Pros: Was there for the weekend celebrating a buddies wedding hotel staff was very nice and make sure things were done right then get in the way too much let us do our own thing and gave us great freedom and allowed us to have a good time even when we are a little bit louder of a crowd all in all great guest great staff great facilities good for everyone even kids and have a great kids waterslide and adults can enjoy also
Cons: Only thing that was negative but you really can't call it negative is on the lower floor they are doing some remodeling in upgrading the hallways so some of the hallways were in the process of being remodeled and the walls were patched but they gave some deals on that because of that and who can blame them for upgrading
Pros: Comfortable beds. Buddy got married here.

Pros: From registration to checkout we were cheerfully and attentively served. This includes the front desk, catering, housekeeping, and event coordination staff. Beautiful riverfront setting. Great stay.
Pros: The Waterfront had nice, upgraded rooms. We enjoyed the waterfront setting and walking access to Oshkosh's best restaurants, shops and bars. Oshkosh is a gem of a town. We discovered it because it was as close as we could get to the PGA Tournament in Kohler. We are so happy we ended up at the Best Western Premier.
Throw in covered parking, easy access to local golf courses and an on-site full service restaurant and you have the perfect spot to stay while in the Fox River/ Lake Winnebago area.
Pros: Room was pretty spacious with a good sized bathroom. Very comfy bed & pillows; extra pillows or blankets available on demand. Loved the view of the river, too! Also, nice that the fridge was bigger than just that little dorm room fridge :)
It was nice having access to an in room safe, plus microwave & coffee/tea. The extra seating in the room was a bonus, too!
The best part might have been location. In town for Lifest, this hotel was only about 6 miles away. Quick drive there & back - great for anyone going to an event at Sunnyview Expo Center. After we checked out, we drove a couple blocks and walked around downtown which was a great way to end our extended weekend stay!
Cons: Parking in the attached structure, you had to bring your belongings up four steps - doesn't seem like much unless you have a bum knee, brought too much stuff & the desk clerk said there were "no" steps entering the hotel from there.
Pool is in plain view of the lobby, but I didn't have time to use it, so I guess it didn't matter too much.
Only some floors have ice & vending machines; unfortunately ours didn't - but I will request it next time I book :)
Most of the outlets in the room are by the desk. Over on "my" side, most of the outlets are tucked next to the bed and not really usable.
So, some little things - but the good outweighs the bad for me :)
Pros: Clean rooms. Updated bathrooms in good working order. Good mattress.
Pros: The girl at the front desk was very friendly. the room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the continental breakfast was great, it had eggs, waffles, sweets, cerial and more. I would stay there again.
Cons: The room was hot and adjusting the temperature didn't help. The floor in the room was not level. Least comfortable pillows in existence.
Pros: Free breakfast!
Pros: Room had everything I needed ....
Cons: THE POOL AND HOTTUB WAS CLOSED ...it was the main reason for paying EXTRA after a long day outside in cold weather working ....very disappointing
Pros: The room was spacious and decorated beautifully. We have stayed at numerous hotels and this one was way better than we expected!
Cons: The hot tub could have been warmer and ice machine more than just first floor are nice.
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean.
Pros: location by the hwy and large stores and restaurants, microwave and frig.
Cons: Small closet, bathroom fan is too loud and can hear people walking constantly on second floor.
Pros: A very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is very clean. The pool area really nice and the spa is very nice. It is a very nice hot breakfast with eggs and many cold items.
Cons: A little hard to get to from the highway.
Pros: Staff, room decor, breakfast. The price. Absolutely no complaints.
Pros: This was a great hotel, clean, comfortable, fairly priced, very good breakfast. It is obviously not the four seasons or Ritz Carlton but it is not priced as such.
Pros: Newer amenities, decently clean, close access to freeway.
Cons: The room was listed as a suite, but the separation between the two 'rooms' was a 2 foot wall. A suite should have at least two rooms, separated by a door.
Pros: Loved this hotel for my family of 5...very spacious rooms & hallways. Has everything you need.
Cons: Breakfast items were not depleted about 15 minutes before closing and things were removed about 5 minutes before close. Just a warning to not push the limit.
Pros: Comfortable beds
Cons: Stained furniture, found hair in the bathtub and hanging from the towel rack
Pros: Convenience to event. Also it was a clean place with several restaurants nearby.
Cons: Not really.
Pros: The cleanliness, the helpful staff, location, continental breakfast, the windows are made to be opened.
Cons: Our room refrigerator was not VERY COLD.... :-( The lack of luggage carts (they only have 3). That we had to ask to have the breakfast area tables wiped off, they were very dirty and had crumbs on them, and they were sticky.
