.
Cons: 最悪な体験をさせられました The worst experience ever! Please never go to this hotel! I used my credit card to pay the price for only once, and the hotel got twice of my money，which stole double the price, and the front door couldn’t get an explain. If you want to lose money for no reason, it’s a good place for you to go. Also, the room of the hotel is too small comparing with other hotels, the smallest one I’ve ever been. There are mosquitoes and the smell of the room is disgusting. I’m really silly to choose this hotel, and I feel ashamed of myself. It’s better to choose a more distant one and take a train to your destination than staying in this hotel which deceives consumers ,where you’ll get the worst experience in your life. I’m now written in English to get all you know. Please trust me!
Cons: Distance - 1 hour from Narita airport; taxi cost 30k yen
Pros: Easy to go to the airport from there. Good breakfast.
Pros: The hot spring
Pros: I love how close it is to the station. The bed was really comfortable too.

Pros: Awesome breakfast
Cons: A bit small but good value for the price
Pros: Hotel Trend Funabashi was a great place located between LaLaport and Aeon Mall. It was a 10 minute walk from the JR station and had a 7/11 right across the street for those late night snacks. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always greeting me when I came back.
Cons: I didn’t see any coin operated laundries on site and I believe they only offered dry cleaning. I’d have dumped 100s of yen into laundry.
Pros: We only stayed for 5 hours as a stopover in the way to Narita, the desk was manned until late and the staff were really helpful. The room was comfortable and roomy for a business hotel. The location was good for Funabashi station.
Pros: i like your staff hospitality and hotel comforts
Pros: The room is very clean. I left the " Do not disturbe" sign on the door. The cleaning staff still left a set of new towels in a bag for me on the door knob for two days in a row. It's very sweet! Give welcome "bottle of water" when check-in.
Cons: Only one girl speaks English the night we checked in which was good. Rest of the front desk staff do not speak English. Had to use translator to communicate. Room sound proof is not very good. Breakfast was more for Japanese. Not many choice. Don't know how the TV works.
Pros: The service is good and quick I got free 2 water bottles from staff when I’m living here
Pros: Good location For access
Pros: Everything is perfect
Pros: Very neat and everything you expect from a food hotel.
Cons: Was a bit of a walk from the trainstation.
Pros: The hotel was clean and the WiFi very good
Cons: This hotel is geared only for Japanese. Western people would not feel included here. One staff member spoke English. The breakfast was only Japanese food. They would not even cook an egg. The staff smile but are of no help due to no English. All signs , information all only about n Japanese.

Pros: All the staffs are very nice, one of the best experience in Japan
Cons: The entrance needs a ramp
Pros: Excellent location. Very close to local train stations (Motoyawata Station JR), restaurants and a supermarket.
Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful. Next to Keisei line with easy access to Narita, and a supermarket that opens late.
Cons: The steps at the entrance... Only a few but travellers with luggages will appreciate a simple ramp.
