Obviously SUPRICE RENTAL name of the business is not coincidence. You rent your car for 60 euro for 4 days and than you have 3 options of insurance, on the top of the rental fee. 195 euro, 330 euro and 470 euro (I do not recall exactly the sums). Even though I have booked Full Insurance (Waiver Insurance) and it should cost 150 euro total. (Waiver Insurance in Italy should be mandatory - not sure). Total price for rental and insurance was something over 250 euro 4 days. Does this price makes sense, maybe yes, but you had in your head 60 euro :) So how does it work - you are waiting in queue, you are after flight, you are maybe tired, bit nervous and you want your car quick. You are counting with some price and at the end it is completely different conditions. Strange about whole process is, that insurance on the top of the price is offered to you on the piece of paper written by the pen (it really seemed to me like random numbers - just the feeling). Of course, you are not required to take insurance, but lets say you are kind of pushed and a little bit frightened (in case you do this, you do that, we will not give you deposit and you pay this and that), you are asked multiple times: BUT ARE YOU SURE? IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU, bla, bla.. Just be aware of this "sales" methods. Staff was ok, guy which served us was friendly. CAR itself was ok, but it was dirty in interior, not fully tanked and full of hair from some dog (especially trunk), we realised after leaving the car rental and we did not want to spend time dealing with them. Be aware of SURPRICE(s) on your holiday :D
Horrible experience. Only interested in squeezing out as muchmoney as possible from each customer. Don't care at all about their customers, you should really not have their listings on your site.
The shuttle bus location was not clear and the staff were dismissive when contacted. There was also not enough people available at drop off to hand the car back over to.
Car was good. But it took more then 2 hours to get it! Staff tried and tried to sell me the ensurece, they told that everything was ok, but then all started again. When I became very angry the renting started to go on.
