Missed connection flight because denver air connections plane was delayed a broke

The crew handed out candy snacks, and water, which was great. However, the airport and airline are terrible at flying. Multiple delays on our departure flight and on return flight it was delayed so long that we missed the connection flight and had to drive home. Terrible service and did not get any compensation. All of their equipment was broken and they never tested it before the plane landed. We were stuck in Ironwood Michigan for five hours.

Excellent, from check Iin to arrival. I was apprehensive about flying a small plane between Ironwood and Chicago, but the flight and service was great. I noticed, after boarding , that my cell phone had little battery left. The flight attendant kindly lent me a charging device to keep me connected with my contact in Chicago upon landing. I will always remember that kindness.

The connecting flight came in 45 min late but everything else was great

Absolutely easy travels and no cost cutting by the airline.

Their snacks and hospitality was amazing. They offered full sized snacks. Im talking full sized water bottles, full sized snickers bars, gold fish, full sized canned sodas, what ever you wanted they took care of it for FREE. The crew was really nice and hospitable. I was honestly shocked

Everything was great except for the boarding process. Everyone is lining up all at the same time and it’s hard to tell between the groups as they are way too large.

Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent

Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.

Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi

We were delayed for about an hour from taking off due to traffic control procedures at the destination airport. But once in the air, the flight went well. The crew members were great and provided cabin service despite moderate turbulence during much of the flight.

Very old flight - time to retire it for newer airplanes

Very disappointing given gate agent behavior. Filed a formal complaint with United.
