Excellent staff, clean room The television would not get any channel but the weather station, the staff asked us to unplug it and plug it back in, still nothing, we were offered a different room and did not take them up on it.
Clean room. Pool and hot tub clean. Plenty of towels and ameneties available. Comfortable bed and white sheets. Access to shopping and restaraunts a plus!
Great location for my travel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel had cable tv issues. When I inquied, I was told it was a cable provider issue. The manager discounted my room rate. Which, was a nice way to make up for three cable issues.
The breakfast, there was no meat! No bacon sausage etc, the potatoes that were prepared were not thoroughly cooked.
The people were nice and it was clean Yes we paid for a suite with a whirlpool and we're given a handicap room with shower.

The location was good. They didn't want to accommodate accommodate some of my request. I couldn't get clean towels when I wanted them. I asked the maid to vacumm and she didn't.
The room was too small for a 2 queen bed room. Pool temperature was too cold.
The room. Hot water was limited. I asked the front desk lady when she swiped my card if it was going to charge it. She said it was just an authorization. I still have a $20 transaction with this hotel and I haven't received my money back. The staff should be honest

Room was smaller then expected and the hotel did not allow us to upgrade to a larger room even though we were willing to pay the difference.
We liked the cleanliness as well as the size of the room. There was no odor to the room, mustiness or chemical smells. Breakfast eating area not adequate for the amount of people wishing to eat. At least on that Sunday. We had to wait for seating. Food was plentiful/ no seating/tables

The kitchenette was great. The prices in their little mini store were outrageous. A candy bar was $3 as well as a lunchable (which is $1 at walmart). Other than that everything was wonderful.

After a 16 hour drive we were very happy to walk into this beautiful room. Perfect shower, bed and pillows. The staff was helpful and nice. We loved this hotel!

I had accidentally booked the room for a week later than when we arrived. The frimt desk clerk helped fix that and informed me how to cancel the other one. The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of the whole trip would be the loss at the casino. Not very lose slots When we opened the curtains for the window there was popcorn on the floor.
Good choice of food. Decent sized rooms. Pool was constantly closed for "cleaning." Gym was closed.
Atmosphere was great! Restaurants were plentiful. Staff was very friendly. Nice getaway! Asked for a room with a nice view. Got a view of the parking lot and trash dumpster. Bathrooms were small and mildew in the shower The band both nights were average at best.
The location was awesome to the Blue Dome district. We waited in line for about 20 minutes while three staff ran back and forth to the back room fetching copies of receipts. What a horribly inefficient way to run a front desk. Actually, it's not a front desk. It's 3 kiosks- no wonder there isn't a printer for the staff to use. Trying to look hip and cool with 3 kiosks at the expense of making your guests late is a poor move. At 3:15 the staff said our room wasn't ready ( check in was for 3pm) and they would call us when it was clean. We waited until 4:30 pm in the bar and still no call. I got back in the kiosk line and 11 people ahead of me received their room keys. When it was finally my turn- all the attendant said was " We were suppose to call you." On top of that, he forgot to give us the key to get out of the parking garage and we had to get out of our car after trying to get out with our room key and go back inside to the kiosk to get an exit key out of the garage. Never stay there again. No apologies from anyone. So ridiculous.

Room was great with a nice view. Very clean and service was excellent. Heater made a loud clicking sound every time it turned on which was annoying.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and we had a very enjoyable time here. We even decided to stay an extra night! Overall, this is very nice hotel and we're already planning to stay here next year. One of the staff members didn't listen when I checked in and charged something to my card that I needed to pay for in cash when we checked out. But this did not ruin our experience.
what I liked- the inside was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had a great set up. Location was great and the curtains made the room extremely dark when closed Didn't like - the staff wasn't as professional as they could be. The pool wasn't as nice as the pictures and was cold. the outside of the building is not attractive but the inside makes up for it.

It was very clean. comfy bed and pillows. Not very big beds. Loved the hot water in the shower. Didn't have to wait at all for water to get hot. couldn't get heater in our room to get warm. I had it up to 90 and air coming out of vent was cool. Food way too expensive. I spent way more on food for the four of us and I did when we went on vacation to San Antonio for a week.

