Pros: The location was great for what we needed. The girl at the front desk was great. Great view from the roof.
Cons: The window ledges were filthy. The windows did not open. There was an air vent out in the hall blowing horrible smelling air right on the room door so we got a face full every time we entered or left the room.
Pros: We were so very grateful to the desk clerk who took time to help us was when she was busy.
I have never been in a hotel room that had so many electrical outlets for recharging all our devises. In addition to many wall outlets, most of the table lamps were fitted with recharging plugs.
The bed was unusually comfortable. I usually regard a hotel's immense pile of decorator pillows as "unsleepable," but these were great.
Pros: foyer, room ( when we finally got to it), boutique feel :) charming
Cons: The service was terrible. Upon arriving- the front desk told me they no longer had the king room with pullout couch that i booked available. "They "gave" it to someone else?"- I asked her. She confirmed thsat my prebooked room was not available and She blamed this on "third party" booking issues sometimes. She then offered me a lesser "double beds room" OR going down to a sister hotel- but would not even offer the $40 less rate to me for to rearrange, go get the car and travel down to the sister hotel.?! My elderly mother had to wait for 30 minutes while I discussed how this could have happened with the Front Desk Staff woman. To no avail- she said my choices were-1. you will just have to take the double bed or 2. go to the other hotel. so we chose the double bed room due to it being 38 degrees outside and the hassle for my mom. I told her i was going to put this ridiculous experience on social media. Then when we got to the double bed room ( that I did not book) because we were too tired to go to another hotel, miraculously, the Staff woman called and said- "oh- I have found a King room for you with a pull out". So we gathered our stuff with my elderly mom and moved. All this took an hour of calls and discussion with the front desk who had insisted that they did not have my king room with a pull out couch available any longer in the first place "so sorry maam, but this sometimes happens with third party bookings". It was a mess and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the ridiculous poor service. although it was a delightfully decorated hotel.
I was very surprised at giving my booked room to another, then not even offering for a voucher for later and suggesting i take my elderly mom, our luggage and get the car pulled around and travel to another hotel with a lesser rate but not offering to refund me the difference for the lesser rate. Secondly, insisting there was no more King room with pull out available as I had booked, and then once I explained that I was going to share this on trip advisor- miraculously, they found a room available like i had booked in the first place. So, did the Front Desk Staff woman lie to me as well? It sure seems that way. It was cold, I had my elderly mom with me so we could see the Christmas lights in Tulsa and spend time with my college age daughter, and this experience at 9 pm gave both of us a headache.
Pros: From the moment my car door was opened there was nothing but friendly informative staff and amazing service. Very unique Art Deco atmosphere with all modern conveniences. Excellent bar and restaurant. Must stay while in Tulsa.
Pros: Historical 1925 luxury hotel with contemporary flair. 2009 upgraded and remodeled. Comfortable in every way.
Cons: No parking garage or lot available for those who don't use the valet parking. We were able to obtain street parking rather close and it was not a problem for us.
Located in Downtown Tulsa, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Philtower and BOK Center. Woodward Park and Philbrook Museum of Art are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Nice rooms
Breakfast-side note: the ladies in charge of breakfast did an excellent job of taking care of the supplies and patrons
Cons: Could use a pool
Could use free weights in the exercise room
Pros: Free parking! Free internet! Walking distance to the BOK Center. Everything was great. The staff was nice. Our hotel was clean. I feel like this hotel should be the standard for most hotels.
Cons: Not terribly close to restaurants.

Pros: I found the facilities to be very clean and welcoming. The entrance to the building gave you a feeling of stepping back in time, and the door greeters were quick to give you a grand entrance. Honestly, for the price for my room, I found the room to be of higher stature than many I've had in previous travels. The bed was comfortable, not a rock; the lighting was bright or dark by choice, the climate control worked the way it was supposed to work, and there was ample room for me and my other. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quick access to downtown Tulsa and a quiet place to relax in between outings.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like wasn't even necessarily a dislike, but rather a potential downside - parking. The hotel has valet parking, but not a lot of open parking. It's not a huge shock as the building is located in downtown Tulsa. If you opt for this location, I would suggest arriving early enough to catch a parking spot on the street (on the weekend) for free parking. Otherwise plan on paying for the valet service or have a bit of a walk to get back to the hotel.
Pros: My stay, generally, was fantastic. The staff really was the highlight of the stay (keep up the great work!)
Cons: The air conditioning in my room was a little difficult to figure out. I thought I had it set, but it got warm in my room at night.

