The hotel is well located ie easy access to public transport, in a nice area & very easy to find. For the price I paid, it was extremely good value. The staff were polite, with easy check in & check out. The room was comfortable, ensuring I had a good sleep. It is a simple, low key hotel.
Prior to booking my room, I read the reviews. Some were very critical. I found the hotel to be opposite to the reviews. Yes - it is small, yes it is low key, yes is not glamorous but it is comfortable, with staff who were helpful most of all - I got what I paid for - a good night sleep.
NOTHING. This hotel is not fit to be open. The reception is open from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening. For anything before 10 or after 6, you are out of luck. I was told the elevator has not been working for 5 months. Home less people force open the door and come in to sleep in the lobby. Breakfast was not included. We had booked a family room with 3 single beds. When you enter the room you see one double bed and the two single beds are kind of up in the attic. The single beds are not side by side but in one single row straight line joined together. Excellent location，at the same building as Westfield shopping centre. Family room can accommodate one queen and 2 single. Very comfortable bed.
Room a bit tight with very little walking space to open luggage.
Everything was new and very clean. The staff was very nice. The room has everything you need including a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, extra pillows, soaps, shower cap, drying rack, coffee, tea, WiFi, tv with many stations and a continental breakfast. The shower has two types of shower heads and water was always a hot and refreshing.
The room I was in would’ve been better for one person because it was small. The sink was small and when I washed my face, water splashed onto the floor. A bigger person may have a hard time fitting onto the toilet.
Proximity to Stratford is a plus

I liked the location this hotel was in.
The room was a little bigger than a walk in closet. The bed was small for two people, but doable. The bathroom was by far the worst. It had no room to move around in, and you either got an ice shower or second degree burns. Housekeeping came in while we were out, but only picked up the towels and made the toilet paper look nicer. The location was only thing that was good about this hotel
Very small rooms, water pressure for shower was almost dead, WC doesn't flush from first or second or even forth time TV selection is very poor, AC in my room and most rooms doesn't work
The manager was very friendly and helpful when we let him know we would be changing hotels.
Our room was nothing like the photos. It was very old and run down. It smelled like urine in the bathroom, which made the entire unit stink, and you could not sit on the toilet without resting your arm on the bathtub. (And I am a very small person.)
