Bed was comfortable. My niece enjoyed herself at the pool. (2.5ft-5ft) It is in a good location to get to several locations. Breakfast was good. It took a long time for omelets and waffles but that's because they only have one cook working the hot station. It was worth the wait. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful. There was a dust ball in the hallway. House keeping failed to pick it up twice. Walls are thin our neighbors were drunk and loud. (They were celebrating their softball loss)
Downtown convenient location
I LOVED that it was just a short walk from Verizon arena, great restaurants for dinner and breakfast is buffet-style, with custom omelettes available. People were friendly and staff very nice. It got a little warm in my room, but the air did not kick in until the morning. Night was a little rough because I LOVE cool air. But NOT a show stopper, by any means. It was a great room.
Facilities were dated.
Location and breakfast was excellent There were no towel racks in the bathroom
Staff were very pleasant and helpful Rooms don't seem to be very well sound insulated. You could easily hear any noise in the hallway
The breakfast was the only positive. It's extremely outdated and the price is close to the other hotels. I'd rather put it towards something newer so it doesn't fee like you're sleeping in a room in the 50's.
Very nice breakfast included with stay .
Stephanie brought a flashlight to my room. It lit the entire room for awhile before going out. The electricity was cut off from 1:00 am - 5:40 am for maintenance. I was informed after the fact.
Great value. More than adequate for our one night stay to break up our 13hour drive.. Breakfast buffet was indeed a pleasant surprise. Grass blower at 7am on a Friday?! We need a federal law.
This building is well built. Very quality finishes. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well, brunch style. The AC works as well, which is always important in the summer. Great location, but later at night (10 pm) some harmless yet forward homeless people will ask you for money. Don't give them money. Lock up your stuff. They have security at the hotel, safe place overall.
I have stayed here many times through the years when going to concerts. Always have great experience. Make sure they enough staff in bar and restaurant when concert is in town
The staff were very friendly and helpful. One morning I woke up to find that housekeeping had only left me packets of decaf coffee. I called the front desk and in less than 5 minutes she was at my door with regular coffee and apologies. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but very nice. As a business traveler I appreciated that there were plenty of plugs to charge my electronics and the wi-fi was faster and more reliable than most hotels. All-in-all a good value. It is somewhat complicated to get back on I-40 south. There are not really any restaurants in the immediate area.
Very updated, modern look! Great value!
The room and facilities seemed very new and were quite nice. Our room request was honored and we were given a quiet room on the back side facing church property. We saw grass and pine trees out our window - very pleasant! I checked out the fitness room and had every intention of using it but chose to sleep in a bit later instead. It had very nice, new equipment that worked well when I tried it out. While the binder of information was helpful, we had to go down and ask for a TV channel guide. I would recommend that it be put in the binder with the other info.
Rooms appear to have been remodeled, very clean, appreciate the free parking, free internet and free breakfast. Location right off highway and prices are excellent. There was a mix up with reservation and agoda company but hotel's friendly and welcomig staff were able to rectify it quickly. Small parking
Stayed here overnight for a concert. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very attentive to the needs of the people staying there. We'll lit parking, and all the things you'd find in a larger hotel. Breakfast was fantastic!
The shower head was nice... Oh, and Ghostbusters was fanfreakingtastic!!! The length of time it took to check in! We arrived at 1:10 a.m. and got into our room at 1:30... Really??? There is no elevator at this 2 story motel!!! Upon walking into the lobby to check in I was met with the odor of marijuana and curry...Yummy! I reserved a king bed/non-smoking room. We were put in a double queen/smoking room. I was not asked if this change was acceptable. We pulled the bedspread and top sheet back on the bed closest to the heater/ac unit and found a large wad of black hair on the sheet. When we checked out the following morning I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk. No apology or discount was offered. I then asked for a paid reciept. The desk clerk told me she could not give me a paid reciept. For being in the room for less than 8 hrs (time change that morning), it was a very bad expierence and I would not recommended setting foot on this property!!!
Searched dates did not coincide with dates reserved. My room was given away.
I loved the location to the river market district. We were able to walk to the bars and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We were on the 19th floor of the hotel so we had a great view of downtown Little Rock I booked a "deluxe room" for approx. $170 per night, which isn't insanely high, but I definitely could have found better rates at comparable hotels in the area. When I got to the room it was VERY small, and had 2 DOUBLE beds. I called the front desk and confirmed that this was in fact a "deluxe" room and they said yes. I asked if I could pay to upgrade to a room with 2 queen beds, since there were 4 adults in the group, and they said that double beds were the largest beds they had on property for rooms with 2 beds. That was very disappointing considering I can go to a Holiday Inn Express and get a room with 2 queen beds for $50 cheaper per night. Also, the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. All of the above are things that come standard in most hotels that are significantly cheaper. For the amount of money that we paid, I was not satisfied with the value.
I liked the elegance of the place. Made me feel fancy. I didn't like the extra money I spent on things that I felt should have been standard. I should have saved my money and stayed at a cheaper place that provided things such as parking and a microwave/fridge. While I enjoyed the view I don't feel that I should have had to pay additional money for it or parking. All in all it was too expensive for the level of elegance they were selling as standard.
