Great location and comfortable apartment, plenty of restaurants and shops, fully equipped kitchen, large rooms, close to Metro station and shops, lovely and homely lobby and dining area, safe and quiet neighborhood, staff very friendly and helpful, marvellous location next to Bercy village and park, kitchenette unit super, beds comfortable, well-presented little apartment close to local amenities and travel networks, very good location, staff very helpful, great set up, spacious apartment, located near Bercy Village, option for dinner, lovely staff, super comfortable bed, tidy and clean, beautiful hotel, very clean, great location, the location near Bercy village, the kitchenette, the small hotel is located near the Metro 14 station and a few other bus lines, the hotel is located near Bercy Village which is an outdoor mall of several restaurants, shops and a small market, very handy location just outside Paris center, the parking around is difficult or very expensive, there is a metro station just a 3 min walk from the hotel, friendly staff, the 2 bed apartment was a good size for myself, partner and children, convenient and very close to a metro station, spacious apartment, a good variety of restaurants and convenient stores close by, the apartment was more than we expected and the neighborhood was very lively with a variety of sights and attractions, great location, good sized apartment

An uncomfortable pull-out bed, towels should be changed more often, no parking area, the rooms are not warm enough, lighting, evacuation door blocked, the check-in should be a bit more earlier like 2 pm, the size of the room, also cleaning the rooms supposed to be for free as all the other accommodations, room was too dark and the lighting could be brighter, it was a bit cold even though there were heaters in the apartment, we were given two keys (magnetic) but the door would never open, we had this difficulty each time entering the hotel, had to wait for somebody, when present, at the reception to open the door, to use the elevator to the room, same problem, we were not given a pleasant answer when we inquired after the 3rd try, the room was cold, despite warming up after asking reception to use the heating, we asked for an extra blanket/duvet, the staff was quite unpleasant about it, the towels are flimsy and rather small for bath towels, when we asked for an extra one, we were told that we would have to pay extra as we were staying only 3 nights, shocking for a hotel to charge extra for a towel, other than paper tissues, hand washing soap and shower gel in the bathroom, no other toiletries were provided, no cotton wool or any other items usually provided in a 4* accommodation, the paint was chipping off everywhere and no repairs had been done in the room, the staff was not welcoming in the least on arrival and on departure, it is really incomprehensible that this aparthotel is qualified for 4*, had to close the windows because of mosquitoes (in October), bath plug broken or made unusable and shower kept changing temperature, poor TV selection of channels, a working speaker, in 5 days they didn’t clean the room once or change towels, outdated equipment, uncomfortable bed, yet good value for money, the dish washer and sink was not working, sofa bed was not cleaned, the laundry machine was not easy to use, at night the noise from the outside can be heard in the room, the bed is a couch-bed combination, the armrest of the couch was not comfortable at all, getting up from bed is a cautious action, if you don't watch out you can get seriously bruised by the armrest, towels, greeting receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, the accommodation looks very tired, and the fridge and dishwasher needed cleaning and airing, check-in is too late so I had to pay 75€ to have my room earlier as I was very tired
