Pros: Free bikes to tour the city. Great location.
When you stay at The Kimpton Schofield Hotel, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Parker's Downtown, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pros: Lots of space in the room. Decent breakfast.
The staff both at check in and check out were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff made sure it was well supplied and clean. The hotel was very roomy and comfortable. It made a perfect closure to a wonderful family vacation.
Pros: The pool was very clean; we saw it maintained while we were there and the breakfast was outstanding!
Cons: Some children had dirtied the hot tub and therefore it had to be drained and refilled. We were not able to use it; which was a disappointment.
Pros: The sleeping arrangements the bed was nice and comfortable
Cons: Nada..,... I would recommend this hotel to everybody
Overall awesome stay
Pros: Location was awesome
Cons: Wished the room was separated

Pros: Beautiful river view every morning at breakfast.
Room was a great space with 2 tvs, separation b/w bed & rest of suite. Clean.
Cons: Courteous staff with exception of one hostess (Sunday 11/13/16, 10am) at the restaurant who didn't seem to know how to greet me. Not sure what that was about.
Pros: Loved the small wet bar with a sink and the fact the suite had doors that closed to a separate living room. These two things make traveling with an infant so much easier! Also very good food from the restaurant downstairs. THe surrounding town is quaint and there is plenty of green space to walk your dogs and stretch your own legs after a long travel.
Pros: A very enjoyable experience. Room was very clean and all the staff very friendly. Beautiful outside area with the cascading water. Very nice pool. Great room service. Very nice restaurant & lounge.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: The Sheraton at Cuyahoga Falls was great. Rooms are super clean and really well put together. The staff was super friendly. I really like the overall feel of the hotel. Will absolutely be back.
Pros: Pets allowed, and they were very friendly about it.
Pros: The restaurant at the Sheraton, Beau's, was exceptional. The food and service were above expectations, but the highlight was the view! The restaurant is positioned over the Cuyahoga Falls and the it is the most relaxing scene to dine by. Wonderful!
Pros: The bed was very comfortable.

Pros: We had lunch in their restaurant and I had an amazing beet salad.
Cons: I am a Gold Level SPG member. This got me nada. No welcoming gift, no upgrade, no internet access, no late check out, nothing. I have been treated much better at other Westin's.
Pros: Cleanliness and layout of rooms.
Cons: No breakfast included with stay. No garbage can in bathroom or recycling in room period.
Pros: The room was clean, we were put on a high floor with a great view. The staff was excellent. I guess I'm just too picky about the cons.
Cons: I'm a stickler for good service and the Westin did exactly what they were required to, but nothing more. For example, I asked for a fruit platter & champagne to be put in the room. It was my husband's birthday and it sucked we were stuck in a hotel after a business trip, so I wanted to make it a bit more exciting. Most the fruit was fine, but they didn't pick out the moldy grapes and shriveled berries. There were two glasses for coffee, but provided only one cup serving of grounds. The bag of coffee itself couldn't be opened easily, and since we were traveling, we had no sharp objects. The vanity mirror was broken. Little stuff adds up and I was overall disappointed for a $250+ night.
Pros: amenities, proximity to points of interest, great adjacent restaurant
Cons: lacking microwave in room, option to request one was not mentioned by the staff; learned about option by default as we were checking out...
Pros: Front desk was very friendly and quick to get us checked in and out.
Cons: Parking was very expensive.
Pros: The place was clean and comfortable with a higher end business vibe.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Good locatoon, easy walk to local attractions, restaurants, athletic venues. Rooms were comfortable and clean, hotel bar was nice but always under-staffed.
Cons: Hotel was probably sold out for NCAA tournament, they did not staff the hotel properly. 2 working elevators for 20+ floors after a Thursday night game, plus they closed the bar/restaurant as people returned from the game. Check-in was slow on a Thursdsy, room not ready until after 4:30. Staff were nice, just not enough of them.
Pros: The hotel was convenient to the Convention Center. The room was clean, hotel was quiet, and the decor modern and relaxing.
Cons: The attached restaurant is very expensive--if you're traveling on a budget, you're going to have to walk a few blocks to find something cheaper.
Pros: The bellmen were outstanding with holding our luggage in storage while we waited 2+ hours for our car at check-out on new years day. They were what made an otherwise unpleasant experience tolerable and actually enjoyable.
Cons: The valet service was horrible. The wait was long yet tolerable because of the westin's staff and pleasantness. The valet staff had 8 people standing around the podium (not moving or running any cars) sitting there cursing in front of guests during a verbal argument- very off-putting.
Pros: Fitness room great!
Cons: 1. The hotel facilities are not kept in good repair. For example, the telephone in the room had keys broken or removed from the key pad.
2. Could not check out because the computer system was frozen. I received a email of folio that appears to contain incomplete expenses.

