Cons (-) Shower control was odd. Think of a dial on the wall where straight up is off. Left is hot, right is cold. It doesn’t go all the way around the bottom. Hard if not impossible to get a warm shower.

Cons (-) Front desk staff needs to be retrained. We stood for over 10 minutes while the ONE front desk clerk helped casino customers purchase cigarettes and other gift shop items. When she did get to us she informed us the room king room we booked online was not available anymore. Cons (-) Smoke filled hallway leading from casino to hotel rooms. Should add doors as smoke barrier or improve ventilation in the casino. Room intermittently had smoke infiltrated as well. Lastly the air conditioner was noisy.

Cons (-) The hotel was nice but the beds are awful! It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the ground. Food is good just don't order their fried chicken dinner. They made it twice and it was still frozen in the middle.
