Pros: The lady at the office was very nice and personable. Very busy for this office but was only 1 of a few that were open on Sundays.
Cons: Number of cars that were reserved wasn't more than what was on hand. Almost received a smaller car than I reserved but they found another car but I had to wait for it to be cleaned.

Be sure to check drop off pick up.
Pros: Apparently the website had in very small letters that I should pick up at the Marriott intstead of airport. They were nice at the airport and got me a car but of course because of taxes the price was $40 higher fire 3 days. I feel like it should have been more clear

Hertz Rental Cancelled
Pros: I was contacted by Hertz that the order was cancelled as they did not have any vehicles available and contacted all their Las Vegas sources and all had no vehicles. I called Hertz and emailed Kayak for a FULL refund. Your company has no phone number to call, I've got no reply nor a refund. I am very disappointed and angry there is no contact info available. Refund the order I placed and paid ASAP!

Screwed up and sent res to wrong city
Cons: My reservation was sent to a resort in Sumerlin instead of McCarren. Airport . The clerk at Hertz refused to transfer the order and so did customer service at Hertz. They were only willing to charge me $440 for the mistake. The clerk in Sumerlin told me to take a cab, it took 45 minutes and when we got there he had another Kayak customer the exact same thing happened too. I would like at least to be compensated for the cab fare. Not to mention the 2.5 hours I missed of my business conference

Not what we paid for
Pros: Nothing really stood out as something that we liked.
Cons: The car we received was a smaller class than we paid for. We had to scour 2 lots looking for the car. When we went back in to let them know we couldn't find the car, the employee was nowhere to be found. We needed help from the valet at the hotel to help us locate the car which was not where we were told it would be nor the car that we were told we were getting.
The car was dirty (outside) and had low tire pressure on all 4 tires. Since we needed to get on the road and got the car later than our reservation was supposed to be for due to employee showing up late and having to search for the car, we couldn't wait any longer. Over the next 2 days, we left 3 messages and not one phone call back. We spent the following day trying to resolve the situation, losing a day of our vacation. Finally talked to someone at the location where we picked up the car and she told us we would be responsible if anything was wrong with the tires and for us to find another location with the car we actually paid for. We spent about 4 hours on the phone with all locations in the Denver area along with the headquarters and no one was able to help us.
Finally getting a hold of the hotel where we rented the car (not affiliated with rental company) they connected me to the manager of that branch. He told us he would credit us for the difference between the class we paid for and the one we received. At this time we realized the tires were just low on air as we filled the up and they were holding the air. He also told us we would get a gift certificate when we returned the car for their mistake and not to worry about filling the car back up with gas.
Upon returning the car, we had to return it approximately 2 hours earlier than we scheduled to have it because the branch was closing. We arrived, no gift certificate waiting for us. I had to ask for it. He told me there was a refund of $75 pending. Again, no inspection upon returning the car.
Waiting several days, still no refund on our card. I called the manager. He didn't remember any of our previous conversations and told me he never authorized a $75 credit to our account. I explained that his employee was the one who told me this. He said he didn't know where he got that information from. He also told me he was not going to credit me anything because it was only one class lower and not enough of a difference. I explained that the gift certificate wasn't even there and I had to ask for it. He said the employee must have forgotten but he told him. Needless to say, I have a gift certificate I'm not going to use because for one, we rarely rent cars and it's only good for a year and two, I wouldn't use them again. He still refused to give me the money back from giving us the wrong size car.

Rep in a hurry to leave shop refused service
Cons: Made a reservation for my husband. When he came to pick up rep refused service as the paying credit card is under my name but the booking reservation is under husband's name. The email confirmation is also under my husband's name but before he can point it out rep just keeps saying we're out of luck and quickly closed shop. It was very obvious she just wanted to get the hell out of there, her shift was done, no time to further help out. Customer left out in the cold. The702 phone number on the confirmation booking for customer service is not working on that day. Called the 800 number from their website the following day. The person I spoke to Clariss was sympathetic enough, apologized and told me I will get a refund. The next day I got an email saying I am not getting a refund as the car wasn't picked up. So f'd up. Will pursue other avenues to get money back.

Cons: Had to wait 2 hours for pick up. The car was there the whole time. Very poor signage. Many upset people with prepaid reservations.