Pros: The check-in clerk was very friendly & welcoming!
Cons: Our "suite" was actually just a regular room with an added several feet of sq. footage - with a sofa..
Cons: Shower head noisy
Blower for AC vibrated and was noisy

Pros: Free toothbrush. Toiletries were nice mixture of things that you normally do not receive. That is about it.
Cons: Things that I did not like: Staff that lies. They like to patronize you just to push off to the next person.
Rooms reasonable but not worth the price.
Experience every modern comfort and luxury next to University Circle cultural and arts district. This Cleveland hotel near Cleveland Clinic is within easy reach of Legacy City Village and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Stroll among historic buildings parks and museums or see what’s on at the theatres. If rest and relaxation is your aim take comfort in the hotel’s spacious luxury suites or sample the hotel’s fine-dining choices from freshly prepared sushi to the finest international cuisine.
Cons: I think the hotel could offer a little better breakfast than simply a continental breakfast when you consider what they charge for their rooms. i didn't know hotels still only offered continental breakfasts.
Pros: When on business I normally stay at the local generic Hampton Inn, but I decided to go upscale this trip. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is new, clean and sophisticated for a small town. Reminds me of a nice hotel in a metropolitan city. The price was a little bit more than a "Hampton Inn", but worth it. I would not recommend this hotel for families or kids. It is right in the heart of restaurants and bar scene in Kent. Would stay again if I have the chance.
Cons: As others have commented, the walls are thin and I could hear people in the hallway having discussions late at night.
Pros: Hotel staff were attentive to us the entire stay, which included welcoming a lot of wedding travelers. The hotel is fresh, new, and centrally located to Kent and KSU. I highly recommend it!
Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center puts you just a 5-minute drive from Kent State University. You can splash around at the indoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A 24-hour fitness center and a spa tub are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.
Attractively decorated room. Very clean. Nice details, such as bedspread and pillows. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was kept clean and freshly stocked.

Pros: The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The renovations look good too!
Pros: Love everything about it. Room was beautiful, receptionist was incredibly friendly and nice. Breakfast was really good as well.
Pros: Clean rooms, pleasant staff, reasonably fast WiFi, good selection of breakfast foods, and good soundproofing. Slept soundly despite the surfeit of young children and tweens (but perhaps we were fortunate to be staying in the hotel with a surfeit of well-behaved families).
Cons: This is function of original design -- narrow corridors and tight turns on ground floor might make navigation difficult for some people.