Nice hotel but private party guests running barefoot around hotel, creating ghetto like atmosphere , alcoholic drinks left on elevator floor, Loud reception party guests in hotel hallways at 1am drunk and noisy.
Convenient location for business and entertainment; comfortable bed; consistently friendly, helpful, welcoming staff; great food and drinks at the Daily Grill. Staff seems to have lost ability to clean and inspect rooms: found debris from previous guests on floor, long hair smeared on shower walls, old washcloth on floor under bathroom vanity. Not a one-time occurrence, either.
A nice relaxing stay Bartender was away from the bar more than present. Bar wasn't busy so we couldn't understand why she left guests standing around waiting.
The best bwd away from home I've ever slept in. The room was nicely appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and more thatn accommodating. Food and beverage prices at the in house restaurant were steep for what was offered. We chose to eat put at the many area restaurants for the variety and economy.

Clean and nice staff. The common areas of the hotel are very nice and luxurious Beds are small and uncomfortable. For the price was hoping for two queen beds not two double beds. In addition there was someone smoking in a room near ours and it smelled very bad. Lastly the curtains don't close and we were on the side with the night spotlights and neon lights. Made our room very bright and hard to sleep

The room was fine and the facility was clean The manager thought it was a good idea to have himself and the cable man in my room for the last two hours of our stay before checkout. That meant we couldn't shower before we left or enjoy the final two hours that we paid for.

nice room, comfortable bed, clean, modern decor! wish i could have enjoyed it more but my GF decided to over do it at the open bar and went bat $h!t crazy!! nothing major but your all reading this for the cons so here they are if Im being picky -no mini fridge, no ice machine on our floor.... front desk gladly filled my ice bucket! -bar didnt open until 5pm..... probably normal hours for a hotel bar ,but the wedding started at 5 so my pre ceremony cocktail had to come in the form of a gas station brown bag! - slow elevators and no stairs near my room - probably the worst thing was the shower door seals were bad and the bathroom floor was completely soaked before I noticed..... not major, probably should have mentioned it to the desk but I forgot as I had plenty of towels to soak it up!!! would stay again
I was very upset with you because I wanted Aloft downtown Tulsa. Just wrote what I thought was the con #. And found out no it was for the other Aloft Paid twice. Not a happy camper. Tulsa downtown Aloft is the very best beds and extremely quiet. the one way streets and the unhelpful front desk with directions.
We loved the design and the modern look. Love the stripes. Very comfortable and they let us check out at 2pm. I will definitely be staying there again.
I stayed in a room with a king that was super comfy! The bar was nice and overall I had a nice stay. The only compliant I have is that a couple of the towels/wash cloths had a dingy tint to them like they hadn't been fully cleaned. But really, other than that, no problems.

Good location, nice staff. The rooms were not very clean, had a wet spot in our floor by the bed. You could see where they had tried to fix some drywall and did not cover it up well. You could also hear every noise all night long. You could hear other guest doors slamming as well as the ac kicking on in the next room.
I liked that neither the bed nor the tv were against a shared wall, resulting in a quieter space than most hotels offer. Everything was visually appealing and very clean, all staff was friendly. Although there is no complimentary breakfast, the choices available for breakfast are much better than I've seen on continental breakfast bars. Shower was fantastic! The lighting in the room was kind of strange. One light switch by the door controlled the "front" half of the room (bathroom), the other switch by the door controlled the"back" half (bed). With a large, unnecessary frosted window between the bathroom and the bedroom - while pretty - any light from either area spills heavily into the other. Being by myself, that wasn't a big concern, but if someone were with me, I feel that would be a rather annoying problem. I would prefer if there were a small microwave in the room (since there was a mini fridge) as opposed to a security safe. I would like more hooks/shelves in the bathroom to place clothing or other necessities.
The staff was most courteous and helpful. I do recommend their spg program and the sauna. The rooms are a bit small, it seemed like I was in a casino.
We were so very grateful to the desk clerk who took time to help us was when she was busy. I have never been in a hotel room that had so many electrical outlets for recharging all our devises. In addition to many wall outlets, most of the table lamps were fitted with recharging plugs. The bed was unusually comfortable. I usually regard a hotel's immense pile of decorator pillows as "unsleepable," but these were great.
Historical 1925 luxury hotel with contemporary flair. 2009 upgraded and remodeled. Comfortable in every way. No parking garage or lot available for those who don't use the valet parking. We were able to obtain street parking rather close and it was not a problem for us.
From the moment my car door was opened there was nothing but friendly informative staff and amazing service. Very unique Art Deco atmosphere with all modern conveniences. Excellent bar and restaurant. Must stay while in Tulsa.

