Left two items in the room by mistake. Despite several calls, the first being within an hour of checking out, nothing was found. Several follow-ups, no call-back. Last follow-up, no items found and reception chose to hang up on me. Ultimately, my carelessness for leaving the items, however very poor response from hotel.