Pros: Typical Hampton inn amenities...Everything I have come to generally expect. Clean and comfortable overall.
Breakfast provided--but could have used a bit more variety in hot food options.
Cons: First...Parking. Granted, I'm used to downtown areas, but I had no idea that the only parking options here were private surface lots and garages, or paying for hotel valet parking. I guess I'm just used to a hotel parking garage or lot of some sort with permitted or validated parking. On the plus side, the valet rate I was charged was a flat $24 for the entire stay. Not terrible. I didn't go in and out, just walked where I needed to go for the most part.
Second...The staff. For the most part they were friendly, but I arrived in the very early AM and the night attendant almost seemed like they would rather not deal with checking me in (sorry--our system is in the middle of an update...You're going to have to wait 15 minutes before I can check you in).
Third...Overall condition of the property. Not bad, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear and could use a good refresh.
Fourth...The room. It was a nice enough room, but was equipped as an accessible room with an adjoining room, neither of which I had asked for. The bench in the shower could not be completely moved out of the way, leaving the only options to either fold it down and use it or deal with it leaning out from the wall slightly. A clip to keep it folded against the wall would have been helpful.
Finally...Noise. It should have tipped me off when one of the amenities in the bathroom was a set of earplugs. I was given no warning about this. Things were quiet...at first...until sirens started blaring overnight at street level down below. I was clear up on the 6th floor and could still hear them. The last night I was there (remember the adjoining room I mentioned) the group in the adjoining room was either very loud, or this set of adjoining doors had the worst noise isolation characteristics in the world. Probably a combination of both. I finally had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone up.
I hate to be "that guy" but this Hampton really let me down overall.
Pros: The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Ice only on even floors
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable bedding. Found room very quiet even being next to a young family. Easy and efficient air conditioning. Overall a good place to stay.
Cons: Did not make up room second day during my stay. Returned to room late afternoon to find no clean towels when we wanted to shower. Front desk said they were behind on laundry and they would run towels up as soon as they could. It was not long after that towels arrived, but to be 5pm and not have made up rooms with fresh towels falls below expectation. Shortly after towels arrived, we were asked if we wanted room service. Late in the evening to be offering, but at least they were checking still.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean
Pros: It was a nice place close to where I need to be cost of room was good also was the breakfast
Cons: Wish the room had a frig to keep the food I got at the West side market cold. That's the only that was missing
Pros: The cleanliness of the entire hotel as well as my room. Breakfast was a plus!
Cons: The frown on the front desk lady, she wasn't nice at all. The night one
Pros: Great room - good breakfast, although when we were there, so was everyone else. The staff had trouble keeping up with the crowd.
Cons: I like a firm mattress - it was ot
Pros: Great location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room.
Cons: No easy access to evening meals. Price of daily parking.
Pros: Location very good close to everything that walking distance ?
Cons: very nice hotel the stay in and the breakfast are very good ,I will stay here again when I come back in Ohio.best place to stay in Cleveland.
Pros: We regularly stay at Hampton's so are very familiar with them. This one was perfect for visiting the Rock Hall and Progressive Field. Everything was expected for a typical Hampton Inn. The breakfast was probably the worst part. They didn't seem to keep the food stocked up so there was scraps left both mornings that we ate there. Our room only had 2 towels, which I found strange, usually there are 4. I had to ask for a 3rd for the 2nd morning. We didn't bother having maid service because they didn't show up until 3pm and by that time we had been out and back and were relaxing for a bit. Valet parking was good but it does cost $20 per night.
Pros: Close to rock hall and bars
Cons: No room service and breakfast buffet was inadequate for the number of guests, they ran out of food and the wait was ridiculous
Pros: nicely appointed rooms, clean, fairly comfortable. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions and close to the lake.
Cons: Staff was a bit harried, not helpful when it came to directions. The 90 East is closed right now, making it a challenge to get in and out of there with GPS. Difficult but not impossible. Staff did not seem to know about this and were not a good source of information for alternative directions.

Pros: The staff went the extra mile! They were always polite, helpful and professional.
Cons: The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Unsupervised child was horrible. They were diving, doing backflips any just being down right rude. I understand you will get splashed but I got ambushed! They clearly did not want me in the pool. I went to tell the front desk but they were checking in a team sports team and were swamped.
Pros: Clean. Nice people. Decent location. Price was good.
Cons: AC seemed to blow across the bed....
Cons: They never refunded my deposit
Pros: It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a clean room. With a good breakfast, a newspaper and hot coffee I was a happy traveler.

Pros: I thought the breakfast was about average for the industry these days, the staff was better than average and that made it better all around. The room was nice and comfortable. The location was close to freeway access which helps in many ways and it was not so close that you heard the noise from the freeway. The staff tried to do make my visit a pleasure, even though the room was not as expected for a paraplegic to use.
Cons: I am in a wheelchair and have been for over thirty years now. On the 11th of June I called the hotel directly because I received an email from them stating that my hearing disabled access room was ready for me. Since I am a paraplegic, I am going what the heck, so I called and explained why that did not work for me. After waiting on hold for about ten minutes I was informed that they had mad a chance and that my room would have a roll in shower and was on the first floor, When I arrived the room I got was not wheelchair accessible and was a hearing disabled accessible room. I fell twice during the week trying to get onto the toilet and that added to my pain.

