Pros:Nothing
Cons:I pay for a room with 2 beds but they give me one so small whit one bed and smell awful. I say to the receptionist that I pay for two beds and he say that was a mistake of the Paige so I just have one little bed. Most awful experience of my life

Pros:Great Location! Right in Chinatown! VERY cheap, but you get what you pay for...
Cons:TINY rooms, and you have to share a bathroom with other guests.

Pros:There was a discount for breakfast at a nearby restaurant, "Elevated" which had generous servings of western breakfast. The location, in Chinatown, was less than a mile from where we went to a conference, so that is central to our decision.
Cons:There was no elevator so we had to climb 4 stories up. No refrigerator or coffee meant we were unable to keep extra food from supper and wait for breakfast for coffee.

Pros:Cheapest place in the city! Especially if you are coming to New York to be out on the town, not stuck in a hotel room!
Cons:You definitely get what you pay for: 5 story walk up with no elevator can leave you winded, especially with luggage. Rooms so tiny that you cannot open the door because the bed is in the way. 2 bathrooms on a floor with 15+ rooms that could hold 2 people each? You do the math, but no matter how you cut it = long bathroom wait times. Also, bathroom cleanliness is nonexistent. When I finally got in, the floor was soaked, the toilet wouldn't flush, and it was full of someone's vomit! Uuugh! Also, I was eaten alive by some sort of insects...my arms, legs, face...I don't know if they are bed bugs, fleas, mosquitoes? Something that left me covered in itchy wealts. So, the place is a steal for the location and price...just know what you are getting yourself into!
