I paid a uber to get to enterprise to pick up the vehicle, the agent stalled for a while and finally said he wouldn't have a car until perhaps Saturday morning. he offered to take me home but I would have to wait 1 hour or more for a ride. I spent 2.5 hours , money for uber and nothing was given nor compensation for my spending was taken into account. DO NOT RECOMMEND9.6 Wonderful

No cars available when I arrived. Granted, it was a same-day booking so they didn't have a lot of notice, but it would have been nice to know in advance that the car isn't guaranteed just because you booked online. It would have saved me a long uber drive and the effort to pack for a trip I wasn't able to take in the end.10.0 Wonderful

Drop off at Pearson T3 was quick and effucient.Cons:
- CDN $800 for 4 days is a rip off - no hint of additiona insurance charges until pickup - car wad a gas guzzler that i was 'upgraded' to without a choice - hatch back with missing luggage cover - not very clean upon pickup - disabled sat nav - are you guys kidding - other agencues that I've used don't do this..2.0 Poor

I was 20 minutes early for my car, so one was not available. they did however get one ready for me quickly, it was very dirty in side the location of the rental car place was very very dirty and unprofessional looking.2.0 Poor