Pros: I would just like to take a moment and praise the concierge, She was absolutely perfect! Not only was she friendly and attentive to my needs, she made conversation and it was so enjoyable. Holiday In. express has a diamond in the rough there!!!
Pros: The hotel was relatively new, very clean and in a perfect location
Pros: I loved the variety of breakfast offered, provided extra towels, pillows when asked, the pool was offered, the room was very clean and nice.
Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom shower floor wasn't clean.
Pros: Quality for the money! Very nice facilities.
Cons: When I called from home to ask question, I called 6 times before someone answered. I checked out at checkout time (noon) and nobody was at desk. I waited awhile and called out. I had to leave my room cards on desk and leave. She was outside smoking.
Pros: Cleanest place we stayed Thanks
Pros: The breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: There was some cleanliness issues with the room but nothing major. Looked like someone had sprayed something on the ceiling of room and it wasn't cleaned properly. Also, wished the pool was heated as it was always cold.
Pros: Staff was so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was terrific the variety was much more than I expected!!!
Pros: The breakfast was great
Pros: Me and my wife and children love this hotel and stay here often.
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern room.
Pros: This was the best hotel we have stayed at in awhile. Top notch employees. We slept too late for breakfast but was still able to obtain yogurt and hard boiled eggs. They also had a coffee bar all day. Very nice accomidations.

Pros: Mostly everything was great. If a worker sees you they greet you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. The location is right by the mall so it's an awesome location. It is also a very quiet location.
Cons: Everywhere we looked online said there was continental breakfast however, there was not. Even when we checked in they said there was continental breakfast so we were very upset when we found out that wasn't true the next morning. The pool was small so not many people were able to get in it. There was a place where they could have a fire which would have been a great view. I get that it was hot outside but having the firepit lit outside would have looked nice.
Cons: The website said there was a continental breakfast and that was a lie. The restaurant/bar was never open. Having a small child that made it difficult when she was hungry we had to always go out to eat and she just wanted to stay in.
Pros: The pool, the lounge, the back patio area, and the staff.
Cons: The sofa-bed (it made my back hurt for several days) and the hot tub (out of order).
Pros: This hotel was very clean.
Cons: My wife and I booked our hotel through Kayak for our anniversary. It was a disaster trying to check in upon arrival. It took us nearly an hour to help the desk clerk understand that we didn't need to pay for our room twice because it was already paid for through Kayak. I showed the desk clerk my receipt and confirmation a dozen time, yet he insisted on swiping my card over and over. Due to this lengthy check in we were late to dinner and missed our reservation. We are extremely dissapointed.

Pros: The rooms were great!! Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable!!! Will totally stay here anytime we are in claremore for a dance competition!
Cons: There was food on the floor and beside the beds. There was popcorn in the bedspread, hair in the bathroom. I saw baby roaches crawling on the floor. Very unkept for a new hotel. I won't stay at this hotel again.
Pros: The one staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Hotel was the cleanest in Claremore and I've tried them all over the last 12 years.
Cons: The price was quite a bit higher than the other hotels and the breakfast was only on par with the rest.

Cons: The location of my room. Bad view. Ac and other equipment on the roof
Pros: Clean and nice staff. The common areas of the hotel are very nice and luxurious
Cons: Beds are small and uncomfortable. For the price was hoping for two queen beds not two double beds. In addition there was someone smoking in a room near ours and it smelled very bad. Lastly the curtains don't close and we were on the side with the night spotlights and neon lights. Made our room very bright and hard to sleep
Cons: Beds very hard. Requested. King and got two doubles
Pros: Quick check in and staff was very friendly.
Cons: Across from vending machine.

Cons: There was no cold water in the shower, only scalding hot. I told the front desk before we left.
Pros: Nice hotel room and yummy breakfast.
Cons: The staff when we checked in did not even greet us. We checked in an hour and a half after the check in time, the front desk wasn't sure if our room was clean and just kept complaining how they were busy and every was working overtime.. She was rude.
Pros: Will be staying at this hotel again soon.
Cons: No. This was a really nice hotel experience
Pros: The staff was wonderful. They were accommodating and friendly, went out of their way to be helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.
Cons: Not anyone's fault, per se, but the floor was under construction. They were quiet, nothing that was disturbing to me while I was there. More of an aesthetic complaint that anything.
Pros: The included breakfast was the best comp meal I've had.
Cons: Smelled moldy
The free breakfast was delicious and gave many food and drink options. The staff heard our conversation wanting a particular breakfast item that was offered from the previous morning and prepared it for us.
Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Pros: Indoor swimming pool
Cons: We were given a broken pack and play which the desk clerk had to search for even though it was supposedo to be reserved. Our phone in the room did not always work and the staff wasn't very willing to help meet our needs.
Pros: Convenience to both children in Sand Springs
Cons: The whirlpool was down for repair all week
Night manager was very helpful. He took care of my issues very quickly.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room was poor.
I use Hampton Inn often for work. They are a consistently good value.
Pros: Courteous staff.

