There was no attendant at the counter at 4:00pm for my car drop off. I had to leave the keys in the overnight box with a note regarding mileage and drop off gas level…. I thought it was strange but the young lady I pick up the vehicle with was excellent! Very helpful & courteous.

The female sales associate that served me when I picked up my car was excellent. A definite asset to your agency/company. I picked up my car at 9:30 pm on 4.16. She brought my car to the terminal from the lot and then took the time to sit with me in the car to explain how the GPS system connected to my car and various other features of the car, SHE WENT THE EXTRA MILE IN DOING HER JOB!! THANK YOU!!! I thought I was renting a RAV4, instead I was given a VW Atlas. Sad to say, I did not think to request a non-smoking vehicle. I have coronary artery disease and after I was a few miles from the airport, I realized that someone who previously rented this vehicle, smoked in the car. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Apart from the vehicle not being smoke free and really not clean. The rental experience was good only because of your female associate who served me.

Entered driver’s license and credit card in pre-checkin through budget. Didn’t matter when the pickup desk still needed to see and swipe credit card. Dropoff location did not have a key dropbox, so i had to return the following day to return the rental car

Our car was not available and then they wanted a 500 deposit for debit cards which was NOT on the website nor any information provided before hand. Horrible experience.

Pick up location was closed. Only a sign on the door. Had to drive across town to find other location. Luckily we went a couple days before to check on rental and onsure we were all set, otherwise we would have been late. A notice should have been sent to us thru reservation that the location we chose was now closed.

Made two reservations thru Kayak to Hertz and both times they stranded me with no vehicle. I can only give them a "F" on their customer service since I never got to drive their cars. Most likely the bumped me because I was Kayak and they had opportunities to get a higher rate from someone else....
