Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's service, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff and poor communication. Cleanliness is a major concern, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, stained bedding, and pests. Many guests found the hotel noisy, both from neighboring rooms and the surrounding area. Hidden fees and unclear charges, particularly for amenities and deposits, left guests feeling misled and dissatisfied with the value for the price. The location was also criticized for safety and distance from attractions.AI-Generated from customer reviews
