This is a pleasant, comfortable, modern hotel. The villa has been modernized so thoroughly that it's rather lacking in charm.

Nice staff, beautifull clean room, quiet location. Suitable for daytrip to Venice by train (railroad station on 20 min by car). Big new shopping mall near by. Breakfast coffee was bad, certainly to Italian standards. Breakfast only to 09:30, but they even started to take away breakfast on 09:00 already (?)

We only stayed for the one night to break up our journey. The hotel has ample parking, the staff were welcoming and helpfull. The rooms were well appointed although ours could have been a bit bigger particularly if we had been staying longer. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. The swimming pool when completed add the finishing touch. Room could have been a bit bigger.

Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood, though hardly any night-life in the city. Restaurant staff was inflexible. We wanted to eat an ice cream in the hotel's restaurant, but they refused to serve us.
