Pros:The car didn't explode.
Cons:They are the worst car rental place I've ever had to deal with. They are absolute bullies behind the counter, virtually threatening their customers into buying expensive insurance. They added on 50% "estimated optional" charge beyond what was quoted on kayak. They lied about whether or not that would appear on the final bill, and no two people could give me the same answer as to what that was it was for. Do not use this company. Given the laundry list of horrible reviews and complaints about Payless, Kayak should no longer include them in their searches.
Pros:Everything was perfect and affordable and easy.
Cons:Nothing. Pretty solid experience.
Cons:Hidden fees. 10$ a day to use my own insurance. 8$ a day for a toll sticker, and I still had to pay tolls. Was quoted 180$ ended up paying 260$ Paid for taxes and fees both online and at the rental company.

Cons:First I followed the signs to what should have have been the Payless counter, but it was closed with a sign directing me to the far opposite terminal. When I arrived at the new location I was greeted by over 50 people in line and only 2 people to serve all of us.After waiting 30 minutes, only 2 people were helped. I got on my phone and got a car with someone else.
Cons:Rental agent lied/mislead me while renting the vehicle saying that there's no charge for damage insurance after i declined multiple times for the insurance. While returning the vehicle, I was charged for the insurance. When i complained about it, the location manager was very rude and didn't want to listen. He even threatened to call cops on me and left. I ended up filing complaint with corporate office of payless (ticket #466858). And even for that ticket i haven't received any satisfactory reply. This whole experience has led me to believe Payless doesn't care for its customers and just wanna make money by any means possible. I am not gonna use this company ever again and will tell the same to anyone and everyone.
Cons:I had rented with them before. This time they decided they wouldn't accept my debit card as payment even though I used the same card.

Pros:It's so cheap for a reason. They made us wait over an hour to get picked up at the airport while ever other rental car company came several times to get their customers. Once there, there was NO line but NO ONE would even help you. They were standing around doing nothing but still wouldn't call customers. Like 10 of them doing nothing until I spoke up and asked for help because I was already late to my meeting an hour away. Then when I was being helped the guy had NO personality and wasn't nice at all. He told me I needed a bill or pay stub in my name to get there car even though I had multiple cards, checks, and my liscense. So at the end of this hell whole, by the way the car rental place wasn't clean and smelled terrible, I decided to CANCEL my rental with Payless and go to Sixt rental car right next door where I was helped right away with excellence customer service and a beautiful car. Don't waste your time, money, or stress on Payless. It's so cheap for a reason. It's NOT worth it!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else. They are pathetic at the Orlando airport.