Upon arriving- the front desk told me they no longer had the king room with pullout couch that i booked available. "They "gave" it to someone else?"- I asked her. She confirmed thsat my prebooked room was not available and She blamed this on "third party" booking issues sometimes. She then offered me a lesser "double beds room" OR going down to a sister hotel- but would not even offer the $40 less rate to me for to rearrange, go get the car and travel down to the sister hotel.?! My elderly mother had to wait for 30 minutes while I discussed how this could have happened with the Front Desk Staff woman. To no avail- she said my choices were-1. you will just have to take the double bed or 2. go to the other hotel. so we chose the double bed room due to it being 38 degrees outside and the hassle for my mom. I told her i was going to put this ridiculous experience on social media. Then when we got to the double bed room ( that I did not book) because we were too tired to go to another hotel, miraculously, the Staff woman called and said- "oh- I have found a King room for you with a pull out". So we gathered our stuff with my elderly mom and moved. All this took an hour of calls and discussion with the front desk who had insisted that they did not have my king room with a pull out couch available any longer in the first place "so sorry maam, but this sometimes happens with third party bookings". It was a mess and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the ridiculous poor service. although it was a delightfully decorated hotel. I was very surprised at giving my booked room to another, then not even offering for a voucher for later and suggesting i take my elderly mom, our luggage and get the car pulled around and travel to another hotel with a lesser rate but not offering to refund me the difference for the lesser rate. Secondly, insisting there was no more King room with pull out available as I had booked, and then once I explained that I was going to share this on trip advisor- miraculously, they found a room available like i had booked in the first place. So, did the Front Desk Staff woman lie to me as well? It sure seems that way. It was cold, I had my elderly mom with me so we could see the Christmas lights in Tulsa and spend time with my college age daughter, and this experience at 9 pm gave both of us a headache.
Hotel was as advertised, and location was convenient for our purposes. There was some kind of youth Soccer event happening close by with either most (dozens & dozens of kids) or many of them staying at this location, because a of this their were multiple groups of kids running up and down the hallways, partying and/or running in and out of their rooms. The elevators were also always constantly busy and overcrowded because of the kids, with very long waits going up and down (17 floors?), and even forcing us at times to use the service elevators and stairs. I would have complained to the hotel mang. about this, but because of the size of the event and number of people involved I got the impression it wouldn't have made much of a difference. In the end we just stayed away from our rooms as long as possible, during our brief two night stay.

Clean and updated $10 parking didn't know about it until arrival and the $50 additional fee that was charged which was to go toward possible fees. Would have liked to know about it prior to booking.

It's a hip atmosphere and it was literally next door to the Cox business center which is the reason we were in Tulsa. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The bliss products are much better than the usual cheap soaps most hotels use. The swimming pool was tiny and no hot tub. Finding the a parking was a bit strange but normal for downtown hotel. Sliding bathroom door had a cool look but was very heavy to open and close, they should probably find a way to make it slide easier, there was a grunt every time it opened or closed. The shower could have been bigger and might work better with a way to contain the water since its flush with the floor. The shower head was situated so that it would always point at the shower curtain and put you in one half of the shower or the other limiting your space.
The staff the parking the shuttle and the shuttle driver, Anthony-excellent! The staff, seemed understaffed. at times very helpful, other times, just soso. No café or restaurant.
The deco was so funk a delic. But with that I understand you have to maintain a level of rarity. That way the place can be preserved. Some amenities were just wild. Having to pay to park was a bit of a slice to the throat. I'm staying at your hotel... That offers parking for the people employed there. Why not just offer free parking for hotel guests. It really wasn't a big deal. The fact of it is... It was a Monday! I can see on high volume days. And it's not like there was anyone there to park the car.... The hotel needs a heartbeat.

