Pros: Shuttle goes to the terminal every 30 minutes, noise level is low although close to the airport Construction currently makes it hard to access parking but there is plenty of parking Staff is very nice Breakfast is a buffet with smoked salmon, meat and usual continental breakfast stuff
Pros: Breakfast good
Cons: Yeah...dont like when sites play games with price and taxes and incidentals and included breakfast....."but just sign the bill"..... total charge a lot more than indicated. Really slippery effort by booking.com and the hotel to conceal charges..... just put the frigging total...gawd
Pros: Breakfast included. New facility. Welome you with a warm chocolate cookie.
Cons: Everything was perfect, it's too difficult to find something I didn't like.
Cons: Pick up point at airport was stupid place. also no way to call hotel.
Pros: We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
Cons: 1. As for the location we had to go around several times and finally call the hotel for directions. Using two GPS didn't help. We thought it would have been helpful if the hotel had put some signs or send us a simple message to alert us. 2. The staff had some problem understanding. When we checked out in the morning we ended up paying for someone else's room with the same last name though the rate was the same - this was corrected after we noticed the error just before got o the road. 3. After would did our booking we found out that parking is at extra - they have pay parking. This wasn't shown on the booking information.
Cons: No water in room
Cons: Some people drinks and do sexual activities in pool
Pros: Great location for an overnight stay, close to the airport and great shuttle bus service. Efficient friendly staff and good food.
Cons: Our room was dark and small.
Pros: Reastaurant could be better
Cons: We had to pay for parking. Come on, the hotel is surrounded by highway interchanges. There is no other way to get to the hotel but by car! That is really a rip-off.

Pros: Beautiful room, all of it! When we arrived, electric company had screwed up and left the hotel with generator power only. Staff handled it like pros even when some guests were unreasonably angry. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious!
Cons: Baie dUrfé is landfill so very marshy/humid and LOTS of bugs outside. Once you were inside, though, it did not matter: the hotel and its staff were utterly perfect!
Pros: Very nice, clean hotel with great staff and love the security feature they have.
Pros: Nice room, friendly service,
Cons: Breakfast a la Courtyard is too expensive, a litle outside downtown

Pros: The hotel was fine, however we got called at 3:00 am by a scam artist pretending to be the hotel manager asking for our credit card. It happened to a bunch of guest it was scary and upsetting. Not the hotel fault but obviously there is a security issue with there in house phone system. It ruined my night and was very upsetting. The hotel was fine, however we got called at 3:00 am by a scam artist pretending to be the hotel manager asking for our credit card. It happened to a bunch of guest it was scary and upsetting. Not the hotel fault but obviously there is a security issue with there in house phone system. It ruined my night.
Pros: It was just an average hotel. It does not look like the picture. The pictures are far nicer than it actually is but I liked that it was close to the airport.
Cons: I did not like that the airport shuttle lives at a specific schedule and just once every hour.
Pros: Room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Pool was a good temperature.
Cons: They could use more than one toaster and pancake maker at breakfast.
Pros: Was there for 2days . Awesome !!
Cons: Complementary breakfast unavailable !!
Pros: Shuttle service very good.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Breakfast was decent, Beds fairly comfy but rest was interrupted by noisy AC fan. Very Cheap window units. Location is not bad as far as closeness to airport but otherwise it's in an Manufacturing area of town boxed in by the autoroute. Nothing around the hotel really, no amenities and not an nice area for taking walks. It's airport layover hotel plain and simple.
Cons: Bedroom Floors are Vinyl Plank but where very dirty, greasy. Had to wash feet again before putting on socks and shoes from the tile in the washroom! We didn't get the room we reserved (2 queen beds) and was given a King with pull out sofa bed that was broken with sharp edges! AC unit rattled insesently. Room is cheaply furnished and already showing wear and tear and beds are already starting to be dented from heavy guests. Pool was a Hot mess with poor ventilation and full of people in their street clothes because they didn't bring swim suits, bizarre!
Pros: Thé people who work there are very rude
Cons: They àct we are bothering them if asked à question.
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. It was divided into a living and sleeping space.
Cons: The Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hurt our backs.
Pros: Breakfast is terrible , eggs are two different shades of yellow , location is in industrial park , no places to eat , had to pay to park my car , the room was very nice , but they did not replace my towels or wash clothes , all they did was make my bed
Cons: I called booking . com to extend my stay for 3 more days , the lady told me that she called them and got it extended , so I go down the next morning and check , and they told me no body contacted them about extending my stay.... I got the lady at the front desk to extended my stay for me , NOT COOL
Pros: The breakfast was good, meeting my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. However, my brother got a sour carton of milk, so enjoyed it less.
Cons: The building needs work. It is an old building which was badly renovated a number of years ago. The room layout is weird and the shower was dirty and gross.