All the rooms are finished and the earlier complaints about the horrible construction noise is no longer an issue. I think they are still working on the lobby in parts, but did not bother me at all. Very pretty room, loved the decor. I got a discount price for booking during their construction I guess, and lucked out, for there is no construction, so price was very fair. Parking garage/valet is 22.00 a night, which is steep, but I used it because I wanted to feel safe and it does that. High price for parking, 22.00 a night is pretty high for Arkansas, and wow! Marriott is cleaning up on that one. ha!
The hotel has been completely redone and you can tell. The rooms are large and well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. No complaints
Excellent made-to-order breakfast and service was wonderful. Front ladies were very nice and very helpful. Pool had towels - yeah. Pool was nicely taken care of. Bed was nice and comfortable. My child said sofa bed was nice. Elevators worked great - very speedy. Baggage cart - was not the old style with flat bottom to carry many small sacks of stuff. Maid service came by way too early - 8:30 a knock on the door.
It Had an indoor pool and a beautiful fire pit. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Most of the time the front desk was unattended. We needed extra lining and pillows so I had to search for help me it took him three floors and only came back with one pillow and a small blanket.
Everything was clean and looked relatively new, would stay there again. Had one issue with the A/C temperature resetting itself to warmer than I wanted.
Free parking. Really nice, new, and spacious rooms. Guy at front desk late night gave us ointment, bandaids, and finger covers for a deep cut my boyfriend had. We were super pleased with our stay. No.

I had prepaid $---/ for this room and the front desk, inexperienced for sure, had no record of my reservation. I paid again the next morning and then had multiple calls to sort it out. Not OZk for a seasoned customer. Hotel great. Front desk.... Marginal.
Location and design Our room was not cleaned for the day. I specifically notified the maid of the need for the room to be cleaned. The maid told me yes I will tell her and its on the list. Well when I returned it was not cleaned.
They double charged me for the room and never picked up their phone.
the woman at the front desk was apologetic and friendly. We had to wait a very long time to get our room keys. She was having a difficult time with the computer system and couldn't get us checked in. There was a sticky film all down the lobby floor. The pool and spa were closed for repairs.
the breakfast and wifi were a plus!
Staff. They offered to pick food up for me because my flight got in so late Bed... It crunched
Watched the news and monitored the hurricane! The kids enjoyed the pool and the gym! No! It is a very nice hotel! I wish they had stoves in the suites, that's all!
As the name implies, the hotel offered a very comfortable experience. After traveling from overseas to visit home, I received a hassle free check-in, stay, and check-out. There were no-hidden-fees, there was a continental breakfast, and covered pull-up. The room was a nice size and the view was wonderful.
Never had a suite for a price like this! And the shuttle which drives me also to Central Highschool. On the first day I saw walking a big insect on the floor (don't know the name) but that can always happened.
Best free breakfast of any hotel in this class, friendly staff. KAYAK screwed up my reservation
I love the beds here. They are so comfortable and soft if you prefer a firm bed, you may want to look somewhere else. I have booked here before and loved it. Nice, clean, and friendly on my first stay here. The second stay, not so much. We will book again just because I don't want one bad experience ruin it for me. We will try again next time. The gentleman at the front desk was not very friendly. He acted as if he hated his job. The room we stayed in was also very dirty. The shower curtain. Was inside out and stayed with yellow. There was hair on the bathroom walls. There was a huge stain on the box spring of one of the beds. There was also a huge liquid stain on the lampshade. How that got there I'll never know. The breakfast is okay. Sausage patties, eggs, cereal, breads, and a waffle maker. The pool is inside but tiny and looks as if the bottom needs to be cleaned. It looked gross!
Comfortable bed, clean, good breakfast
We had a roach in our bathroom.
Nothing Everything. Dirtiest hotel I've experienced, with stains on rugs, an unclean shower, and reeking off smoke in non smoking rooms. Don't stay here.
Wifi works. Not too expensive. Place isn't clean and needs updates beyond a flat screen tv in the room.
The shuttle was awesome. The hotel is dirty and run down
The staff was very friendly. Stained sheets, large cracks in the wall, no hot water.
Nothing Hotel is in the ghetto where there are street walkers and thugs walking around. Beds are rock hard, a/c doesn't work well. There aren't enough towels for 4 people that checked in. The lobby has a weird smell and they hallways have no a/c, very hot to get to your room. Shower head has screaming noise as soon as you turn it on. Don't waist your time with this hotel!
Friendly staff The hotel wasn't modern. I was expecting something a little nicer.
The bed was awesome. Real coffee cups Rusty air vents. Glasses in bathroom still had last guest's water IN them. Tv couldn't get reception on some channels I wanted to watch. Bathroom small.
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, close to everything, comfortable beds, allows pets for a much smaller fee than other hotels. Not all ice machines are plugged in so the one right outside my room didn't work; had to go upstairs for ice. Food and drinks at the bar are a bit pricey even for a hotel.
I was able to watch one of my favorite television shows with a larger selection of channels available. The room was FILTHY and no hair dryer available. I am so glad I had some disinfectant cleaning wipes with me!
I love the room. It was full equipped with every thing I needed for cooking. NO
Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Very clean. Great pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Pet friendly! No charge for roll away bed or pet. Heard road traffic from front-facing, top floor room (this can be corrected-so, not a deal breaker)
Lits of good value for the $$ The cood was mediocre
