Smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Two double beds, but the smallest. I wanted my adult son to stay with us, but the beds were so small my husband and I really couldn’t share one, so my son stayed overnight at his friend’s apartment

Cons. The UX design needs improvement throughout the hotel. You check in on an iPad but the lobby is nearly pitch black so it’s impossible to see where to swipe your own credit card. The “create your own room key” technique is not intuitive. The bar has six doors but only one of them opens, and no signage to indicate which one. There were more odd things but those stood out.
