Pros (+) I liked that the hotel is immersed in the jungle and some wild life can be seen roaming the grounds (monkeys, Coatis, cats and birds).
Cons (-) The food is average to bad. The deserts are the worst. Great variety of nothing to write home about.
Pros (+) Kids had the best time ever! This resort had so much to keep the kids entertained while I got to relax and enjoy. Everything was completely stress free! Shows were entertaining for both kids and adults. Excellent food and friendly staff.

I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. the beds were okay, could have been better, but outside of those things the resort offered great food, lots to do, and gorgeous scenery.
