Bed was comfortable, and the valet service was great. Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.
The breakfast was not free.
The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay. Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.
Location. Staff was nice Rooms need updated with fresh paint and carpet. Paint unprofessional and vents showing water damage or mold
The staff was friendly. Parking options were limited
Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Reserved a king and was given two doubles due to overbooking. Mattresses were worn out. Given free breakfast for the inconvenience. No hotel parking due to construction. Valet parking was $25. Same price as non-guests.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was right across from the convention center where we attended Women of Faith.
I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Overall, it was pretty dirty.
The location is very convenient in reference to OKCs Bricktown. Room was Tiny and basic. $140.00 didn't even get me a mini fridge. Theread was trash in trash can, and towels were not restocked.
accomadating, close to bricktown, hint of mystery I would not have been able to afford it on my own.
Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away! The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.
I thought the hotel was beautiful & we got good service at the restaurant & bar. We went to Red Earth Pow-Wow at the Cox Convention Center & it was two blocks away. We walked to the Murrah Federal Building Memorial as well as Bricktown, also in walking distance. My roommate left her cellphone & charger in the room & y'all are mail-ing it to her. I appreciate that immensely. I got an Email confirmation that said I had only one room. I called Book-ing & got that straightened out, then had problems checking in at the desk when we got there.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous. The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.
clean, comfortable room.staff with good hospitality mind
Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it. Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.
. STAFF didn't cooperate
I liked everything my wife and I thought it was perfect. N/a
It was so quiet. Our room was great, no. It was amazing. We enjoyed how big it was. I wish we could've stayed longer! Can't really think of anything. Maybe start to offer free parking considering you pay so much for a room...?
Great service. Amazing restaurant and bar with wonderful staff
The pool and location were excellent. The breakfast was awesome. The lady at the desk on check in was rude. We needed a bed for our daughter we were told that that was not an option unless we switched rooms and if we did that there would not be a room avaliable for Saturday night. So sharing a bed with a toddler because we could not have a roll away bed was not the best sleep a guy can get. Just seemed lke she did not care about customer service at all.
To loud outside. Loud people coming back to the room drunk. Woke up the kids
Way overpriced for what we received, but most staff was really nice we had reserved a double room and got a king bed. Went to restaurant downstairs, ordered a wine, it was out, ordered a beer, it was out. No free wifi, room key didn't work, had to get new ones. Breakfast buffet was ok, but gravy was ice cold..for real.. husband was extremely irritated, for convenience to convention center it was great.
The whole hotel was very nice a modern. The bars were very nice and the staff were great. We were there for just a night getaway and it was nice to have a good time without having to leave the actual hotel.
The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00. The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay! The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.
This hotel is very young and modern. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was real cool. You have to pay to park. Our stay was the same night as a thunder game--the lot filled completely up..also the pool is pretty unimpressive, but it exists, which is kind of rare for a hotel downtown.
Close to brickyard, room had a functional layout, big shower, decent toiletries, free morning coffee in the lobby Loud music from pool area until 11pm, $15 for parking in an empty structure - self or valet same rate, no other option
Patrick fixed my reservation. EVERY person in this place is so friendly!!! Top shelf!!!
Include parking in price. $12 per car plus tip tends to get expensive.
courteous desk and breakfast staff
I travel a ton for work, and rarely have I been in a hotel where each member of staff was so attentive and competent. I especially appreciated the front desk guy with the red beard, the guys that clean up after breakfast, and the hotel manager (I'm sorry I didn't get your names!). I've never written a review before, but you guys made our stay great, and I wanted people to know. The location is awesome too, as Bricktown is just a great place to stay in OKC. This is totally minor, but I didn't like the super bright white light in the room lamps.
New construction. Beautiful hotel. Valet parking only. No where to park
