Pros. Bed was comfortable

Cons. Carpet stained. Bathroom ancient so moldy and stained. Terrible lighting. No housekeeping between nights

Pros. It had all the basic needs to stay for a couple of days and they offer free breakfast.

Cons. The bathroom doors have no locks. I would feel better if they did.

Pros. Bill at the front desk was amazing! We also enjoyed seeing the groundhog who lives in the grassy space between the hotel and the Denny's. Cute little fella.

Cons. The outlets were awful. We had to buy three extension cords from Target to make the room usable. Also the shower head was broken, poor pressure and would only work on two settings— neither of them very good settings. Otherwise was a great trip!

Pros. Staff was helpful. Location good. Facility design dated.

Cons. Rooms had been redone. Still a less expensive chain. Other motels in are were not bookable on line.

Cons. hairs left in she shower, a couple hairs in bed too.

Cons. DIRTY SMELLY ROOM VERY HARD BED AC DID NOT SEEM TO COOL WELL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN FIFTIES OUTSIDE ?

Pros. The staff was great and very helpful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Cons. The room accommodations were sorely lacking. The room was damp and had a very musty smell. The curtains and blanket on the bed had holes in it. The mirror fell off the wall within the first hour of us getting into the hotel room. We originally booked a 2-night stay and stayed only 1 night because we were too tired to change hotels after we checked in late in the day. The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation because the facility is quite old.

Pros. The room was clean and did not smell. It was spacious and even had a fridge/microwave combo. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The air conditioner worked just fine and we enjoyed our relaxing evening in after a long day's drive and anticipating another one the next day.

Cons. The ice machine didn't work but I can understand how that happens. However this facility has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. The hallways, lobby, and breakfast area smell disgustingly like a stale ashtray. I was terrified walking to our room that it was going to smell like that because there was no way we'd be staying if it did. Luckily the room smelling nothing like the hallway and we stayed but they really need to do something about it. I couldn't even stay to eat where there were a few tables because it was smelled so heavily of stale cigarettes.

Pros. The gentleman who checked us in, was a total sweetheart. He was helpful, understanding, and very professional while still holding a warm tone. He helped my family and I know where each other were, and he was genuinely sweet. Thank you so much!
