very convenient, comfortable, very clean, great spa bath, pub nearby also Burger King and close to The Square.

I like the quietness of the property and spacious comfortable rooms. It is close to the city centre but far enough way to be quiet in a nice setting.

Sometimes the room seems a little dark due to lots of trees around the property.

Everything was fine for us

Really great room with a lovely bathroom - love the spa bath. Good lounge area with a nice tv and a good sized fridge that wasn't overloaded with minibar stuff - which meant room for our things. Staff are super friendly, definately a family run hotel (husband and wife team)

We were charged $10 more than the booking confirmation rate. But I didn't question it, so didn't give the hotel a chance to change that. It would have been nice if that hotel had the correct rate to start with. So make sure you have you form to confirm the correct rate at time of checkout.

1. This motel has an excellent security system with the use of magnetic cards for the unit door and getting into the complex late at night. 2. An excellent Wi-Fi internet service was provided (free service & good quantity) 3. Excellent chairs (lazy-boy) and TV

1. Not enough blankets or lack of duvee on bed and no spares readily available in cubboard. 2. Lack of bench space to put things on. 3. Eating table way too small & cramped. 4. Kitchen bench space too small - virtually no room to put anything 5. Bathroom bench space non-existant. 6. Shower cubicle too small - cramped 7. Bedside tallboys too small. 8. Got by for a short stay period but we would not like to stay here for an extended period...facilities are either too cramped or too small

More than ample space in the three-bedroom suite.

Whilst it didn't cause us any problem despite a stock-car event taking place, the location close to the Arena may be an issue to early bedders/light sleepers.

Close the the Arena Manawatu and parking for a truck

The staff were very friendly, we had a mixup with our overseas funds, the lady at the desk trusted us to pay a few days in, rather than all up front. The hotel was very airy feeling and the cleanliness was great for the vast part.

I woke up with about 20 bed bug bites all over both arms & my back & face. As I'd never seen a bed bug or been bitten before I wasn't sure, until I found one under my pillow. The staff were apologetic and offered to change linens. We asked to move rooms.

Staff were very friendly; secure car parking was fabulous; lovely quiet room!

the service was excellent, if you nedded anything it was just a phone call away. we will be back!

I think you get more than you pay for. Very reasonable price and lovely room. The breakfast was also very good.

Nice bathroom and pleasant room.Very handy to our conference.

The mattress was too soft.