Cons: Cost was high
Pros: Not far from airport. Comfortable bed & beddings.
Cons: Not too far from airport but very isolated. At Check in employee was cold & gave minimal welcoming & information about the hotel. Huge contrast with most hotel at this price, I have visited. Restaurant in hotel more like a bar with fast food.

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the entire areas, especially the washroom. Like to have bigger bath towels.
Cons: Would like to have a microwave in each room. It is not safe to leave ur room to go to the second floor to HOT ur food especially at night. Also must have a thermometer in ur room.
Pros: It was a nice clean simple room. Just what we needed. Friendly staff. The interior was far nicer than the outside of the building. Property was kept clean.
Pros: Newly renovated room, and corridor, comfortable beds, whisper quiet window ac unit, friendly reception.
Cons: No tea coffee in the room, tiny microscopic soap bar, the hotel road entrance / parking area look like a garbage dump/ construction site.
Pros: The owner is a good person, he even offer to drive us to the airport for 40$
Cons: Cleanness and quiet
Pros: The rooms have been completely renovated. Very clean. Great working fridge
Cons: No coffee machine. No blow dryer in room but you can get one at front desk.

Pros: The place was very clean. Modern feel and loved that there was no carpet!
Pros: I am a Hilton Honor member and I love Embassy Suites. The Canadian Embassy Suite standards are no as best as in the US, but the staff is very friendly and make your stay very comfortable.
Cons: I did not like the breakfast and cocktail token system, I felt giving a coupon is an insult to the customer. I have not seen that happening in the USA. the Hotel did not have shower caps- the hotel should have list of Item they are not providing.
Pros: The staff were super gracious when we were caught with a flight cancelation and needed an unforeseen place to stay.
Pros: Clean, great rooms, breakfast was very good.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Cons: Excellent staff and very comfortable accommodation
Pros: Location is very good. Close to malls, auto route 40. It is not good if you need metro (far from metro). Breakfast is nice (crowd during peak hours). There are some amenities like free drink for adults.
Cons: We were staying on 6 people however the number of towels and amenities were always less. We need to ask reception every day.
Pros: The hotel is gorgeous and new. The 8th floor is for business travellers and worth the few additional dollars. 2 drinks per night are included as well as a happy hour and a cooked breakfast each day!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
Pros: The room was wonderful and bed comfortable.
Cons: The food could have been better.
Cons: A little warm in room and couldn’t adjust thermostat.
Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable!
Cons: Buffet breakfast was a little limited and came out in little portions which had to be topped up constantly but didn't happen quick enough
Pros: Room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious. 10min from the airport
Cons: Air con in the room was quite loud and the windows did not really opened.
Pros: Room and free parking
The Quality Inn and Suites P.E Trudeau Airport hotel is accessible to all major highways and is the perfect location for airport stopovers with free 24-hour airport transportation to the nearby Pierre Elliot Trudeau International Airport. This Montreal hotel is also close to Les Jardins Dorval Shopping, Soccerplex and Bombardier Aerospace as well as Concordia University, Montreal Childrens Hospital and McGill University. We have two meeting rooms, a business centre, free hot breakfast, free weekday newspapers and free wireless high-speed Internet, to name a few. Guest rooms include flat-screen TVs, coffee makers and refrigerators, while select rooms come with microwaves and sofas.
Pros: The rate for 4-5 people. Usually those rates are like 250$ plus tax. The room was excellent. King bed in one room and a double with pull out bed sofa. It was awesome and comfortable to sleep in and the kitchen was awesome.
Cons: The planes be loud when they land and taking off. The sound like a dump truck driving by the hotel room. I was thinking what is that noise.
Pros: Surprisingly quiet being an airport hotel
Cons: Staff was unhelpful and knew little about Montreal
Pros: I liked my one day stay!
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The AC cannot be adjusted as it is a very old time window unit. There should be modern AC split systems in each room. The carpets were old, stained and soiled.
Pros: The breakfast was good, and included both hot options and some "grab and go" items like 100g yogurt cups (perfect for going through airport security to eat on the plane) , peeled hard boiled eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable. The linens were clean and plentiful.
Cons: The biggest problem was communication. I had a few questions about the airport shuttle, etc. The hotel does not have its own website, and since I was traveling, I couldn't easily call. I contacted Choice Hotels, the parent company, via social media and asked for an email address. They gave me the wrong one, so my inquiry never got through. Fortunately, Choice Hotels was able to relay my questions and get the answers I needed but it was a long awkward process that could have been avoided by the hotel simply providing all its contact info on the website.
Pros: The breakfast buffet was great and included some handy to go items.
Cons: Not a big deal, but the TV channels were a bit limited, but to be fair, I found that also in another airport hotel I stayed in recently. So maybe that's a trend.
