Not much to like other than location to the beach. Walls are paper thin. Doesn’t have their safety deposit fee listed online anywhere visible. I was emailed my invoice, hotel rules and all of the important, necessary information that you’d like to have for your reservation, AFTER I had checked out.

Pros (+) The location was great. Close to many places to eat and shop, could walk right out into the beach. The room was a nice size for two people and seemed nice and clean. Balcony wasn’t anything special, however.
Cons (-) Right as soon as we checked in, the front desk tried to get us to sit in for what seemed to be some sort of time share meeting. Which we had no interest in, since we were there for vaca and only for two days. Cleaning staff was very loud and slightly bothersome during the day.

Pros (+) Location is good, close to the beach and amusement park rides. Pools were a hit, they were clean and a good size. The food in the lobby was good for the value, plus they deliver to the room.
Cons (-) There are 4 different parking lots that are usually full and ants crawled into my car after parking in the lot for one night. The room had a weird smell. Had to request to get new pillows because there were mildew stains on the pillows. Sheets were too small for the bed. Hairs were not cleaned out of the bathroom before we arrived. Housekeeping staff was not very professional, saw them lingering a...

Pros (+) Room was very clean, staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Side ocean view is actually a view of the parking garage next door You can see the ocean if you look around the corner though. Parking was a couple blocks away. Very few parking spaces in underground garage. Lazy river is very small and for young children.