The staff was extremely helpful. One member named David was exceptional in politeness & answering questions. The courtesy shuttle was exactly what we needed for our couple's weekend. Temporary inconvenience, I'm sure, but construction in the parking deck made parking tedious.

Everything was great, nice hotel, great value for the price, very helpful, we're allowed to check-in hours early, helped a lot. Pillows are horrible. All feather down and hard. Bring your own, glad I did.

The front desk staff was very nice to work with. She was very happy to have us in the property. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The location was central to most of Tulsa because it was close to I-44. They gave all of us a warm cookie and a cold bottle of water when we checked in. The in room coffee was even delicious. I didn't count off for this, but I would have liked to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
Beds was comfortable. Room was filthy, there was a big sticky spot on the carpet at the foot of the bed that you had to walk through every time you moved in the room. No tv remote.
The Ambassador,a true boutique facility, is the nicest hotel in Tulsa bar none. It's convenient downtown location make it readily accessible to various highways. The desk staff are most helpful and checking in and out were a breeze. For a hotel of his quality, my only criticism would be there is no bellman always in the lobby for bag (but may be requested), which I suppose is more because of the hotel's smaller size than any real service deficiency. When I did request a bellman, he was prompt and very courteous. The rooms are wonderful and well appointed. Mine this trip had a large, flat panel television. Everything is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The Ambassador's Chalkboard Restaurant is very well known with an excellent reputation and menu. As always, the food was sublime and service impeccable. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about this marvelous and historic hotel! Stay and you won't be disappointed.
Ed & I came to Tulsa to celebrate his birthday, the wine was chilling upon our arrival. We ordered room service for dinner, the meal was superb and the silverware and china were beautiful, as were the accommodations. We hope to be back soon.
I went there to get away with my wife and got the honeymoon package, the hotel was amazing and met all the needs that I asked for, even bringing us napkins when we asked.

The owner is always on property to make sure you are enjoying your stay. It is quiet between the walls of the rooms. The bed is very very comfortable. Breakfast was put away at least 20 minutes before breakfast hours ended.

Very clean and friendly staff. We were in town to attend a concert at The Brady Theater. This hotel was a couple of blocks away from the theater, so the location was perfect for us. The only bad thing about our stay was that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:45, asking when we were checking out. I had 3 teenagers still in bed, because we got back to hotel late, after the concert. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
Staff was awesome. Parking was terrible. Told we could use the lots across the street because they were shared by hotel/restaurants. However, restaurants were packed both nights we stayed at the hotel.
It was beautiful; convenient, comfortable and the staff was excellent. Very helpful. The breakfast area wasn't laid out to facilitate traffic flow; but I'm not sure this is possible in any situation like this.

The staff were friendly and helpful and very quick to help resolve any problems. The hotel was conveniently located for my event and easy to get to from the interstate. The hotel was clean, brightly decorated. I will definitely stay again. Pillows were a little soft but that's a comfort issue to each individual.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The pet fee was high, the nightly rate was high comparatively to other hotels in the area of the same caliber.
Loved the inviting lobby, staff, and food. Hotel restaurant was outrageous in steak prices, compared to the original Cattleman's in OKC. Couldn't bring ourselves to pay that amount of money for something that may have been mediocre since we had never eaten at this particular one. Instead we went to Longhorn Steakhouse, where we knew the quality of what we were paying for.
Cattlemen's Restaurant was wonderful. I will make a point to eat there again. The room was not as nice as the surroundings. It looks like all the $$ was spent on the atrium decor & not on the room. Toilet too low to the ground, loose (room 530) I did not like the pool/hot tub. Too noisy, too many children screeming at the same time.