Cons: Good morning on the day of my arrival, 38.70 Canadian dollars were deducted from my credit card. Why haven't you returned them yet? thank you Giacomo Del Monte
Cons: Facilities need upgrade
Pros: Great bed, cool with AC
Cons: Airport, aircraft didn’t bother me, might bother light sleeper.
Pros: Everything! The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious!
Pros: The lady working the breakfast the front desk workers the shuttle drivers
Pros: Cool staff, very friendly and helpful! Because of the airline we had a lot of extra requests ( parksubspace, late check in rrsp. out), they were granted without extra Gocharge. Excellent wi-fi, sufficient breakfast. Good location for transfer to/ from airport. Shuttle servive is o.k. and reliable.
Cons: When breakfast. is over , it's over! They clean up. Only coffee is available after 9.45.
Pros: We were extremely disappointed that we were not told when booking that the hotel is undergoing renovations and that the pool would be out of commission. Also there were no efforts to provide ice for guests since all ice machines were not working. They also had carpets cleaned but they were not dried completely leaving a musty smell in our room and hallways. However the food at the restaurant and the staff there and in the lounge were excellent! We had the best breakfast of any hotel on our trip.
Cons: Not having a pool or ice and the smell. Also we could have been told ahead about the renovations and/or offered a discount for the state the place is in.
Pros: Shuttle service to Airport from where we were able to get a shuttle to the car rental and on the next day access to the 747 bus which brought us downtown Montreal.
Cons: A lot of construction going on around the hotel with some noise.
Pros: Friendly & helpful Staff. Rooms are clean & spacious. Restaurant & Bar has good selection and reasonable food. Location ideal if working around Montreal. Free parking for an airport hotel was a bonus too.
Cons: Extended restaurant & bar hours would be useful.
Pros: Everything was very good - location, comfort, helpfulness of staff. An excellent individually cooked breakfast is included. My luggage did not arrive with me, and staff were appropriately helpful and sympathetic.
Cons: There is nothing I found to complain of.
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the guy working in the bar.
Pros: Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: I like the shuttle for the airport of Montreal
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort and great hotel and shuttle staff.
Cons: Arrived after midnight and had no dinner, wish the restaurant had been opened a bit later. No complicated menu just to accommodate late arrivals
Pros: Perfect location for an airport hotel. Great room!
Pros: Proximately to airport, shuttle service, breakfast included at a great rate.
Cons: I was confused where I could catch the shuttle and was misdirected by airport staff. (Post 10 for anyone interested) You could include this in the booking information. I found the bed not to be as comfortable as I would have hoped; but overall I was completely satisfied.
Pros: Close to airport and the little bar and restaurant was perfect for a one night stay to rest after an arrival at the airport. shuttle service was great.
Cons: We found the hotel fine for our needs
Pros: Good location close to the Pierre E. Trudeau airport, ideal to stay there if your flight is early the next day. They have a 24 hour shuttle service to the departure area - very convenient.
Pros: Staff took time to give detailed explanations and printed a map for us
Cons: When we tried to enter the restaurant, the hostess tried to dissuade us, repeating, 'we don't have hamburgers' because we were with two young children
Pros: Close to the international airport.
Cons: Indicated indoor swimming pool and gym are the smallest ever seen and don't invite to use.
Pros: The continental breakfast and comfy beds!!!
Pros: having to keep fit in the fitness room and the relaxing in the pool
Cons: the sheets would still be dirty after house keeping one wonders if at all they were changed and the tea mugs were only rinsed with water not very hygenic
With a stay at Beausejour Hôtel Appartements in Dorval (West Island), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Concordia University Loyola Campus and Lachine Hospital. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Cons: run down old appartment building... dirty room, dirty sheets.... avoid this place!
Pros: New and comfortable king bed - the best part of the place. Location suited us.
Cons: Old and many coats of paint. Windows over the window AC is taped in plastic. You will hear lots of planes. Needed new coffee maker and undersink leak catcher right away. Zero supplies or services during your stay. Bring your own dish soap and cloth. Dishes and pots look from the latest garage sales.
Pros: The shuttle to and from was nice.
Cons: The sheets had stains and hair all over them and the entire place was run down and disgusting. The online pictures do not show the poor qualities of this hotel and I would not recommend to anyone. We didn’t not even shower because it was so nasty.
Pros: This property was large enough with two bedrooms and a big fridge as well as an oven and some other cooking staff. Air conditioner was working properly. Calm environment.
Cons: Our room was in third floor. surprisingly there was no elevator and I had to carry heavy luggage by stairs. It was terrible. The balcony of this old building was dangerous and we felt quit unsafe standing there. Mattresses and sheets had stains on. We did not dare to use tub to take shower.