Pros: The spacious room & large bathroom.
Cons: When I pulled out the sleeper bed, it was dirty underneath. There was even an old, empty juice box.
Pros: Clean, modern, good staff, convient, great breakfast
The front desk clerk was helpful and the hotel was clean and in great repair. And being that we have a service animal it was amazing to see how welcoming the hotel was to dogs.
Pros: Everything I needed was in my room. A kitchenette and everything. Free on site laundry and a stocked general store.
Cons: I understand why it does not have a pool but that was the ONLY thing that I think could make it better for me.
Pros: Great room, best price in the area.
Pros: Great beds and lovely room .
Cons: Poor service at the check out desk had to wait both times before anyone showed up.
Great staff, with clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros: Very nice furnished, and located near many restaurants and stores to choose from.
Pros: the gal up front was VERY CORDIAL. Very clean place.
Pros: The room was very neat and clean, and the hot breakfast in the morning was way better than I expected. Lots of options and pretty good selection. Check-in was fast and efficient. Bought online, so got a pretty good price. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. Coffee in the lobby was pretty good for hotel coffee.
Cons: The fire alarm went off during our stay about 5 times. It was usually silenced immediately, but it was quite disrupting to our kids. The light in our bathroom was obviously broken, and hanging from the ceiling by wires. Might want to get that fixed guys. The AC unit also ran oddly, where the "Fan On" option (for some white noise) would shut off. Thought that was supposed to be constant. Also, could use a couple more tables for the breakfast. One large group had moved almost all of them together, and so there was't a lot of options.
Pros: The room seemed clean. Check out was fast. I booked through an online service, which often caused problems, but that wasn't an issue this time.
Cons: It was shabby. For the price we paid, I thought it would be nicer. The decor was dated and the breakfast was minimal. An alarm went off for hours while we were trying to sleep, and the curtains didn't keep out all the light.
Cons: Staff was rude.
Pros: Staff was extremely nice and friendly, pool room was clean and in good shape. Good value
Cons: Beds were very uncomfortable, also has a gross stain in the sheets that I noticed the next day.
Days Inn Neenah Free Wireless High-Speed Internet Free Daybreak Breakfast All Interior Corridors Indoor pool and whirlpool Microwave and Refrigerators in select rooms Minutes from the Oshkosh and Fox River Mall Minutes from the EAA Museum 30 minutes to Lambeau Field and Packers Hall of Fame Minutes from Lake Winnebago and watersports Minutes from selection of golf courses Wide variety of restaurants available Whirlpool rooms available
Cons: Too much light entered the room both at night with the spot lights on and the morning sun. The window coverings could be much better. Also, the air conditioner was noisy every time it kicked in for the first 5 seconds.
Pros: We really liked how we where greeted by the front desk clerk. I had also called earlier in the week to make sure my reservation was confirmed. Room was large and loved the hot tub. We also enjoyed the breakfast was put together well.
Cons: Unfortunately when we woke up we where so stuffed up. I did notice our room was right next to the pool. I think it was the chlorine. We notice water damage on the tv stand which leads us to believe that room had water damage. ? Mold.
Pros: Very little
Cons: Partially eaten meal left, uncovered, in the refrigerator Smells Load noises coming from the pool area Initially assigned the wrong room type
Pros: the location was good for where we were going
Cons: I was not given the room that I paid for. I paid for a suite with a whirlpool tub and only got a suite. I asked the front desk about it and they said they could not tell that I was supposed to get that type of room. The hotel staff were unprofessional!
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: No way was this a three star hotel. They put us in a room with two twin beds and a full size bed. Beds were old, mattresses lumpy and lopsided.
Pros: The kitchen was well equipped with essentials.
Cons: The bathroom shower was broken
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: A tad slow on check-in. Clerk spent too much time in general conversation with family ahead of us . . . knowing that people (us)were waiting !
Pros: Very clean and comfortable
Pros: Location good. Pool good location . Nice breakfast
Cons: Safe in room did not work and no one could fix it. Gym equipment except for one piece of equipment did not work and no one could fix it.
Cons: Nothing about this hotel warranted 3 stars. The mattresses, pillows, towels, decor, and breakfast, were all what you would get in an average to below average Best Western, Comfort Inn, or Beaumont.
Pros: Loved the pool area. Perfect for grandma with little ones to watch over. :-)
Pros: The room was clean and had nice amenities.
Cons: Carpet needs replacing in many areas, some fresh paint. Even the pool area could use some fresh paint.
