Are the hotel staff accommodating and helpful?
Staff were the best we’ve experienced on our travels. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The airline for my flight into Paris actually lost my baggage and the staff helped me contact them via international calls since I could not do it.
How is the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel?
The hotel is definitely value for money, clean, quiet and well located. Also appreciate how welcoming and attending were both daily and night receptionists.

The hotel location was great as we wanted to see the Montmartre area. Also our room luckily had a room of the Eiffel tower in the balcony. The hotel decor was playful and unique. The hotel breakfast was solid with lots of delicious choices and an amazing view of Paris.

Beautiful property and rooms! Staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant overlooking Paris was like a dream. Business of the rooftop bar at night. It was very crowded which makes sense for such a cool spot.
