Pros (+) Loved being right next the mmm the convention center where our sons team was competing.
Cons (-) The beds were very small. They said doubles but were more like oversized twins.

Pros (+) Prompt response to issues (the management sent housekeeping to clean the toilet and sink right away and brought fresh toiletries)
Cons (-) My room had not been cleaned properly - the recycling bin had not been emptied before I checked in, and the bathroom sink and toilet had clearly not been cleaned. Further, housekeeping left used toiletries presumably left over from the last guest.

Pros (+) The hotel was nice. Staff kind . Room was clean.
Cons (-) I am extremely disappointed with kayak. Once I made my reservation the hotel didn't get it. When I called to ask about it I was on hold for over 25 minutes while you all attempted to contact the hotel and get it. Having to sit there for almost a half hour is ridiculous.

Cons (-) The mattress on my bed was extremely caved-in in the middle of the bed. Obviously, t was not comfortable. We were told we could not change rooms, because the hotel was full. However, we were there Thursday through Sunday. The hotel was not at maximum capacity. I was attending a convention that had less than half of the expected attendees, and we were at the hotel all day and all night, the hotel w...

Pros (+) Were a family just passing through to our next stop. Hotel was clean and located halfway brtween broadway and boardwalk so everything was a short drive away if needed also if youre there for business at the convention center its right there
Cons (-) It is competing with other local resorts for beach location or water slides so itll always lose if youre looking for more fun in the sun.
