The friendly, helpful reception staff made our stay particularly pleasantThe spa was outstanding
Excellent service from all staff cannot thing of anything we did not enjoy
Nice SPA with many sauna options (try herbal sauna!) and good selection of massages (book in advance if you want them in the afternoon). Great food, especially dinner served from the menu - very elegant and tasty. Wine list should satisfy everybody. Great surprice - free hotel transfer to the gletcher ski area!
If to describe all that it was pleasant in this hotel to turn out a poem, the novel. It is excellent hotel. Excellent owners of hotel who do all for your rest. Excellent breakfasts and suppers, an interior, service. Very purely and comfortably. Living in hotel you feel exclusive visitors
The hotel was very clean and hotel staff were very attentive.
the room has comfortable chairs: after a day of walking absolute necessary. Bed and furniture are all of very good quality. There is a separate WC. Enough light to read a book in the evening. Limited check-in times (14-18) so if you arrive in the morning you may not plan a substantial walk. Half board gives a quite simple salad-bar. You pay for ordinary water to drink at dinner. Some rooms are just above a terrace where drinking guests may cause noise till late in the evening.
Travelling on my own, I had a lovely smaller double room for sole use with big, square balcony. (I had a glimpse of the bigger doubles which looked magnificent). I could decide in the morning whether I wanted half board, which was an excellent 4-course dinner for only € 15.=. Real value for money! Hotel exceedingly well cared for, very pleasant and correct personnel. Situated in the village, but not on the main road, very tranquille setting, nice garden and terrace. My personal rating for this hotel would be 9.5 (the only thing I missed in my room was a small fridge, otherwise the rating would have been a 10!) N.B. If you are travelling on your own, make sure you get a room with a balcony! -
Excellent Location. Big room (Junior Suite). Wonderful staff at the restaurant.Great dinners. No coffee/tea facilities in the room (had to pay everytime you wanted one). Breakfast was rather poor - had to ask for hot dishes, which was not explained.
Loved that they had on site parking. Loved the spacious and clean rooms. Steak house in the hotel was wonderful. Close to all major attractions. Very friendly staff. Cost of parking. Cost of breakfast.
Great hotel and great Location!!!! At a reasonable price Breakfast is nor so cheap!
Nice view and location Not availabla at all King size bed in standard room, old fashion decoration, expensive breakfast, require to be refurnished, some element are not working
after a very difficult check in experience a different member of staff from the orignal receptionist upgraded us as a gesture of goodwill. the orignal receptionist was unhelpful and did not provide any useful information such the availability of the ski bus, breakfast times or other useful services
Localization, cleaness and confortable
Spacy room, great view, great breakfast I think that hotels of this class should provide Internet free of charge
I think for the price things like internet and parking should have been free. They were not and cost 17 and 10 Euros respectively. I think that is a little low-budget for a nice hotel like a Hilton. They should not "nickle and dime" their customers who are already spending top dollar to stay there.
Toured the city
the location was great and the stuff was help full, over all i loved every thing in the hotel.^^
kindly staff N/A
The room was large with plenty of space. There were very good views of the mountains. The armchair in the room needed replacing. The was no separate shower in the bathroom. The television was not state of the art. At 26 € the breakfast was far too expensive. For the price that I paid I expected better facilities
Location, location, location. Friendly staff, nice rooms, good value. Can't wait to return.
Location Lack of evening restaurant, but plenty of places nearby
Staff were very polite and ever so helpful. They went out of their way to provide some office equipment etc that I had left at home. There help ensured I had a susscessful visit. Also their Masseur was experienced and assisted with a shoulder problem more thoughoughly than the local medical personal where I live. The breakfast layout could have been a little more ergonomic. I often saw people spinning around to look for the basics.
We did enjoy the location in particular and appreciated the underground parking in central location. The use the car lift for personal purposes with children was not particularly exciting, but the kids liked it.
breakfast: good variety and quality we left this hotel after 2 nights, because of the uncomfortable room: we could not turn down the heating and had to turn on the airconditionning in order to cool our room (in the winter!!) As it was situated to the busy street side, we could not sleep with the open window. Their homepage is very stylish and modern, but the hotel itself is kind of oldfashioned inside. Very tiny garage: complicate access for bigger cars. Kind of hectic hotel (bus groups)- no restaurant facilities if you want to eat à la carte.
everything - especially the staff
The hotel staff is always very polite, the facilities are clean and tidy.
Second stay at this hotel. Standards remain consistent. Excellent staff and breakfast. Room clean and functional. Well-located. Good spa facilities, especially the pool. Will definitely return. Not applicable.
The location was great and the views from the room were fantastic. The facilities at the hotel were the best we had encountered with saunas and pool etc.
Reception staff was great ! Luxury rooms are super. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Especially we liked coffee/cake break 15:00 - 17:00. Ski bus stop is 50 m from hotel. Also you can get free of charge transfer to Gletcher from hotel, but you need to order it day in advance. WiFi is almost everywhere in the hotel, but you need to ask new access codes every day. Some rooms are renovated. SPA and pool are old. Waterfall in pool work 10 min. once during 2 hours. One day personal forgot to switch on big sauna. We informed personal that at the day of check out we need breakfast at 07:00, personal was late and part of our group left without meal.
Good money value and good position
The kindness of staff was far more than superior. The location is great. Unability to override the heating. Due to hotels system and/or regulations
Ik booked the 4-person appartment. The rooms were very large, even the bathroom (including a shower, a bath and a double sink) and the apart toilet! It is a great appartment for 4-6 people, with an excellent view from the balconies (which you can reach from the living room and the sleeping rooms). Right at the opposite of the street there is a supermarket and a bakery. The breakfast is rather expensive (10 euros) and they change the towels only once every three days. If you would like new towels earlier, you have to pay for it (I think 1.50 for a big towel). Those are not really big problems. There's a bakery across the street where you can get an alternative breakfast. And for me personaly it was not a problem to use the towel more than once.
Great place to stay; easy to get to from Innsbruck, and also to travel onward to the Stubai Glacier (a bus stops right out the front). Hotel staff very friendly, and even gave up some good tips for a Hike in the local area. The 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, with lots of cute little personalized touches, along with Schnapps on arrival! I would certainly stay here again! No
Service was excellent. Best Alpine breakfast ever had. Superb aapt/pension, with lovely baclcony. Ski hire/shop, Pub and bus stop all on site. NO, everything was excellent
Clean good service considerate staff No
We have got a huge luxurous apartment. Only the kitchen was suprisingly small, however this does not deteriorate the perfect time we have spent there.
Great location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and excellent food. The staff is also very friendly; we arrived at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon and enjoyed a quite nice cake buffet and coffee at 3pm. The four course dinner in the evening was simply wonderful. We only stayed a single night, but I could have easily enjoyed several nights at this hotel. The hotel rooms are a comfortable size and nicely appointed - especially for Europe. The deluxe double room we chose was quite comfortable for myself, my wife, and our two year old child. The pool was pretty cold. I was expecting a heated pool for my toddler to enjoy, but it was just too cold for her.