Pros: Hotel has a newer updated feel. Clean, decent staff, and the location is near the mall. Lots of food options near.
Cons: The bed was horrible. I've slept on nicer beds a cheaper hotels. This mattress was broken or bend or something... there was a solid rail or something running from foot to head on the left side that made you feel as if you were trying to sleep on a 2x4.
Cons: There was nothing that we were not happy with.
Pros: Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Only a few minuets from downtown. Excellent breakfast setup.
Cons: Pool needed to be skimmed

Cons: What a difference a year makes. Stayed here several times in the past. This time the room was dirty, shower handle fell off, someones bathing suite was hanging from the shower rod, front desk person was outside smoking while the phone rang off the hook
Pros: New, clean, and outstanding service from the staff.
Pros: The breakfast was good and the cleaning if the rooms was very good.
Cons: The hotel front lobby was under total construction. One evening when I came in the front desk worker was at the entrance smoking. And they were not at all in professional attire.
Cons: Construction in the lobby
Pros: We chose this hotel to meet with someone. It was very clean and in the right part of town. That was mostly what mattered to us.
Cons: When we stayed they were renovating the front area. Upon walking in you are greeted with black plastic. It's not the most appealing. I know this will not be permanent though. I can't wait to see how it looks when it is complete.
Pros: Convenience to my son's home.
Cons: A scenic Helicopter Tour business was located right outside our window. It operated from 9am to 10pm. The price of the room did not make up for the sound and inconvenience for sleeping.
Pros: It was the best of the best. Staff supernice. Hotel nice and clean. Nice bed...slept well.
Cons: Would have preferred waffles for breakfast. They had a pancake machine.
Pros: All the staff that we came in contact with were super nice. They cared about the hotel and tge customers. I have stayed at many hotels, this one impressed me the most.they seemed guinuly nice not stuck up. Made me feel at home.
Cons: There was not really anything I did not like that an affect on me personally. One couch in the dining area was messed up and placed among all the really nice furniture, but I was told they will be redoing all next month. So that couch will be history.
Pros: The room was big, discuss, clean, great breakfast
Cons: Room was a little dusty but other than that week with the money

Pros: I had accidentally booked the room for a week later than when we arrived. The frimt desk clerk helped fix that and informed me how to cancel the other one. The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of the whole trip would be the loss at the casino. Not very lose slots
Cons: When we opened the curtains for the window there was popcorn on the floor.
Pros: Good choice of food. Decent sized rooms.
Cons: Pool was constantly closed for "cleaning." Gym was closed.
Cons: Funky cleaning smell in the casino. Was allergic to it.
Pros: Atmosphere was great! Restaurants were plentiful. Staff was very friendly. Nice getaway!
Cons: Asked for a room with a nice view. Got a view of the parking lot and trash dumpster. Bathrooms were small and mildew in the shower The band both nights were average at best.

Pros: i love that my favorite coffee place topeca is in the hotel the location is great you can walk to most of the places you want to go, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable the staff was very helpful with anything I needed.
Cons: There was a couple spots of blood on the toilet in the bathroom and poopie crumbs that weren't flushed all the way out. I didn't make a big deal tho I just wiped it off with some sanitizer and tissue.
Cons: Pool had no no water. Shower had no hot water.
Cons: No hot water
Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: reserved king bed, received two twins. no microwave as advertised. not very happy.
Cons: Not a thing
Pros: what I liked- the inside was very nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had a great set up. Location was great and the curtains made the room extremely dark when closed
Cons: Didn't like - the staff wasn't as professional as they could be. The pool wasn't as nice as the pictures and was cold. the outside of the building is not attractive but the inside makes up for it.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and we had a very enjoyable time here. We even decided to stay an extra night! Overall, this is very nice hotel and we're already planning to stay here next year.
Cons: One of the staff members didn't listen when I checked in and charged something to my card that I needed to pay for in cash when we checked out. But this did not ruin our experience.
Pros: Location and the staff
Cons: Poor choice of food at the hotel's restaurant
Pros: Convenient location for business and entertainment; comfortable bed; consistently friendly, helpful, welcoming staff; great food and drinks at the Daily Grill.
Cons: Staff seems to have lost ability to clean and inspect rooms: found debris from previous guests on floor, long hair smeared on shower walls, old washcloth on floor under bathroom vanity. Not a one-time occurrence, either.
Pros: The location was awesome to the Blue Dome district.
Cons: We waited in line for about 20 minutes while three staff ran back and forth to the back room fetching copies of receipts. What a horribly inefficient way to run a front desk. Actually, it's not a front desk. It's 3 kiosks- no wonder there isn't a printer for the staff to use. Trying to look hip and cool with 3 kiosks at the expense of making your guests late is a poor move. At 3:15 the staff said our room wasn't ready ( check in was for 3pm) and they would call us when it was clean. We waited until 4:30 pm in the bar and still no call. I got back in the kiosk line and 11 people ahead of me received their room keys. When it was finally my turn- all the attendant said was " We were suppose to call you." On top of that, he forgot to give us the key to get out of the parking garage and we had to get out of our car after trying to get out with our room key and go back inside to the kiosk to get an exit key out of the garage. Never stay there again. No apologies from anyone. So ridiculous.
Pros: Good location. Familiarity with the area.
Cons: Indoor pool too small...but that's understandable.

