Pros. Great location for us, great room, dog & kid friendly.
Pros. Quiet room, nice mattress, great bedding, excellent staff and a perfect location for exploring the city. What more could you ask for?
Pros. Wonderful location (but Lower East Side, not central). Bice bar and public spaces.
Cons. Beware the tiny, tiny rooms!
Pros. Bar
Cons. Rooms ,menu
Pros. Comfort of room. View. Restaurant. Location.
Pros. Location, appearance, friendliness of staff, and the rooftop. The fitness center was adequate and even if it wasn't, the view from there was amazing! There was great food at the hotel and all around the neighbourhood, try Wolf Nights and Tiny's Giant Sandwich Shop. We spotted a few TV and sports stars in the lobby, that was interesting...they are much uglier in person.
Cons. I felt like I spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator and the complimentary coffee seemed to be a chore for the staff to deal with. Also, there was an incident when my girlfriend needed assistance with something and the concierge was skeptical that she was a guest and was very rude. Everyone else was great!
