Pros: Stuff was very nice and helpful. It was very warm in the room. Bed was clean. That's all.
Cons: My bed was extremely uncomfortable, I really couldn't sleep. Walls are thin I could hear every sound in rooms nearby. The equipment is very old. This hotel needs new furniture. Really I slept in much better places for this price in Poland. I wouldn't recommend it and I will never come back.
Pros: This hotel is very good value for money. There were some nice touches such as shower caps provided for guests. There was a large fan in the room, which was very useful as it was a very hot night. You sometimes don't get fans in rooms even in much more expensive places. There was also a fridge, which again was useful. Breakfast was not the all-you-can-eat buffet type, but there was a choice of 4 options and it was good value for the price. A bonus was that you could choose in the morning whether to have breakfast or not, rather than having to make the decision when booking. All in all, considering the very competitive price, this hotel offers extremely good value for your money.
Pros: We liked to stay here.

Cons: Small TV and some problems with a couple of channels
Pros: Food good Beer good and well priced Staff friendly
Cons: No curtains and a huge BP sign lighting up the room! Shower poor. Wedding on till 5am with extremely loud music. Lucky I had earplugs!
Cons: The room was small and basic but not too bad for just an overnight- we intended an early evening for a long drive the day after. But at 22.00 LOUD music started from a party in the restaurant just below our room, it was like trying to sleep on top of a loudspeaker. On my complaint he staff said; yes we know but it will stop at midnight (!). At 00:30 it was louder than ever! I went downstairs to complain and at 00:45 it finally stopped. Not OK!!

Room no. 12 is a dark garret: The mattresses are made of cheap foam material :-( The carpet was old & dirty... :-/ The curtain doesn‘t fit to the window & was not even sewn properly. Pros: Very good location when travel Zakopane Warszawa
Cons: Small Room but ok for one night
Cons: Did not like that for 2 adults and 2 kids only 2 beds were offered. One was 120 cm wide and the receptionist thought 3 person will be able to sleep there. They did not offer option to use 1 bed in another room although the hotel was completely empty. Nor did they have a toddlers bed in the house. Breakfast was too moderate and dispite low number of quests, the food was already almost eaten when we came down and the staff did not refill the dishes. They just had coffee powder and hot water, so the coffee tasted terribly. No Wi-Fi. Dogs barked all night long and the curtains did not cover the raisin sun, so the night was quite sleepless for us - no decent bed and bright room. Rooms were clean but I really expect that a 5yearold is not expected to sleep with the parents in 120cm wide bed. That was unbelieveable for me.
Pros: It was clean
Cons: Kitchen close. Restaurant close. Bar no food and they run out of beer.
Cons: Uncomfortable pillows.
Pros: Staff (Ola) was really nice and helpfull. Answered all the questions that we asked. Location was near our route.
Pros: Good breakfast, decent room and suitable price considering conditions!

Cons: Staff barely speaks English, the mattress is too soft (you literally sink into the bed), the room is not cleaned during your stay (I was there for four nights and there was no sign that anyone came in to look over the room the entire time, the room is equipped with a fridge but if you need a socket to plug something in the fridge must first be disconnected as there are only 2 outlets in the room, take care while at the washroom as you are very visible to cars parked at the back and people in the next building over.

Pros: Room was cozy. Good value for the money.
Cons: It was quite hot in our room. Definitely suggest you to take an air conditioned room in the summer! Staff didn't speak English.
Pros: Location. But not enough to stay there again.
Cons: Pretty much the whole thing has been a major disappointment - dirty bed mattresses, heavy airfreshner smell not succeeding in covering overwhelming musk in the air, toilet not at all attached to the floor, and a glass elevator that almost got me stuck mid-floors - and these are just the highlights.
Pros: The hotel is well located, close to the center and the pedestrian street.
Cons: Breakfast was good, but coffee was only 3 in one. Due to the club below the hotel, it was noisy at night. There was no hair dryer.
Pros: Nice Breakfast and fast internet. Staff was very polite and friendly.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: No security, main door always open anyone can walk in. Poor communication and rude receptionist Too hot in the room you have to pay for the air con if you need.

Pros: Bathroom was new and modern.
Cons: Established was closed when I arrived. Waited 1 hour to check in. Staff was rude and treating my visit as an inconvenience. Not staffed 24 hours. They locked the fire exit at the end of my coridoor. Wifi not working. Bedding was not made properly, was smelly and most likely unwashed or unchanged since previous guest. Extremely noisy. There was a loud party upstairs from my room. I asked when the music would finish and the staff were rude and did not care. It did not go quiet until 23:20.
