continental breakfast friendly staff bed was comfortable sheets appeared clean price
somewhat outdated which had be questioning the overall "cleanliness" & safety of the facility. When I first checked in I was going to be put into a dorm size room - but when I opened the door it had a sewage smell to it and also the lights didn't work. (apparently the lamps just weren't turned to the on position to correlate with the light switch). they did upgrade me to a king size room however I still slept with towels over the bed and removed the comforter. I also ensured I didn't sit in the la-z-boy chair and never opened the windows because the draper was a little sketchy/dirty. Temperature was freezing initially to the point of stuffy by the time I woke up. I had a random phone call in to my room around 12:30AM - unsure if it was a mis-dial or perhaps a wake-up call that was never deleted. Regardless, it creeped me out! TV had a small vertical line - otherwise was nice size and had cable TV. Decent Wi-Fi access - had to call the front desk for instructions. Bathroom only had a small amount of toilet paper left & no extra roll. Thankfully, I didn't need more. I think had my husband been with me, I may have felt more safe and wouldn't have been so 'high maintenance".
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable
As title suggests, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and was quite comfortable. Thank you.
Comfortable and the room was clean.
This hotel is pretty run down and has a bad odor in the halls.