Pros: The staff is pleasant and courteous. The room was newly updated, not just a paint job but everything was brand new. Very nice. The free breakfast was plentiful and delicious, although, I didn't care for the coffe. Just personal preference.

Cons: It didn't seem to be as clean as I thought it would be. I've stayed at other Hyatt hotels, and this one was just not as comfortable and clean. They need to upgrade the breakfast and make its area more accommodating to the number of people waiting for breakfast in line. It gets too crowded. I probably wouldn't stay here again Unfortunately. I'm
Pros: the towels and sheets were clean
the toilet flushed
Cons: the breakfast was horrible
the wifi dropped continually
the shower was very poor
the coffee, when you could find any was terrible
the mattress was quite shot
Pros: Clean rooms, nice staff, nice pool, great location
Cons: Breakfast was atrocious and gave my family food poisoning. Beds were not very comfortable at all. Sofa bed was better then the real beds. Pillows were like not even having one no matter how many I used. Ice machines were all broken except for one on the 3rd floor. Refrigerator didn't work very well.
Pros: The layout of the room and the service. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The hotel had no record of our reservation.
Pros: Room was well appointed and spacious.
Cons: Booked king bed but they ran out. Double bed was too tight.
Pros: We've always enjoyed our stays at the Hyatt Place hotels. Never have had any problems. We love the spacious rooms & friendly staff.
Cons: A/C didn't get as cold as we usually like but it wasn't a problem. Also elevators were a bit warm
Pros: Felt like it was an expensive hotel for not a lot of money.
Big room, clean, and a great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.
Cons: AC not big enough for the room. My kid was hot sleeping in the living room area. It eventually caught up in the middle of the night.
Pros: Excellent hot breakfast included in the price. Lots of space in the room.
Pros: My daughter and I everything about our stay. We found nothing fault to you on.
Pros: One of the best breakfasts ever. Easy to find. Convenient to all of South Tulsa.

Pros: Our family was in town for a convention- very accommodating staff, nice clean rooms. The cafe was excellent, evening bar was mediocre.
Cons: The property is isolated if you're walking, no restaurants, bars etc within reasonable walking distance.
Pros: Property was well maintained
Cons: Only had double beds, me an my wife had to sleep separate
Pros: Clean and updated
Cons: $10 parking didn't know about it until arrival and the $50 additional fee that was charged which was to go toward possible fees. Would have liked to know about it prior to booking.
Pros: Hotel was as advertised, and location was convenient for our purposes.
Cons: There was some kind of youth Soccer event happening close by with either most (dozens & dozens of kids) or many of them staying at this location, because a of this their were multiple groups of kids running up and down the hallways, partying and/or running in and out of their rooms. The elevators were also always constantly busy and overcrowded because of the kids, with very long waits going up and down (17 floors?), and even forcing us at times to use the service elevators and stairs. I would have complained to the hotel mang. about this, but because of the size of the event and number of people involved I got the impression it wouldn't have made much of a difference. In the end we just stayed away from our rooms as long as possible, during our brief two night stay.
Pros: Staff was great and room was very nice. Stayed on the 14th floor and the view was great. Just a very nice hotel.
Cons: Breakfast was not complimentary.
Pros: The view I had on the 17th floor and great pillows!
Cons: Room service breakfast wasn't great.
Pros: The room and its view

Pros: It's a beautiful building with a central location easy to find. Parking was never an issue!
Cons: Cleaning lady needs to leave soap!
Pros: great place, restaurant is good, wonderful sttaff
Pros: Beds was comfortable.
Cons: Room was filthy, there was a big sticky spot on the carpet at the foot of the bed that you had to walk through every time you moved in the room.
No tv remote.
Pros: The front desk staff was very nice to work with. She was very happy to have us in the property. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The location was central to most of Tulsa because it was close to I-44. They gave all of us a warm cookie and a cold bottle of water when we checked in. The in room coffee was even delicious.
Cons: I didn't count off for this, but I would have liked to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
Pros: great location good food, staff, amenities
Cons: Needs some updating. Hallways a little shabby. Need new paint. Some mold in bathroom.
Pool area, sauna, really need to be cleaned
Pros: Everything was great, nice hotel, great value for the price, very helpful, we're allowed to check-in hours early, helped a lot.
