Pros (+) Not a bad place to stay for a night or two, but not longer than that. If you're a college student on a budget, I would recommend. The cash only part did throw me off.

Cons (-) Spartan. Clean but the toilet leaked onto the floor, the heat was sporadic, and only one thin blanket was provided.
