I stayed 3 days. It was -3 degrees, the windows were opened and was impossible to close it. The frigobar was broken, the was no hair dryer, the internet was very poor. I open the closet and the dust cover me. A new hotel with poor facilities

Great for transport as just by Warren Street tube station and good breakfast but my single room was ridiculously tiny even by London standards. Basic gymnastic skills were required to use the bathroom.

Cons (-) The annoying flashing light on the telephone in the room and the person I called unable to figure out how to get it to turn off. Also, it seemed only one elevator was working and I spent nearly ten minutes waiting for it on my final way out

Hard for Uber to find, 10 minutes walk to Blackwall DLR station, but 20 min walk to Canary Wharfs (underground) station. It is at least 37 min train ride to City of London and other attractions. Breakfast not included. Bills for Breakfast and bar are charged separately; I am still working on correcting it after returning...