Pros: Great service from the valet and front desk staff. Great location with two main entrances on both sides of the hotel.
Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Dirty, dirty, dirty...stained carpets, broken tiles, torn upholstery on furniture, moldy shower curtain - GROSS!
Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice central location
Cons: had to pay to park, was requested to put a 100 hold on my card at check in, they did drop it to 50, but all the website said was a card would have to be on file, nothing about a hold. The shops inside were all abandoned. Only a few open. $4 water offered in room. no fridge
Pros: The hotel itself has a super cool environment and the building is spectacular... until you go in the room.
Cons: This was our second attempt at The Arcade and both times we have requested a bath tub and paid an uncharge for a room with a view. Both times the view that we upgraded to was a concrete wall 6 feet from the window. They moved us to a room with an actual view this time at least, but the room was just cleanish and had no bath. We actually think that this may be the room where employees take breaks as the table had pretty clearly had drinks on it not long before we arrived and the TV was on. If they charged $100 or even $150 for rooms here, it would be fine. In fact, it would be good. For $360 a night though, we were really expecting something more than a few steps above a Holiday Inn.
Pros: Nice atmosphere. Great location in town.
Pros: There was a lovely gentleman working the front desk who was able to let us check in early. It was a huge help to us considering we had been traveling for over 10 hours with no sleep. The room was very nice; my only complaint would be that there are no fridges available in the rooms.
Pros: Excellent stay
Pros: The Arcade is a beautiful Hotel. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable about their facility and surrounding amenities. Centrally located, making everything you want to do in walking distance.
Cons: First stay was perfect. Great room, extremely comfortable bed, and perfect view of 4th St., cannot complain. Second stay....room was dated, carpet appeared to have water damage, bed was old with ruts and was extremely stiff. Called to ask possibly change rooms and were shot down. I understand hotels fill up fast, especially during big events in downtown Cleveland. However, don't ask me my room preference through email four months in advance and again at the front desk when your going to ignore or know you have no intentions of accommodating a single preference. Just be honest and up front about availability.
Pros: We had a good time. Great view, such a comfortable bed!
Cons: The additional 30.00 for one night parking.
Located in the Historic Gateway Neighborhood, at East 4th Street between Euclid and Superior Avenues, Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade provides convenient proximity to all major attractions in Cleveland. The hotel is within walking distance from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, the Horseshoe Casino, the Theater District, and the Cleveland Convention Center and Global Center for Health Innovation.
Cons: Next to hospital. Pricey considering I spent all day in hospital and only slept and showered in room. Room service prompt. Good food.
Pros: Conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic
InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland the region’s only wellness focused all-suite hotel is conveniently located on the Cleveland Clinic campus. An oasis for guests to relax rejuvenate and improve their overall mental and physical well-being yet close to the city's most prominent attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Cleveland Museum of Art and Cleveland Botanical Garden.
Pros: The location was perfect for my visit. I plan on returning.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Pros: The location and complementary breakfast were very good.
Cons: I feel that it was understaffed. We were there 3days and nobody came to make up the room until we were ready to leave. We actually ran out of toilet paper! There was also a towel shortage in the pool area each day no matter what time of day you went in.
Pros: The graciousness of the staff. Exceptional.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and my bed was soooo comfortable!!
Pros: Good size room,. Front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: The parking lot was a little confusing; we saw more than one car exit out the entrance.
Pros: Nice rooms, great feel to hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Pros: Excellent overall
Cons: I wish they would have had a complimentary coffee for the morning my only criticism was the coffee in our room was pretty awful
Pros: Clean, up to date. Wonderful front desk staff. Bed was extremely comfortable,
Cons: breakfast buffet $15.99.... We were heading to a meeting and looking for a quick continental breakfast
Pros: Very nice lobby and friendly staff. Rooms were modern and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons: It was after St. Patrick's day and they still had Christmas ale on tap. And no Jameson. Bar was disappointing.
Pros: It was beautiful! Very clean and the staff was so nice and polite. Very helpful. Gave me 2 coupons for drinks in there restaurant /bar just because it was my birthday. I loved it.
Pros: Great location

