9.3 Excellent
Pros: Finally we decided to have a half-board and this was really good decision - apart from the starter which is the same for all there is to chose 2different "primi piatti" and 2 different for "secondi piatti" , I think one is always vegetarian. Finally you get desert. The only problem was to eat it all : ) As regards skiing it is perfect location - no transport needed, you just ski to the closest lift from the hill (400 m). There is many different slopes - for kids as well as the technical black slopes.
Cons: The room is little bit dark.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality of Luca and Valeria was amazing, helped in everything we needed. The dinner is very delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!!!
Cons: The parking is ~100 m uphill from the hotel, not always comfortable. We would prefer more hanging hooks in the bathroom, and electric kettle in the room itself and not in the corridor. These are small things as compared with many positive aspects of this place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Be prepared to sample some of the best Italian food and hospitality
Cons: Didn’t stay long enough.....
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff, particularly Luca, were all very helpful and happy to be there. All you need for a skiing holiday. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Excellent location on the ski slope.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is just perfect! It's on the ski run and you can start almost from the door. Parking is 200m away which is also convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We really liked that place.
Cons: Breakfast was good but could be more diverse when you stay more than a week.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I dont want to write long sentences. We all know, that they are the BEST in whole Passo-Ponte-Temu location, best food, rooms and especialy the hospotality of Lucca & Valerie is beyond expectation (every member of the staff) Mr. Pilar is approving... btw, if you will be nice, you will get the best Panna Cotta you will ever try. Once again many thanks from all of us and we wish you all the best. Next time in Prague and we are looking forward for the next year
Cons: I have nothing to dislike, nothing. I hope, that you will have more and more happy guests like we were. We love you & thank you for everythink !!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: This lovely chalet is just 200 m from the parking lot. Initially we had trouble to find the right spot with car. But you shall stick with the signboard (Il Faita) just in the entrance to the village (left). It was fun to get to the property - downhill, crossing one ski track. The luggage and our son were taken to the house by the snowmobile. The hosts (Luca and his partner) were very helpful and warm. The dinner menu was every night different and of course delicious. In Saturday the resto was packed - very Italian feel. Greetings to chef Mario! General impression was that the house is newly renovated and everything was very clean. Bonus: direct access to the blue and red slopes. Higly recommended!
Cons: We liked everything, but breakfast could have a little variations - greens stuff, tomato, etc. Anyway, we got our calories sufficiently - bread, cheese, jam, yoghurt, ham, boiled egg, yummie coffee.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Il Faita is a really lovely place to stay - very nice owners, staff, food and accommodation. We will defintely go back - our kids loved it very much indeed!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality, food and cleanness

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, the food was great, and the hotel is in an excellent location. We were very impressed at the cleanliness too - the staff really took pride in making our stay as comfortable as possible.
Cons: The only minor criticism is that there was no bin in the bedroom, just a very tiny one in the bathroom. We took bottles of water & snacks back to our room some dats, and there was nowhere to dispose of the rubbish. But this is the ONLY very minor negative - everything else was excellent and we will definitely be back next year.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel! Went with a friend to ski but would definitely return with my family as very child friendly! Good location as nice short walk to ski deposit and lifts. Great view from our room.
Cons: We were staying on B&B basis and to eat in the hotel in the evening we had to pre-order in the morning which was a shame as we may have eaten there more if there was an option to just turn up!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are a bit small
Cons: Good location, helpfull staff, nice variation at breakfast and dinner
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service from Manager/Owner Mike and the restaurant stuff were absolutely wonderful. Arrived at Edolo train station to realise that there were no Ubers availbale and Mike quickly arranged a taxi to come and pick us up. Very nice breakfast and excellent four course dinner served in the restaurant every night at a fixed time for a great price.
Cons: The room was a little basic by way of furniture given the rate charged but this is not a resort hotel it's a family friendly ski lodge. You go for the skiing not the room!

