Good value. Your app failed completely however. Only able to find one way car was with Kayak. Also brakes made really loud noise. But it survived the trip and got us to our destination!

The employees were very courteous and friendly. The only problem I had was I did not receive the car I reserved, as their policy is you must give them a credit card rather than a bank card for a deluxe car. I thought that was ludicrous, as the bank card shows you have the money for the car. I had to settle for a smaller, less deluxe car. However it did serve its purpose and was comfortable. The return was easy, and my security deposit was refunded immediately. I would definitely rent a car from them again.

Comfortable vehicle with plenty of room. Pick up was easy.

Cons:

When I called in to get a Chevy Tahoe or similar vehicle to rent the agent told me that the price will be around $380 and there’s only one left to rent and it was at Indiana Ave in the city of Riverside,CA. When I arrived at the location there was no Tahoe available even tho I had made the reservation online and over the phone. There was a Ford Expedition there which was similar to the Tahoe but the agent who was there charged me $650 which was way higher than I expected but I was put into a tough spot so I rented the Expedition. I felt like it was a Bait and switch which is very troubling to me.

When I went to get the car they raise $30.00 After 2 Hours there they fix it the car was filthy I went to Lax return the car they gave me recived then later they sent me different invoice Explaining the wind shield has problem,they charge me $100.00 Extra. Cons:

The office is greatly understaffed and unorganized. I was there at my scheduled time (12:00pm) to pick up my rental and I didn’t leave the office until approximately 1:20. The employee had too many things going on and had to personally take the car to get washed. When I returned the car, there were several customers waiting to be helped by one employee. The employee asked who was returning a car, and myself and man raised our hands. She then told us to leave the keys and she would email our receipts (which I have yet to receive), and that we could go.
