8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good Front desk workers were wonderful Shuttle to midway was great
Cons: Pool was freezing cold. My kids did not swim very long because of it. Our room was half cleaned. Someone's used shampoo was still in the shower and hair dryer was still plugged in. The sleeper bed cushions were off with what looked liked dirty laundry still on it. Food you could order at the bar was too fancy and not kid friendly and had no high chairs that we could find. The hotel was not kid friendly either. For an individual or couple travelling the hotel was perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great great heating system bathroom looks great beds were cozy evrrything was neat and smelled fresh looks like a mini condominium
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable--great king bed (nice and firm!). The breakfast was also very good, though you might consider having a few other things on the buffet.
Cons: We were outraged by the $17.00 parking charge + whatever the charge was for parking in "Bedford Village." We have expected to pay parking charges before at other hotels where there was enclosed parking, but NEVER has there been a charge for parking in an open lot surrounding the hotel. That upset us very much and may cause us to go somewhere other than this cluster of hotels--no matter how convenient they are to Midway Airport.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: When I told the front desk that my bath towels that was given to were stained with a brownish color 2 times they didnt really seem concerned

7.5 Good
Pros: The beds are comfortable. I love the renovated look of the lobby. The breakfast setup was nice.

Cons: We were put in a room that was next to the work out facility. We arrived at 2am from our flight and starting around 5am we could hear people using the work out equipment. The treadmills were so loud and must have been up against the wall that connected to our room because we could feel the vibrations. We were told this was the only room available.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Love the location and design of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious.
Cons: Parking fee of $17/night.
9.5 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good, room and hotel was clean!

1.0 Poor

9.3 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. Our tv wasn’t working we called down and reported it and no one came to fix it. No complimentary breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I loved the décor. The atmosphere was perfect for my business getaway. The art in common areas was lovely and inspiring. I used the pool, gym, and outdoor patio area. All were great. The room was cozy, with a streamlined décor that inspired me to focus on my business. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was prompt with my requests for coffee, etc., and made the room look amazing every day. I usually find hotel pillows either too puffy or hard, but these pillows were perfect. I loved having the closet, and it was quite useful to be able to hang my clothes for the three days, and transfer them into the bathroom, where there were also hooks. The bathroom was very functional, in that it had shelves and places for work clothes, and hooks to hang wet bathing suits, etc.
Cons: Dairy-free options were extremely limited. I couldn't eat most of what was on the menu on site, and I had to run out and purchase my own creamer for coffee. I then had to request a refrigerator that took some time to receive. I thought, for the price, the room should have included a refrigerator automatically. In fairness, the staff was helpful and did provide me one, under the circumstances. The room was not very quiet. The AC unit made loud noises when it kicked on, which woke me up several times during the night. (However, the temperature was always very comfortable.) There was also a loud, constant sound coming from the ice machine. In a less expensive room, I would not have been bothered by these things, but the stay was not inexpensive. Being that I was travelling for work, not getting enough sleep was inconvenient. Lastly, I had a lot of trouble with the Internet everywhere in the room except the bed. It was convenient to stream Netflix from the bed, but I really needed the Internet to work at the desk (which otherwise would have been a perfect workspace.) I'm not sure if any of the Internet problem could be attributed to my own devices, or whether it was simply the way the room was structured.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice everything including lounge and retaurant

