Pros: The hotel is still very new and the room and all the included amenities was well worth the cost.

Pros: Exceptional service by staff. Outstanding customer focus from every staff encounter.
Pros: excellent service every staff member there was professional rooms are very very clean pool was claimed hot tubs very clean very pleasant stay looking forward to going back again
Pros: Every staff member was professional and nice. Excellent staff made the stay delightful. Food was cooked perfect, and as a chef that is important to me.
Cons: Room was not clean. Pool & Whirlpool was also dirty. I was surprised that as many times as the maid knocked on my door before checkout to clean the room that the place wasn't spotless.
Pros: Everything regarding our stay was first class. We will make it a point to stay there again when we are in the area.
Pros: Pool and Hot Tub were great. Beds super comfy.
Pros: The staff was great! Handled everything thrown at them with professionalism and did a great job! Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here when in town.
Cons: Iron had a rust mark on it, which pressed right into my white shirt. Staff got that mark out and "pressed" the shirt. However when it came back, there was a new yellowish stain( and this was literally a brand new shirt I just unpinned) on the very bottom and the shirt was far from pressed, leaving me scrambling to finish and get to the wedding on time. Staff was great, and immediately responded. Can't blame whomever for not knowing how to press a shirt with an inferior iron. Just wish it hadn't happened. Only blemish to a great stay!!
Pros: Staff was outstanding
Room was VERY comfortable
CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN- room looked as if no one had ever stayed there before!
Slept like ROCK!
Restaurant on site had outstanding food!!
TV in room was crystal clear and large!
Got a call from the front desk approximately 15 minutes after I checked in to make sure everything was acceptable and check if I needed anything- felt like royalty!
Cons: Restaurant service was ok, but not as great as the hotel. Bartender (at dinner) wasn't too outgoing and breakfast servers were busy chit-chatting with eachother, but were extremely nice. It was very slow during breakfast, so I completely understand. Dinner, however, is a different story. It certainly wasn't busy, but the way the bartender acted, it felt like either he was feeling rushed or he couldn't be bothered with questions. He was VERY efficient getting drinks- and that's what you're at the bar for, right?.
Pros: The staff were some of the best I have ever encountered. Very accommodating and friendly. I will certainly stay here again.
Pros: Overall great experience.

Pros: Heated floors in the bathrooms
Cons: The neighboring water pipes created noise when in use
Cons: I was not able to cancel the second night, when I needed to leave due to a Snow Storm.
Kayak told me I would have needed to change the reservation before the storm came to get a refund on the second night, which was impossible.
Pros: the hotel is very quaint...room was comfy and the 4 poster beds were luxurious! Easy to find...convenient to Hartford...Noella Spa is a hop across the parking lot...I had been to the Noella Spa in Avon (stayed at sister hotel Avon Old Farms) and was so satisfied with the services!
Only 2 complaints...room smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke and the breakfast was a little to be desired-ran out of coffee at 8:15!
I would stay here again...
Cons: I like Noella Salon....very clean and professional...prices were reasonable for the area
The hotel is well maintained and luxurious! I had no complaints....
Rooms are def old, but clean and cared for.
Pros: I liked that they communicated very wedding and were very helpful planning my wedding night st the hotel.
Cons: What i didnt like were the very uncomfortable beds. First night i stayed the room was nice but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I asked for a better bed in my room. They switched me to another room. Room was very nice and there was champagne for me and my new wife but again the bed was terrible. Throwing a feather topper on a 30 yr old bed thats rock hard doesnt add comfort. Please invest in new beds. Also the continental breakfast was subpar. Ive had better breakfast at mcdonalds.

They had a pool, a really cold pool.

Pros: Recently had a two night stay at the property while attending to family business. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and mostly, efficient. In summary, it matched my needs.
Cons: I have one minor complaint. On checking out, the night desk clerk didn't know what a "zero balance" receipt was and I had to explain It. Apparently, he was confused because the room was prepaid through Expedia. Still, it seemed like a simple enough request and I was slightly taken aback he was clueless. I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry.
Cons: Urinne on toilet and dirty towel in ahower
Cons: breakfast not included

Cons: Undergoing construction. very busy place with construction workers doing interior renovations.
Pros: the location was very convenient, it is close to the freeways and the city but not in the crowded downtown area. they provided shuttle to nearby places like rental car place and science center. They have a good wifi.
Cons: renovation was ongoing during our stay and there was no advanced warning of such work going on, as a result the lobby and the hallways are dirty, dusty, noisy, and smells funky. the renovation work was not properly phased/staged to allow guests to have access to the rooms without passing through the work area. the room that was given to us was the first room from the construction work and even when I want to rest during the day I couldn't because of the noise.
the room was also across the hall from the breakfast area and some people were noisy in the morning, the loudest was a fire inspector talking to a hotel staff and I could hear their entire conversation in my room. the room that was assigned also had a few issues - the phone never worked even after I complained about it several times; the lights in the bathroom was flickering, it was fixed after one complaint but they replaced one of the bulbs but not the other resulting in a weird lighting; the shower water was never stable, warms up for a few minutes then drops to cold water for a few then goes back up to warm again; they also forgot to service the room on one of the days that we stayed.
Pros: The room was nice, clean and comfortable. In general the Hotel was very good.
Cons: Biscuits were put out for breakfast and asked worker if gravy was coming out - reply was - No, it's Sunday and I'm too busy. A simple no would have sufficed without the comment.
Pros: The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast served and the location of the breakfast were great.
Cons: I found the intermittent noise from the heater somewhat disturbing, but I guess that is true of all motels. You either put up with the noise or freeze. In this case, the noise seemed to drown out the television sound, which did not reach a very high volume anyway.
Pros: Large clean room, free internet access via WLAN and 2 Computers for guests, good breakfast, friendly person at reception.
Pros: The breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. Very neat and tidyPlease write at least 15 words
Pros: I read some great reviews about this hotel before booking. In reality it's just a basic short stay hotel doing what you would expect at a good level. Only issue was a slight odour from the a/c unit but no real complaints, but also not a hotel I'd rave about - had no need to test the resources of the staff so highly praised in other reviews. Good simple stay!
Pros: The hotel was very friendly and I felt secure by myself during my stay. Staff was very helpful
