We were not going to be informed until 430 the day before that our rental would be able to be fulfilled do to inventory issues had I not called earlier in the day to ask to reserve a specific model. We were told, less than 16 hours before our wedding that our reserved vehicle type was not available anywhere close to where we had reserved it. When asked why we weren't contacted earlier, we were told it's policy to send out the cancellations at closing time via email (very customer friendly policy) if they can't be reached via phone (my number was correct as confirmed via my booking receipt, and I never received a phone call)Reviewed Jul 1 2024