Cons: The breakfast was out of food and coffee by 9:30 a.m. and replenished very slowly as if they weren't expecting guests. The one service staff could not keep up with the amount of guests. No utensils, no syrup, lines for food that was gone, etc....
Pros: The hotel was recently remodeled and very nice. The full kitchen was nice and the room was quite large. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning.
Cons: No shuttle service on the weekend..was very inconvenient..had to pay for a Lyft..was there from 7/1 - 7/4
Pros: Although there were a few issues with housekeeping, the staff tried their best to make my stay as stress free and pleasurable as possible
Pros: It's a beautiful hotel nice lay out interior and very Comfortable
Cons: It was in mid renovesion
Pros: Nice rooms, big bed. Quiet location. Free popcorn and microwave in the room. Good strong coffee.
Cons: Breakfast is late, starts at 7:30am and all of the staff will politely but firmly remind you it starts at 7:30am. Everyone got lectured by the breakfast staff for trying to get anything other than coffee before 7:30am. Hotel is under construction now.
Pros: Staff very friendly
Pros: Location, rooms, very comfortable beds, breakfast
Pros: It was overall a great experience.
Cons: Just the inconvenience caused by the construction which affected elevator availability.
Pros: Staff upgraded our room. Hotel was newly renovated. Breakfast was great with many choices.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay. A decent hot breakfast was available. The room was very clean and spacious.
Cons: The only negative we noticed is the utensils during breakfast were not clean.
Pros: The room was very nice,it was like a small apartment,I loved the Free Hot breakfast bar.
Cons: That they didn't change bed linen on the weekend

Pros: Nice place, friendly/helpful staff, easy to walk to great places.
The Flats is a great place to use as a base for exploring when you flee to the Cleve.
Cons: When I got drunk I forgot which elevator bank went to my room and which went to the parking garage. I guess you can't fault the hotel for that.
Pros: The check in and out was fast and friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed and new. The bedding was comfortable and the view of Lake Erie was fantastic. Many restaurants close by. Complimentary coffee in the Morning.
Cons: No complimentary breakfast at this location.
Pros: It was new and a ok location.
Staff was great.
Cons: The pillows had a make up stain on them when we showed up. Tlake to a guest acrsss the hall from us and his room was dirty as well.
It was so load at night. The bathroom doors are sliding barn doors and you can hear other rooms using the bathroom all night.
We will not be back at this hotel
Pros: The location was good, walking distance to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, which is what we came into town to see. The room was a little small, but they made great use of the space. Everything was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a market attached to the back of the hotel where we got lunch for a more reasonable price than if we had probably found a resturant. Because we were only there for one night they offered us a reasonably priced alternative for parking. We would stay here again if we eve came back.
Cons: It was next to the Amtrak track, and so was a little more noisy than expected. Bit since I normally wear earplugs to sleep anyway, it wasn't really an issue. Also, there was no dresser, just a small closet, which might be a bigger issue for someone staying more than one night, but wasn't a huge issue for us.
Pros: Not much actually.
Cons: The yellow stains on the linens. Other stains on the furniture I am hoping were not bodily fluids. The thermostat for the a/c did not work, and after an hour, I figured out how to manually turn it on. Not a very professional establishment. Checking into the front desk was like buying a ticket to a funhiuse.
Pros: Staff was very nice, and the building was sleek and modern.
Cons: The Aloft might have been better for a businessperson looking to make a quick stop in town. The room was very, very small, and the train (our room was on the opposite side of the building, away from the train and overlooking the courtyard/office building) shook the room. All in all, it was ok--but I think we could have had a better experience for what we paid.
Pros: The hotel was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. I really appreciated the snack and refreshments area as I was able to grab a quick snack after a late night of working. The price was very fair. The room was comfortable and clean, and I got a very nice view of the lake after marking view as a preference.
Cons: The only thing I did not like was the party vibe that the hotel seemed to support. Their W XYZ bar stayed open until 2 am and guests returning from their adventures out or at the bar were very noisy returning to their rooms. This is not really the hotel's fault, but guests obviously felt like they could be loud and disruptive after a night of partying, and I think this speaks to the hotel's atmosphere.
Pros: Loved the rooms...not very large but very efficient and comfy!

