Interior of vehicle could have been better serviced (Cleaner dusty dashboard and center console dirty).

The Carr rental place decided to close early on Friday so I wasn't able to get my car rental. Had to end up calling Enterprise who sent me to another location that had NO CARS. I ended up having to drive to an airport location and ended up paying more.

I called ahead to make sure my rental was there, I also confirmed that I could use my debit card but my deposit would be higher, which I was fine with. Once I get to the rental place I was told I can't use my debit card, for the car I was renting, I waited 45 minutes to rent a different car just to be told we don't have any available at this time and was told we'll have to run your credit just to rent another car. I'ma just stick with Enterprise car rentals from now on.

THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILABLE, but Kayak didn’t care! No, they organized the rental anyway, and helped the Allianz insurance company charge me money for a policy I NEVER USED. Then, when I was almost to my destination, I got a call from the Budget office to inform me there wasn’t a car for me to pick up! I’ll never use Kayak again. Awful experience, zero customer service.

Cons:

I rented a small car for my significant other and I to go to Vegas for the weekend. I arrived to pick-up the vehicle and the lady was going to give me a large van. She told me since I paid for the manager special that van was the special for the day. I told her, that is too big and she said that is the last car she has. I told her to cancel and she said she couldn't so I went to Enterprise and luckily they had a vehicle for me at the last moment. Hertz credited me for the rental but Hertz should've of notified me about the van in advance. There website said a similar vehicle, a van is not similar to the car I rented. Can you imagine how much gas I would've used?

It was a quick and easy rental process. The girls up front in the Corona location are great. And they were able to accommodate a shuttle back to my place when dropping off the vehicle. So I would most definitely rent from them again.
