Cons: Changing the reservation wasn't an option for a variety of reasons, none of which were clear ahead of time. Location had limited hours. When I called and had a question about how to use the Wifi in the car, the cold response was, "Consult the owners manual. I can't help you." Would have liked the special rate to be at the location 5 minutes from my house instead of just the one 45 minutes away.

Cons: ***Gas tank could not be opened to refuel before returning. At drop-off, the second attempt by the Budget employee was successful only with the help of a screwdriver to pry the tank cover open. Then, we were told we would have to go to a nearby gas station an fill the tank ourselves (we are talking possibly 2 gal), and then come back to return the car. Otherwise, we would be charged a $20 refueling fee. The whole drop-off process took almost an hour. Come on Budget...give the office some customer service latitude.