Cons: No complaints at all
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice family run hotel with spacious rooms and parking space. Very friendly staff. The location is nice, pretty quiet (apart from the main road at peak hour) with a few shops and restaurants nearby. It felt pretty safe walking around in the evening. While it's a bit far from downtown Chicago, taking an Uber twice a day (takes about 45min) is still much cheaper than all other better located hotels.
Cons: Breakfast room could be bigger or a few more outdoor tables/chairs when not raining.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything is amazing! The room is pretty chic and neat. The neighbourhood has walgreens, marshalls, target and Portillos around.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff I talked to were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was lovely.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This place has a cool American motel vibe from the outside and is really comfy on the inside. The staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast included, and while it's not a full blown hotel breakfast, it's enough to get you fed and a nice gesture on their part. Free parking. Super clean rooms.
Cons: The property is next to a busy road (it's ok with windows closed). Our room was oriented towards east and morning light got through the blinds. We couldn't properly close the bathroom doors in one of our rooms.
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the folks who ran the place.
Cons: The property is old, a bit run-down, but reasonably clean for the condition it was in. The bathroom was definitely clean. We slept with the windows open, as we were upstairs, because of the smell. Got some bites, probably fleas, as it is pet-friendly. We paid about $130 for the night, as it was about the only place we could find online in the Chicago area that was pet-friendly and within our budget.
7.0 Good
Pros: Close to the airport and free parking. Clean and tidy. Nice breakfast.
Cons: We didn't have wi-fi in our room.
6.8 Good
Cons: Interest connection was not there

Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the the facility was clean and very very comforting and relaxing. The ease of getting to the property was excellent.
Cons: The hotel was VERRRY crowded that night, for whatever reason. We try not to travel and/or book hotels for that specific reason. But even though it was super busy, it was not loud at all o the hallways or in our room. The room was sort of basic. Standard king size room. Nothing special to it. It wasn’t very modern but it also wasn’t very up to date either. It served its purpose. But for a hotel being in that location and the traffic that they receive on a regular, you would think it would be a little more modernized. But its all good. We were still pleased with this hotel.

6.8 Good
Cons: I did not like the fact you had to pay for parking each night. Was not told till I got there that it was a $150 deposit. Think that should be told before hand.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the fireplace in the lobby and free shuttle service to the airport! Very friendly staff!
Cons: Wished it had a hot tub or sauna at the location.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The price was a little high and I didn't know that the hotel charges you 50$ a day for incidentals.
6.3 Good
Pros: It was beautiful. The clerk at check in did everything possible to help straighten out a bad situation that was no fault of mine. I was upset, she stayed professional and went the extra mile to help. That’s why we stayed and didn’t take money back and leave. Very Humble.
Cons: Because of booking mistake the price stay went up, cost for breakfast & parking was to high. I was unable to get clean towels because staff didn’t come in until 9am. There was a lot of noise bumping wall banging over or on the side of my room. I share it with the clerk that morning and she gave me a (what do u want me to do smile) and that was it. I went back to my room to pack up to leave. I asked her did anyone else complain she said no with the same impression as before and I said maybe they were just near my room. She gave me the impression it doesn’t matter, it’s not worth addressing cause your checking out anyway. So for the price & location I expected better. Had I knew about the costly breakfast price for parking & no towels until 9, upon reservation I would not have chose this hotel. Nor to mention the booking agency failed me as well.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Paying extra for parking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were extremely clean. I’m usually weary about motels like this but I had no issue being here. I love that the parking lot is gated off. It made me feel very safe and secure. Staff was very nice and prompt with even a nice wake up call for check out! My stay was because my main level floor was put in and it couldn’t be walked on for 24 hours. Couldn’t have asked for a comfier place right down the street!
Cons: It would be nice if there were more outlets. But that’s not an easy fix. The air/heat was a little difficult to figure out but once it kicked on it worked so well!
6.3 Good
Pros: The price was competitive with other motels in the area. It was clean, and the staff were very nice.
Cons: It was noisy, both from the outside (Harlem Avenue traffic, restaurant next to motel) and from inside (thin walls made it easy to hear people in adjoining rooms). The clothes rack was located over the refrigerator and microwave oven, making it almost impossible to hang up clothes in my room. It was advertised that there was a snack vending machine. There was none. The one non-caffeinated diet drink (excluding water) in the beverage vending machine had non-diet soda in it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location where my event was, 2 min drive to my banquet event.
Cons: It was on the mane floor & I didn’t have to walk up any steps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked my whole stay. Managers were really great
Cons: Everything was perfect

