Pros. The two things that was good about this place was the pool area and the kitchen in the hotel.
Cons. I hated everything else. The hotels were nasty and old looking. The hotels definitely need some upgrading. The junior villa we had at first was so small that we had to pay extra for a bigger hotel room. I will never recommend this place to any of my family nor friends.
Pros. We liked the location, close to town.
Cons. From the moment you step up to the check in counter the information they gave you was full of many rules....telling me they have had problems with guests to create all of these rules. Right after you check in there were about 5 ladies wanting to know your last name, we have offers, coupons... it will only take 5 minutes...that's when we figured we were at a time share..no thanks. We go to our room the hallway smelt like the sewage had backed up. There were painters, they told us it was the paint...don't think so. The adult pool which was full of kids was clear water, the kids pool was murkey. Uck. The room was not ready when we got there told us to come back at 4:00, we could use the pool in the mean time. At 4:00 the lobby was full of people with one check in clerk. And 6 sales people standing around. Even a lady mentioned who had stood at the desk for about 10 minutes 'they have pleanty of sales people and no clerks.' I would not stay here again.
Pros. I loved that the resort really felt like a real (mexico type) resort.Staff was great/friendly. Pool is amazing. Very clean. A lot of activities every day (best bang for your resort fee)
Cons. The beds could have been more comfortable. The value was great, but I feel, if I am spending a decent amount on a room at a resort, the hotel should spend a little more money on more comfortable beds.
Pros. I love how the did daily fun activities for both kids & adults. The drinks & food by the pool were a reasonable price & good. Lots of chairs by the pool. Very friendly staff!
Pros. Staff was nice but understaffed didn't know really what to do about the problems or how to solve them
Cons. The pool and slide was closed most of the day when it is 105 out. They did not give us any warning for when it closed or when it would be open again. They didn't even give us a discount or free lunch or anything. Very disapointing because I went to celebrate. The room check in was so late didn't get in till 430 and had to check out the next day At 10 am. Not okay and then they only let u use the pool Till 12 when its your check out day and then they go around and kick you out. Just a odd place ..
Pros. The best part about this place is the pool area, everything else is mediocre at best. The slide and poolside bar at this place apart.
Cons. Dirty diapers were ditched in the hall way and we saw several staff members pass by them without so much add a second look. Rooms are spacious bur severely outdared. Need are squeaky and uncomfortable. I only stay here for the pool/bar area.
Pros. The pool and grounds.
Cons. Okay, where to start. After check-in and arriving to the room, I found out that the pack n play that I requested upon booking for our 5/mo baby was not In the room. It took them 2 hours to bring it up after I called back 3 times. The wifi only worked for the 1st hour of our stay and the last 10 minutes of before check out. Our stove in the villa did not work so I had to go buy food for my family throughout our stay because we could not cook in the room. At checkout they charged me resort fee which I should not be charged for since I didn't get to use the stove, wifi, didn't have my pack and play, one of the night lamps in the room didn't work as well. I never used the tennis courts, basketball court nor the gym. Can someone please explain me why I was charged for a resort fee? Ohh. Almost forgot. Tori at the front desk promised to credit me back the resort fee after I complained about all of this, she said please leave your number and I'll call you back. ( after I checked out of the room and left Palm Springs ) still waiting for her call back.
Pros. Water slides for the kids, villas are very large, spacious, stocked kitchen, bar by the pool, lifeguard on duty, family movies playing at night for the kids, music during the day.
Cons. I don't like resort fees, which is suppose to pay for use of the wifi, yet you can hardly get a signal on the wifi.
Pros. The pool was nice
Cons. When we first arrived Wednesday at about 8pm the wifi wasn't working it didn't start working until about 7am Thursday morning. Also the wifi sucked and kept signing off so we had to sign back on numerous times. The toilet wouldn't flush it took them about 45 minutes to try to come and fix it but maintenance were missing tools so he had to come back and fix it. My room was on the 3rd floor at the end of the building right by the stairs but at about 10pm they locked the door so we had to go to the middle of our building or through the parking garage to get in.
