If you are traveling with children and would like them to sleep in the room with you, the hotel can provide you with a crib or a rollaway bed. Cribs are available free of charge, and the maximum number of cribs allowed per room is one. Rollaway beds are available for the fee of $10 per stay, excluding taxes, and can only fit in the larger room configurations. If you need extra bedding, you are advised to make the request at least 24h before arriving to ensure everything is ready by the time you check in.

The hotel is able to receive mail and packages on behalf of its guests up to two days prior to the check-in date. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must ask the hotel staff for a parking voucher at check-out, which will entitle you to the discount upon paying.

The bus goes through terminals B, D and C, then goes directly to the Roosevelt Av/74 St bus stop. Once there, go to the Roosevelt Av-Jackson Heights subway station and get on board subway line F heading towards Kings Hwy. Get off 5 stops later at the 47-50 Streets Rockefeller Center subway station, and the hotel will be a 3min walk away. The full trip will take between 50min and 1h.(Prices checked 10/07/19).
