Pros: I stayed in a private room. As soon as I arrived the owners were extremely friendly and invited me in to have a coffee with them as we got to know each other. This is a very friendly and welcoming hostel.
Cons: The only thing is that I booked for two days but only ended up staying for one night. I let the owner know at 11am the next day that I was only going to stay the one night and I left my bags there while I was out for the day ( had a flight later that night) and when I got back to pick up my bag I was told I still had to pay for the two nights which sucked because I spent money on some gifts for my family that I was originally going to use for the second night. I paid for the one night plus gave the rest of the money I had but I was still short for 2 days. be proactive and do not book for additional days unless you know you will stay for sure.

Pros: Very near the airport
got free breakfast every morning.
Had hot water and a tolite seat (not common in the Philippines)
Had working AC
Remember, this is the Philippines, not the US or Canada, this country is poor relative to the US or Canada and they do nto follow our standards.
But I stayed there for maybe 4 nights and was going to go back there to stay, but decided to stay in another part of the Manila Metro.
I would stay there again, just have to look over the fact that this is not the US, but then again, I would say this is a 3-4 star hotel for the Philippines, but only a 1-2 star for the US, but again it was less then $30.00 per night, including breakfast. I have stayed in way worse for way more per night..
I will stay here again next time I fly into Manila
Cons: Well not comparing it to hotels in the USA or Canada I do not have anything really to complain about.
the room I was in had a stove top, but it did not work, but that did not matter to me and I never told them.
Now if you want to be picky and compare it to hotels in the USA and Canada then there would be some things, none that mattered to me, but some might just have a heart attack over.
As with all the different hotels i stayed at in the Philippines, this one does not have made service each day, so you have to clean up after your self or just not make a mess.
The room and building has ants in it, but then again everything has ants in it, they are everywhere and in every thing and every building I had ever been in, even in the 10th floor.
The halls have no AC, lucky the rooms do since AC is not as popular as it is here with us spoiled Americans, yes I spent a long time whit out it when i was there also...
As with almost everywhere in the Philippines I have been, the coffee is boiled (tap water) and instant coffee.
But really this is not a bad place to stay near the airport and it is safe (24/7 armed guard at the door) (just like most all business in the Philippines) and you can book online, unlike a lot of the cheaper price hotels in the places I have been.
but for less then $30 US per night, why complain at all? It's clean and safe..
Situated in Paranaque, this hotel is 2.2 mi (3.6 km) from St. Andrew's Cathedral and within 6 mi (10 km) of Ayala Center and Resorts World Manila. Baclaran Church and Walter Mart are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: Horrible, no wifi bad AC, barely any running water. I travel around the world by any means it wasn't even a 1 star hotel. I hope re-evaluate your horrible rating system
Cons: I have taken pictures and videos how horrible this hotel room was no proper running water. Horrible room AC, being a frequent travel it wasn't a 3 star hotel by any means. Please re-consider your evaluations.
Pros: Close to the airport and I just need a place to nap for a few hours.
Cons: A little pricy for this type of building?
Pros: Only the proximity of the international airport!
Cons: Room is not upkeep, bed linen dirty, lots of mosquitos! The room should be checked, sprayed with pesticides for mosquito-free. I had mosquito bites,Not nice! I used this hotel I had a good experience before, amenities before doable now dirty!
Pros: Room was large
Cons: Not enough restaruants in hotel was exspecting more
Pros: Near airport.
Cons: Just kind of drab.
Pros: Its location was great for me because I was only looking for closeness to the airport. The fact that there was fast food and slow food available and a free airport shuttle made it more than I expected for the price. I was there for 6 hours my wife for 12.
Cons: The appearance of the hotel is not appealing and hard to recognize from its surroundings. I was only in the hotel for sleep and something to eat and it was very adequate for those things. WIFI did not work well at all except for email.
Pros: The emplacement
Cons: Durty room
Pros: the hotel shuttle was great, toiletries included
Cons: low water pressure/low heat on upper floors
Cons: no service, no amenities, dark rooms, beggars/vendors at entrance, high price for a ran down building.... sorry.
Pros: Safe, clean and very convenient location it's just 5 minutes drive to NAIA 2 terminal and the shuttle service is stand by there which is always available at any time you want, please don't forget to give the driver a tip. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: The room was a bit small but that's okay for us.
Pros: Proximity to airport, free shuttle to airport.
Cons: The towels in my room stank so badly that I had to dry myself with my previous day's shirt. The lock on the door was so flimsy that I put my bag against the door so I would hear if anyone tried to get in.
Pros: Very friendly staff. They were all nice and willing to help with anything. Good price for the location. It is 5 minute walk to terminal 1. 10 minute cab ride to terminal 2. Also the hotel shuttle service is great.
Cons: I enjoy a very hot shower. The hot water here is not hot. I understand that a cold shower is common in the philippines but that is the only complaint I have of this hotel.