Cons: There is no way that this hotel is a 3.5 star hotel. It was noisy and old
Pros: The location was good
Cons: It was in the middle of a renovation and very dirty everywhere, amenities not available. Staff was very rude. No working business center, pool closed. Bad parking set up. Won't book here again.
Pros: it was under remodeling and more expensive that the environment was worth.
Cons: Needed to work around remodeling and finding where you could get things like ice.
Pros: Pool and location were great!
Cons: Room was very outdated! No refrigerator or microwave. The old ice machine on our floor was broken. Hair dryer in room was not working. Staff was very accommodating and polite to bring us these items upon request. Television channels were lacking as well.
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel had limited hours which was inconvenient. The room did not have a frig or a microwave which seems to be standard these days in most hotels.
Pros: The location of the hotel. Hotel Employee was much nicer than we expected and the hotel is right downtown which is very fun!
Cons: It was filthy. The floor in the entire hotel was in need of vacuuming, serious vacuuming. The sheets had stains. Our bathtub didn't drain and then when they came to fix it, they left mud all over the floor of the bathroom.
Pros: nice location. Friendly staff.
Cons: carpet in room was a little worn and had a stain.
Pros: It had a bed.
Cons: It didn't have a clean feeling. Compared to Hampton Inn or similar out felt very dirty.
Pros: Located downtown of a cute little town. Easy access to highways, stores, and restaurants.
Cons: The parking lot was very narrow, making it hard to back up without hitting the next row of cars. We were there during a Packers' home game and the lot was completely full.
Cons: Everything dirty dated not a 3 star
Pros: Nice room. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot
Cons: The hotel is going through a renovation
Pros: This hotel was very responsive to our requests and needs, and was easily able to accommodate more than the listed amount of people.
Cons: The ongoing construction does not seem like it's a brief thing. It seems like something that may be dragging out for awhile.
Riverwalk Hotel Downtown Neenah offers a free airport shuttle (available 24 hours). The restaurant is the perfect spot for a bite to eat, and after having fun at the indoor pool, you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A fitness center and a spa tub are other highlights, and all rooms offer washers/dryers and pillowtop beds.
Cons: everything. filthy, mold, mildew. furnace didn't work......well, it made so much noise i was afraid it would blow up. Security lock fell off, i was able to put the screws back in by hand. Asked to switch rooms......clerk took my key cards and said "thanks for staying with us" and left.
even if this place was free it would cost too much
Pros: Beat part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and professional. For the price it is the best place in town.
Cons: The motel was sketchy & run down. My first thought was " This must be where the drug deals & murders happen in Oshkosh". I ended up staying at a different hotel instead.
Pros: There was adequate space to park my Penske moving truck and auto transport.
Cons: The breakfast was very low-quality. The milk I poured was Luke warm at best.
Cons: YES-major issue with the policy of PHOTOCOPYING my credit card. I think this is a violation of PCI compliance. I have never encountered this practice before. This is the reason for the POOR rating above.
Pros: Distance to our event
Cons: It was dirty and old......in appearance and scent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
Cons: The carpet was dirty and the outside of the building trash was not maintained
Pros: Is everything I wanted and more in for the price you can't beat it
Pros: Convenience to final destination.
Cons: Broken toilet seat (I was dumped on floor while using it in middle of night); broken (unusable) recliner; broken ice machine ; Pepsi machine had 6 of 8 empty selections; broken unusable 'locked' side entrances; owner/mgr. response very negative!
Pros: It was 5 minutes from where I needed to be the next day
Cons: The lady at the desk gave my room to someone else by accident. I was put into the only room they had left and the bathroom and fridge were not clean. I had to wait 20 mins while someone cleaned. No discount or extra amenities were offered.
Cons: I did not get a receipt at checkout. I'll check my credit card to confirm that I am charged the advertised rate.
Pros: Place was definitely adequate for my needs and the price was unbeatable. Also had semi truck parking. It wasn't dirty or anything. Staff was nice. Only had a hiccup with room keys not working, but that was fixed likity-split.
Cons: Smaller tv, but other than that all the little stuff that someone COULD have a problem with, I did not. Don't sweat the small stuff. Life's too short to worrie, life is too long to wait, it's too short not to love eveybody, life is too long to hate!
Pros: great price for a nice clean room
Pros: Easy to book and check in.
Cons: We got room 130 (I believe). It is the second to the last room on floor one. The bathroom was nice, but the room had a sour smell really bad at first, but worst after the shower damps the room. The frig that we never used was so loud and ran all night.