Cons: That the hotel was a little outdated, I stay with Marriott frequently and I feel the professionalism of the staff was non existent. They did not even thank me for my stay upon checkout.
Pros: I loved the bed and the room was the perfect temperature. It was quite. Perfect for anyone that just needed a place to sleep and are much more active than we were.
Cons: Their is no room service that we found. The sink being outside the bathroom was weird. The restaurants nearby closed pretty early leaving fast food as the only other option.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean, comfortable room, lovely staff, breakfast was acceptable - Would definitely stay again I the future.
Pros: The staff were very understanding when our dog got out of our room and into the hallway.
Pros: The room was spacious and gave us all our space. The breakfast was convenient. Location was perfect since we planned visiting friends at the horse track an downtown Cleveland
Cons: The views from the room weren't enjoyable. The pool was dirty a lot of hair floating in it and it was chilly. I realize it was outside but was cool.
Loved the location and the staff were great!!!
Pros: The cleanliness and spacious rooms
Cons: The breakfast area should be bigger

Cons: The control panel on the heater/air unit was filthy as was the telephone. . The hotel needs to take each room and deep clean.
Cons: Breakfast took a very long time because they only had 1 toaster. They should look at getting another toaster, because the line was long for people waiting to toast something.

Pros: The rooms were perfect. A small but fully equipped kitchen (apt. size refrigerator, ceramic plates, real drinking glasses, stainless silverware, a few pans, dishwasher, 2 burner electric stove, microwave).
Nice seating area with sofa (also pull out bed, but we didn't use) and chair, as well as a desk and chair, and ottoman w/ 2 side table.
Plenty of lights throughout, ceiling and lamps. Bed comfy. Quiet place. Nice breakfast, and nice area to sit outside and eat (weather permitting).
Good location. Convenient.
Cons: MAID SERVICE AWFUL/Non-existent. We are neat people, we do not trash our rooms. Here's our experience:
Day 1: We left a $5 tip for maid. We were gone all day, came back around 10 pm, when we entered the "bedroom" we noticed the pillows were in disarray, we shrugged off. But the bed had not been properly made. When we drew the coverlet down, we saw all the sheets were wrinkled and not smoothed out, they were just pushed around and it looked like we had just gotten out of bed and the maid simply pulled the coverlet over top to "make the bed". The dirty towels were removed, garbage was emptied, new towels in place. We let it pass. Not wanting to make waves.
Day 2: No tip! We made our own bed (You're welcome). We were gone all day until about 11 pm. Before leaving in a.m. we left dirty towels on floor near bathroom sink, all together to make it easy for cleaning. All is well, had clean towels and trash had been emptied. We're happy.
Day 3: No tip! We made our own bed, but left the coverlet off the bed to see if the maid would fix. We left dirty towels on bathroom floor as we had day before. Had some dirty trash from some takeout. We arrive back at our room about 9:30 p.m. IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED! WHAT?! Dirty towels still on bathroom floor. Trash in living/kitchen area still full. Trash in bathroom still not emptied. Coverlet in same position as when we left. We went to front desk. NICELY reported this. Desk clerk said it was her "third" complaint about the maid service that night. She said she would have her manager credit us one night, but could not provide any written documentation to verify. Desk clerk was nice, but I'm skeptical about getting the credit.
There are several other extended stay hotels in the area, so not knowing your room is going to be cleaned, or even if it was cleaned PRIOR to our arrival is a HUGE problem for us.
Also, on Day 3, when we arrived around 9:30 pm (on a Sunday night) we parked on side towards back, to the entrance nearest our room. There was a large group of people outside standing around a car and they were smoking marijuana (you could smell it). That did not make us feel safe.
