Pros:
The staff were friendly, but we never got a car after waiting more than 24 hours after the initial pickup time on our reservation.Cons:
I don’t know why more than 20 reservations were able to be confirmed (they told us more than 20 other people had reservations and were waiting like us) when they had no cars to rent.2.0 Poor
