It felt like a hip and trendy place to stay. The room was lovely and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was amazing. Had a hot tub with a view. The restaurant downstairs served lovely food.
The room could have done with some more lighting and the gym is quite basic.
The bed was really comfortable - we stayed in the Sky Box Loft and I really needed the extra room for our luggage as there was no where else it could have fit (other than under the bed). The location was great and it was nice and quiet inside the room.
The only thing I could fault is the lighting in the room - it is fairly dark and I had to use my phone torch to look through my suitcase at night.
Beautiful hotel, great location and super nice lobby for meetings and drinks.
The rooms are really small but I guess that’s what you get in NYC
Great location, loved the neighbourhood. The bath with the view was lovely.
Bed, uncomfortable and squeaky. Air conditioning unit unreasonably loud. Would have hoped for more at that price point.
The rooms were stylishly decorated and the overall design of the hotel was very pleasant.
There are only two lifts so there can be quite a delay at times. My main issue was the rudeness of one or two staff members. I found most to be very friendly and helpful, while there were were one of two who were disinterested veering on the point of rudeness.
