I had to switch rooms because the air didny work. Second room was hot so they brought a fan. What a joke
Hilton hotel delivered!! The staff was great and the location and the quality of the facility, were top notch! Make sure you bring at least one dress up outfit to be able to go out at night and enjoy the live music, a beautiful piano or a guitar offered right at your hotel! Niagara was spectacular!
The view was spectacular. It was really nice to see both the Canadian and American Fallsview. Only disappointed part is my partner and I had to call house keeping 3 times to bring a crib to our room. Finally we ended up going downstairs to concierge and complaint and they brought up to our room to find out it wasn’t a crib but a play pen with no bottom inside. So in the end out 1 year old had to sleep in the bed between us. That experience was pretty disappointing
Great Canadian side falls view. Excellent
Canadians suck. That’s all I have to say.
Pros. The bed and view was amazing. We were on the 49th floor and the view from the room was spectacular. Facilites were cleaned and disinfected thoroughly from the switches, to remotes to door handles. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and of good quality.
Cons. the room itself, from the carpet, to the lights is outdated. it needs serious updating. The walls are paper thin. We had a group of girls screaming non stop in the room next to us and all through the hallway. Management was called twice yet nothing was done.