Pros: Nothing. It was basically the projects, the slums, completely run down, ghetto.
Cons: This was NOT a hotel. I have nothing good to say about it. I hope I can post pictures, it was filthy and disgusting. The noise disturbance directly above us continued all night. I’m not sure what kind of animals were staying above our room, perhaps horses or an elephant? I have never, ever experienced anything like this in my life. My wife has a serious heart condition and takes many meds, sleep is important, at least a solid 6 hours; she laid awake, all night. Aside from the many (many) other disappointments with this “hotel” (we have video and photographic evidence of that; also, you should consider mentioning that there are no elevators), this was the icing on the cake. We are seriously considering pursuing this legally. Charging us $250+ per room per night is absurd. We will wait 10 business days to see if a credit will be issued to our credit card before we pursue that route.
Pros: The property was great for 1 night transit stopover. It was clean, but a tad rundown...staff were lovely
Cons: It did the job, so no complaints
Pros: Really friendly staff, lot's of space
Cons: The bed room is right by the washroom, which you can hear running water from another unit.
Pros: It's comfortable, close to where I need to be and affordable
Cons: I didn't need to cook or do dishes this visit but there is never any dish soap
Pros: It is very close to P.E.airport in Dorval, the apartments are spacious, beds are clean, comfortable and it's kind of quiet considering!! The kitchen area is a big plus, with a real refrigerator, and you can sit down at a table to eat your pizza or whatever meal you ordered. I recommend St-Hubert or Dorval Pizza, very quick delivery and it's delicious. Since there are no restaurant facilities on-site...Don't expect any luxury...but it's O.K. for your early morning flight.
Cons: There's no continental breakfast in the morning, only ''cookies'' and coffee..... if you can call that stuff coffee.......
Cons: Old rooms,
Pros: Not good
Cons: The 23rd oputinest is not helpful and he is not need to answer for any request and the room is very old and the ether are renovated and every time problem in our bathroom
Pros: Everything was very good
L'Auberge de l'Aéroport Inn is located in Dorval, just 1 km from Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. This budget inn offers a free 24-hour daily shuttle to and from the airport, front desk service and free Wi-Fi access. A fridge, coffee maker and cable TV are standard in all guest rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Continental breakfast is served every morning. Park and fly packages are available upon request. L'Auberge de l'Aéroport is 20 km from Montréal city centre. Saint Joseph’s Oratory is 15 km away.
Pros: creepy ....
Cons: The room... the fact that online it showed a restaurant (Archie's) but I was told it was closed because of some "issues". I had to ask at the desk for everything (password for wi-fi, how to get the Tv to work, etc) I was on the second floor and had 2 large bags, the desk clerk never even offered to help me carry them upstairs.
Cons: The place should of been shut down years ago. It was filthy. No breakfast except toast and coffee with jam or peanut butter. Staff was rude. The toilet didn't work, the bed was a rock, the pillows were hard and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I am praying we don.t get lice! The lobby, eating area, and stairways were filthy. I would not advise anyone to stay there. Not worth $60 a night, never mind $130. Place is a disaster.
Pros: Very poor Breakfast .only coffee. Toast Jam and peanutbutter (very succulent for africa!
Cons: Close the hotel
Pros: Location, location, location and make sure to visit the Foccacio Italian restaurant located walking distance from the hotel.
Cons: This hotel is all about location with little else to offer. The breakfast leaves much to desire and the hotel could use a major refurbishing. When we arrived, we only had one towel provided for two adults with no floor mats and very limited toiletries. Seem like many of the staff are indifferent to pleasing customers and the sanitary conditions need to also be improved. For those who like firm beds, this is a good option for you!
Pros: Close to airport, clean and cozy. Good price
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: The place was shabby. No help to carry suitcase up a long staircase to room. Only 2 very small light towels available. No real breakfast. Only available - A few slices of bread, small jam containers and peanut butter. Orange juice a sugar drink. Coffee dreadful.
Pros: It was fairly quiet in my Room.
Cons: Need I say more?
Pros: Close to airport and speed to come get us at airport
Cons: Bed was much too hard. No coffee machine or water bottles in room. When asked at reception about restaurant and bar in the area, we were told that there was one not far and also one in the basement that opened at 5:00 p.m. so we waited over an hour in our room for it to open but they didn't tell us it was closed for renovation.
Pros: It was close to the airport. Front desk employee was nice enough.
Cons: My 10 year old daughter and I had to leave after spending ~10 minutes in the room. The bed smelled like smoke & body odor. We just went to a different hotel.
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: The hotel looks very old
Pros: pres de l'aéroport mais un grand escalier pour des valises pesantes lorsque tu es deux femmes c'est difficile.
Cons: le grand escalier pour aller a la chambre
