Very comfortable beds. Surprisingly clean and modern. Very happy with the stay.
Very clean, new-feeling, well-appointed rooms. Excellent, smooth bed linens. Great bedding: the only time I can recall any hotel's blankets being heavy enough! Also very nice that breakfast was included, tho' it was carbs only. Coffee was good. Would have been perfect with the addition of (even) hard-boiled eggs. Being right across from the ice machine & the office's night window (Rm. 17), it was too noisy if I left my window open. Was ok with the A/C running & window closed, though. Bed was a little too firm for my taste, but the great bedding more than made up for that.
Super clean, close to nightlife, newly remodeled smaller rooms/bathrooms
beds! very restful sleep room size is very small
King room. Non smoking. Late check in was granted. Howecer, upon arrival we asked for extra pillows. They only had one extra pillow at the front desk. Then come to find out there were no bath towels in the set ups. Had to personally walk down there b/c the front desk couldn't leave the front in staffed. Floors were not completely clean and there was hair left all over the bottom of the tub. And there was only one creamer set up left with, by far, the worst coffee ever. In a pinch this place works. Just don't be too picky.
The staff ia very friendly and helpful. The motel is decent. Nothing fancy but is ok. It is in a goos location. Has fast food within walking distance. I had to have my fridge and microwave changed cuz the one in the room did not work but the staff was more then happy to help!
I would categorize my stay at the Super 8 in Ontario California as 'tolerable'. First, my room (221) had the overwhelming smell of carpet deodorizer which permeated my nose and lungs to the point feeling naucious. This made it very difficult to eat in the room since I could literally taste the deodorizer. Second, adult men and women were yelling outside and going in and out of rooms very late and into the early hours of the morning both nights of my stay. I have experienced this only one other time at a motel where prostitutes were allowed to solicit business. Third, when I returned from business the following night my key card had expired even though I paid for two nights. I had to carry all my bags back down stairs to the office to get it 're-updated in the system. Fourth, the office staff who checked me in failed to offer to give me the pass code to access the free Wi-Fi. It was not until the following morning that I had to ask another office staff for the pass code. Finally, there was no maid sent to clean my room and make the bed, place fresh towels or anything the first day of my stay, despite being gone the entire day.
Nothing I didn't like the fact I was double charged for the filthy room and they denied it when asked.
Updated and clean No shower curtain
Newly remodeled room Not a good area. People were fighting and yelling everywhere
Upgraded room very nice, modern Front desk staff looked disheveled, was a bit rude.
The room was clean, comfortable and felt like i was staying at a four star hotel. Best value for the price.
Well, someone got shot... everybody got locked down. But the beds were comfy. That someone got shot.
Great owner Check in was 11am instead of noon.
I didn't stay at that hotel. In fact I now I have a huge cell phone bill because the company called me from a +66 country code. Also because they were in Asia my dates were wrong. Causing them to continually switch the hotel until I finally got a room at Econlogde Ontario. Which was dirty and hadn't been vacuumed in a smoking room. I was in town for a Martial arts competition. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I will never use this site again. I travel to over 10 competitions a year and never have I had such a horrible experience with a travel site.
Nice staff, clean rooms. Will definitely consider staying here again.
Close to downtown area. Location.
Clean, big rooms. Relatively quiet. No restaurant on premises or near.
The room are excellent
I liked the fact I was upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The bed was also very comfortable with a good TV setup. There was no staff available to check me in when I arrived I literally had to seek someone out when I arrived. This occurred again upon leaving. When i would ask cleaning stag a question they didn't speak enough English to even understand this is not something which I'm opposed to however in a touristic setting where staff is already scarce I wasn't impressed. Also the vending machines had little options to begin with so when half the options including water was sold out I was ready to leave.
The woman who works behind the counter was nice. I don't know what planet the other reviewers for this place are on. I booked this room based on reviews, but was horrified when I drove into this motel. It is in a VERY SCARY part of town. There was a homeless man sitting outside one of the rooms the entire time I was there. It is right next to tattoo and massage parlors. Everything in the room was very dated and there was no outlet by the sink. I was by myself for this stay as I was attending a conference, so I was very uneasy all night.
It was a great deal for the price! Overall the room was great. Mostly everything was updated and the furniture was very comfortable. There was even a little basket with the toothbrush, razor, and other essential items.
location was the deciding factor. I booked a King bed for which a premium was charged, non-smoking room for which I had to sign a waiver ($100 if we violated). For one the room already smelled of smoke so we changed rooms, then the king bed was actually a queen (they argued that it is a standard king, and that there was no queens or standard booking option, which is clearly not the case, see kayak) therefore no money was refunded for the premium . It was extremely noisy, we could hear the neighbors and anything going on outside, the fridge inside the room made lots of noise (I unplugged it) and the AC unit did not really work (it was very loud as well and it was difficult to regulate, either it was on full power or off). The breakfast, they may as well not offer any, or call it something else. The staff was not helpful or accommodating at all. I would not stay here again.
