Nothing I didn¿t get what I was need to get The customer service so poor and I not want no one go to this place
I didn¿t like nothing the customer service was poor the girl in the check in was so rude I was expecting to get a little bit of human bean and be nice but they not. They just see you is money
I love the location of the hotel it was close to everything i needed and easy for train accessibility.
There was no ice machine on the floors we had to constantly call for ice and it¿ look so long to get it .
I didn¿t like anything at all about this hotel!
This was hands my worst hotel experience EVER! The rooms were nothing like the pictures and were run down. My room was switched 5 or 6 times in less than 24 hours because of the constant problems! I would never stay again! Nor would I suggest any stay too
The room was very nice and spacious, the sheets were so soft, loved the separate tub and shower.
Because of covid it was very hard to find a place to dine in at but also there seemed to be so many crazy ppl around there like in every block even in the hotel. You can hear everything through the room doors too.
The staff was horrible, the sheets were not super clean. Had to request new ones. The reservation did not show on the initial booking and when I booked an additional room for another day. Trash!!!
Overcharged still waiting for refund.
It was rated as 4 stars but was not 4 star accommodations in the least 2.5 star accommodations
Room was amazing!!
For this particular stay, I like nothing. Becaz Staff was aggressive and rude; hence, I did not get the rest I needed. My stay was fill with anxiety..not a good feeling. Lack hospitality. Health survey to enter birthdate needs revisiting.
1. During my shower, the handle fell on my foot. 2. Dirty shower curtain and walls 3.constant disruption from staff about check out after an extension was granted due to a internal communication breakdown. 4. AC unit loud when heater is turned on.
The room was large and inviting. Very relaxing.
The towels were not soft. Very rough.
The staff! The ladies at the front desk were stupendous, as well as housekeeping. Felt a little spoiled.
Too was severely damaged
The room was not equipped with microwave refrigerator or coffee station...the room was very uncomfortable. I asked to change rooms and was denied..