Easy access 5* ski/boot room next to front door has boot warmers. self service continental breakfast, fresh, tasty and plenty of it. my room was fab, the hotel is very clean and tidy but still retains a comfortable atmosphere. Pros: Great location & Hotel. Staff and owners were very helpful as we need to scan and email insurance info etc at end of week as i managed to fracture my pelvis (Muppet). Cons: Some of the food wasn't great but overall was okay
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff really could not have been more helpful and were extremely friendly. When there was a particularly heavy fall of snow the night before my early flight, the night manager cleared the entrance for me before I rose in the morning. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Hotel Negritella - Passo del Tonale - Bedroom
8.5 Excellent (146 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Negritella in Vermiglio, you'll be just steps from Sole Valley and Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.3 Good
Pros: Large rooms and moderately equipped. Staff knew some English which is a bonus in Italy, some were very helpful which increased the average score, so to speak.
Cons: I had high expectations, which may have made things worse, but I did not meet what I thought to find. The breakfast was very basic, which I would expect in a small B&B, but not is such a hotel, evening food was also very basic. The choice of food was from a pre set menu. The stairs lights were very annoying, in what I think is an effort to conserve on energy, they put timers on stair lights, which is a good thing dont get me wrong, but they were too short, us being at the end of the hall did not help, as the light always switched off just before entering the room. However the most annoying thing was the internet, when I tried to connect to the WiFi signal it could not connect, (*not saying a low signal, nor a slow internet connect, device could not obtain an IP address) I am not an expert, but I a know the problem was internally, anyway, when I complained at the desk the answer was "we have a very low internet signal here", when I tried explaining that the problem was not a slow or faint signal, but a technical problem, he insisted that they only have a 15Mbps speed, of which he uses 5, he said. At this point I was disappointed for not receiving any help, and feeling cheated, as one of the main things I always search in a hotel is room wifi, which they clearly advertised, but according to him there is barely internet for him, let alone for the whole hotel. He invited me to work in the hotel entrance which has a better signal, but this does not qualify as room wifi, and also, this area is a restaurant area, which makes it uncomfortable to work in. In short, although I cannot complain on anything in particular, I would definitely not go again nor I would recommend as I don't feel to have been welcome
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice, friendly host. Location on the main street close to everything. Ski room, balcony.
Cons: Breakfast was quite basic, mostly sweet cakes etc.. Coffee not up to Italian standards. Beds and pillows were not very good.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Spa was amazing.
Cons: The room was very simple, with old not matching furniture. Not a nice view, VERY noisy infront of hotel and in the hotel as well. Breakfast terrible - always the same, not fresh bakery, cheapest yoghurt, terrible coffee, NO FRUIT NO VEGETABLE.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel located in the center of the tonale. Near all the shops.
Cons: The breakfast was so so. The coffe and cappuccino were really not very good (as they were made by one of those not very good machines). The rest of the breakfast was ok. Parking outside can be difficult in high season
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff are friendly and welcoming, food is excellent homemade
Cons: The hotel is a bit old
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very close to the ski station, staff was very polite and friendly like everyone else in the city. Definetely recommend.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is good and the ski room is easy to reach both from inside and outside.
Cons: The pillow was too thin.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, staff
Cons: Room with no dark curtains, no tv remote, no possibily to change temperature, small beds
5.5 Okay
Pros: In a prime location and very convenient parking outside the front of the hotel. Check-in & out was efficient and it was reasonable value for the money we paid.
Cons: Building a bit old and tired. Worst thing was the paper-thin walls - we heard every word of a telephone conversation of the person next door. Evening meal wasn't special, breakfast was ok. We didn't pay much for this so have rated as fair, ok if you're going budget but it's not somewhere for that special holiday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the lifts, nice view, quiet town, quiet hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, excellent service and cleaniness. Walking distance to the slopes. Very decent breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
Cons: none
Hotel Delle Alpi - Passo del Tonale - Building
8.3 Excellent (255 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hotel delle Alpi in Vermiglio, you'll be near ski lifts, just steps from Sole Valley and Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
6.8 Good
Cons: Water in pool and jacuzzi not warm enough
6.3 Good
Pros: Perfect location, close to skislopes, close to the spaar, good skiroom, ski-lift. Very comfortable bed and (surprisingly!) the best duvet ever. Room tiny but cozy and even fitting a little couch. No children at the pool area after 5 pm (at least in theory, in reality staff does not care and there are noisy kids). Very nice wellness area. Good thou very simple brakfast, almost the same every day, but just what one needs. Excellent coffee. Spectacular window view, with great mountain panorama. Nice lobby bar, with good staff, attentive. Sometimes nice live piano. Very nice lobby music.
Cons: No informatnion upon booking that the pool and wellness area is extra paid and the fee is quite high. 15 euro/ day. Bathrobes at additional fee 15 euro. They close the spa very early in the evening. The hotel is extremely acoustic. It does not meet any hotel standard in this manner. You can hear everything next door (even the slightest sound like oppening a candybar, not to mention sms, talk, snore and top whole night baby crying - extremely annoying). Bathroom shelf impossible to use, steep and glass - everything falling down. Staff learning and not very attentive, except for one breakfast waiter - polite and always smiling. Sometimes horrible piano and Italian Sanremo-fashion singing recital just a bit too loud to enjoy.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very welcome and helpful
Cons: Food was terrible
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good and met our expectations. Firstly, I would like to especially highlight the kindness and friendliness of the staff who was willing to go extra mile on many occasions including running outside the hotel when we were leaving (extremely freezing) to bring some of the stuff we forgot when checking out. Secondly, although we read many infavourable comments regarding breakfast, I would disagree with them. Breakfast is fine at this proce point and you can eat as much, as you can. There’s tea & espresso, cheese, ham, dark bread, white bread, yoghurt, 3 types of cereals, honey, cakes, fruits etc. The only thing we were missing and would recommend to add are vegetables. Adding e.g. tomatos would help even more.
Cons: The only thing we’d change is that we’d add vegetables to breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, tidy with helpful staff. The breakfast is good with something to keep everyone happy. Dinners were slightly variable, some really good some less so. tables are well presented with attractive cloths, decoration and views across the valley.
Cons: No heater for ski boots. We could hear every movement and sound from the next room, no doubt our son could hear us equally, be warned ! A quiet conversation could be held through the wall as if in the same room. Heating came on and went off apparently quite randomly. The walk to the piste is as far as I would want to walk in ski boots.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Room was nice, food was nice, male manager was nice
Cons: Mangeress/ owner was rude, made everything difficult, begrudgingly showed me where the ski room was after me asking three times, told me I couldn’t book in for dinner on any of the six nights I was there (yet the male manger immediacy booked me in, when my friend went back to ask, the insults from this lady just kept coming, she was vile and rude and completely ruined my stay , when all I did was just ask for dinner, ask to sit with my friends at breakfast, asked to be let into my room when the key didn’t work Every question she Treated me with comtempt and I was disgusted that someone would treat anyone this way let alone a paying guest
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, fantastic view. Family room is actually 2 rooms connected. Nice food. Nice place for late season ski
Cons: Breakfast could be with more variety
6.3 Good
Cons: The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is not very welcoming, it feels like they don't want you as a guest (unless you speak Italian). The breakfst is OK but not what you expect being in the land of coffee. It is from a vending machine and croissants & bread were dry.

Pros: Fantastic friendly staff
8.3 Excellent
Pros: View from the suite was stunning. Spa bath was an unexpected surprise. Staff were generally friendly and very helpful. Location was fantastic.
