Hotel had an odd odor, small parking lot and had mice on the property.
Pros:Rooms were very clean
Pros:New room with a view of the marina. Plenty of USB and power outlets!
Pros:Staff was great. Friendly and always looking to help. This location is less deaireable due to the age of the facility. The rooms are older and the heating cooling when on made the room smell moldy.
Pros:The friendliness of the staff was above par. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, the front desk had a small store area, which I used quite frequently. The fire pit outside on the patio was a nice touch. The kitchen staff was so friendly and the food quality and variety was awesome. The location was nice, as it was close to the beach, and not too far away behind the hotel was a marina so you could see the boats coming and going.
Cons:The room carpet was extremely dirty. My wife and I never went barefoot anywhere except in the room, and when we took a shower, we practically stained the tub with the amount of blackness that was coming off our feet.
Pros:The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I fell in love with my room. The view was unbelievable for the price! I only paid $345 for three nights with a marina view. I am very satisfied.

Pros:The rooms were good sized. The breakfast time went late, which was convenient.
Cons:For a newer hotel, they don't seem to be keeping up on the maintenance very well.