Cons: A little outdated and housekeeper said only 2 towels per room even though our booking was for 2 adults and 2 children.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast is not good enough. Its below our expectation. Breakfast area is quite, clean.
Cons: First impression was bad. We went all the way from Toronto after 8hr drive, tired. Staff did not understand us. In the system there was not our booking show up. Later they figure out after an hour. In reception there was not waiting seat available. We went with kids and it was hot humid outside to stay. We booked this hotel because of free breakfast...It was not nice enough. Muffins smell bad. In our room it was the bathroom which was smaller then a port o potty.. with a shower. In our room it was the bathroom which was smaller then a port o potty.. with a shower without bathtub. Stairs to room is not kids friendly. No other accessories like hair dryer, iron. No drinking water provided. Small tiny refrigerator do not fit even our baby food.
7.0 Good
Cons: Very loud all night people were going up and down the stairs and making a lot of noise. Phones didn't work.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was terrible most places have at least waffles to make not just cereal and dry muffins and English muffins. Using a gallon of milk is very unsanitary when used for public breakfast I don’t know where the last person hands were at before they took the top off the milk!. The cereal was stale we went to family dollar and bought milk and cereal for our next day breakfast. The room was ok... the bathroom was extremely small for a family of 4 to stay in for 2 days only 2 towels and a hand towel and one washcloth was provided in a 2 queen bed room for a family of 4. The pool was awesome! Except for the metal stairs in deep end the steps are loose and as I tried to exit pool I fell and hurt both my legs from knees down because the top step pivots and I lost balance not expecting the step to move I have huge bruises on my shins. And it’s been 5 days since this happens and my shins hurt horribly...the pillows were very flat not comfortable at all even folded up
Cons: See above I wrote it all there
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room I was in was HUGE, it had a huge bathroom and the bed was very soft. There was a closet and sofa as well...super nice!

4.5 Okay
Cons: Chairs to sit outside... nothing put soaps on in the showers... no place to hang up clothes..
4.5 Okay
Pros: Free parking
Cons: Their “continental breakfast” is a joke. They shouldn’t have anything at all if they’re going to have a dim selection of stale bagels, 2 kinds of cereal and apple/orange juice.
5.0 Okay
Pros: the mattress was firm the staff was pleasant
Cons: this place is a dump. It should not even be listed on booking.com. the bathroom was especially horrible -- a tiny shower about as wide as the toilet.

5.5 Okay
Pros: The front desk person was really nice and friendly

6.8 Good
Pros: It was a decent room and the air conditioning worked great.
Cons: The room directly below us had two dogs barking.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Front desk employee and man sent up to cha ge bedding were nice.
Cons: Started by going to room and finding a do not disturb sign on door, went back down and front desk man came up to room to make sure no one was in there. He states maid must have forgotten to remove it, that's not all the maid forgot. Non smoking room, had cigarette burns on bed spread and on a pillow case. Someone put a plastic bag over smoke detector and stuffed paper on peephole on door. When I pulled back the bed spread all dirty under pillows. I spilled water on floor and wiped it with a towel which came up filthy. Gaps around door letting in outside heat and noise from busy street.
8.3 Excellent

Pros: Breakfast coffee was easily accessed. Location is convenient to Midway Airport (~$20 Uber each way). Facilities are dated but reasonable for bargain lodging. Some decent dining choices within walking distance.
Cons: The 'purchased danish' provided was 'minimal'. 1970's decor showing it's age but it was reasonbly clean considering.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The location was great.

Pros: All the employees were very courteous and friendly. The surrounding area is very nice!
Cons: Accommodations for the handicapped. There should be some chairs (nor benches) outside for the guests to sit down. No laundry facilities. On the second deck., on the way inward towards room #203, there's a bump in the concrete! Somebody could very easily trip over that obstacle, AND/OR incur a very serious foot injury!