Liked how comfortable bed was and cleanliness How far it was from Tyler mall
I liked the location and it was a good value. On top of the quoted rate they required a $100 deposit that I won't get back for a few days. I thought this was odd.
Very clean Staff was courtesy, very pleased
Price Cleanliness of carpets. It was uncomfortable to walk barefoot as after a few steps the bottoms of our feet would be covered in what seemed to be grease. The carpets need to be steamed.
Clean, quiet, close to amenities
the price and the shower. I liked that the room had a mini frig and microwave many motels for this price do not in that area. I like the size of the room. the smell was put in a smoking room.. I asked for non they were all taken. cigarette burn holes on comforter and tables. broken door jam on bathroom door. The didn't work where frig was
Not much Stained towels No alarm clock Burn holes in the blankets Less then a half roll of toilet paper
I was disappointed. When I arrived I was told that because it was the weekend the room was higher than the price during the week. Even though I paid the price I originally booked the room for I was refused a veteran's discount because of this.
The location wasn't too bad, and the WiFi worked great. As soon as we walked into our room, there was an overwhelmingly awful smell and we found roaches in the room. Immediately after this we found another hotel to stay at and checked out 2 days early from our non-refundable room. Terrible experience.
Easy same day booking, super easy checkout. No bathrobes drain stopper, room was missing a tv remote that we had to call and ask for. Nothing serious.
I arrived past midnight and was greeted with a smile. The room was easily accessible, very clean, and quiet(second story.) Well equipped non-smoking room and safe neighborhood for late evening and early morning walks. No.
Welcome Inn was safe, clean and excellent service from the staff.

I did not like the place but I did like that everything that I needed was very close. Our experience at this Motel trying to be an Inn is so bad. Stained towels, dirty faucet and tub , no toilet paper, People fighting outside of the complex, police activity, not enough parking "QUEEN" Beds so small. The worst thing of all tons of Roaches. This place should not be recommended to anyone.
The room was upgraded with new decor and a flat screen television. It was a great bargain for overnight after arriving late and before leaving for Palm Springs.
Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, granite countertop in bathroom No
Well appointed, comfortable, up to date, and the breakfast was nice with a wide selection to choose from.
Everything was perfect! Staff, room, pool, breakfast. It's worth the price!
Nicely appointed rooms are a cut above. The place is well maintained and the breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and excellent value for Money. A bit noisy in the morning with the trains and proximity to the airport.
we were given a room on the first floor, an easy walk to the shuttle. This was thoughtful since we did not have a car. The room was clean and pleasant and amazingly quiet since it is so near the airport.
The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, flat panel television, and roomy bathroom Be advised that this hotel is near the railroad and airport. I did not hear any air traffic, but there were occaisonal train whistles. I did not find them bothersome
Comfortable room size. Easy access to freeway and airport.
closeness to the airport
The location was quiet from freeway traffic.
i was amazed how clean and nice is this place and the the room was perfect, thanks none
Couldn't be more clean. Bed, restroom, and everything was clean. Close to freeway and local sites. Easy to find. When we first arrived, I had thoughts of finding a new place to stay. It looks like a better motel. Was thinking it was more of a hotel when I booked the room.
It's cleaner that I expected, brand new TV and overall it was a pleasant experience. Coming back to the hotel late at night made it hard to find parking, but then again... we booked 2 nights there during the Halloween weekend, so it was understandable.
They had an open room Shower was broken, a/c didn't work. Bed was very uncmfortable.
The front desk clerk was amazing! Very helpful and nice. Great customer service. I told her I would mention her in this served but I can't remember her name. We checked in on the 31st of march and out on the 1st. Please give her recognition. thanks
I don't remember the star level that it was it was clean the TV worked the lights worked the bed was comfortable the pillows were nice bathroom was clean washer and dryer on the premises and vending machines Water pressure in the shower
The gal at the front desk was very accommodating. The room smelled bad like they over sprayed it to cover up the smell. We only had 1 towel for 2 adults. The door where key card was located was bent in as if someone tried to break in. I was not happy at all.
Front desk pople were verey kind
Nothing There was blood on the walls from people shooting up in there.
Nothing except for the price & location. Everything. I regularly stay at economy motels, particularly Motel 6 & other chains. Lemon Tree was significantly worse than any motel I have ever stayed.
price pillows and condition of the maintenance of the room.
free wi-fi Needs total renovation.
The price and the bed was great. Dirty, old, paint pealing everywhere including bathtub but worst of all the bathroom roof started leaking.
Close to fairplex and dennys Dirty, smelled like smoke, graffiti in the bathroom. Someone was revving the motorcycle outside. The electrical plug in didn't work.
Location Could of been more clean
