Great hotel, fantastic decor - lacks customer service... no hair dryer in hotel - requested hotel staff but could not get us one - even a motel has a hair dryer!

Pros (+) I liked the workout center and the king size sleep number bed!
Cons (-) The walls are so thin you can hear every little thing from any room that is either right next to yours, above or below your room.

Pros (+) Facilities were modern and updated. Indoor pool and outdoor pool. The place looks like a castle.
Cons (-) The carpet in our room needed to be vacuumed. The pools were both dirty, cloudy and had stuff floating in the outdoor pool. The cleaning staff didn't restock our towels and I had to request some from the front desk. We got they at 10:30pm.

Pros (+) Upon check in we had dirty tissues on floor, pubic hair in tub, my jacuzzi tub didn't work. Several calls required to get sheets for the crib . management didnt charge for room service to make ip for it. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) House keeping needs to step it up...should be spotless for the money you're charged.
